銅鑼灣覓食記！雖然銅鑼灣已經去到閉眼都會走但還是有很多餐廳一直放在口袋清單這次終於來到銅鑼灣的 ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ ʙᴀᴏ 吃小包包了ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ ʙᴀᴏ 雖在 ғᴀsʜɪᴏɴ ᴡᴀʟᴋ 隱世一角但平日晚餐人流仍然很旺燈光昏暗配醒目小包包霓虹燈 ʟᴏɢᴏ設開放廚房 主打各類中式漢堡包及美食最近還推出了夏季限定菜單𓋪 牛河薯條𓋪 酒煮大蜆𓋪 炸雞脆脆薯條和炸雞不愧為超火紅的兩款小食加入港式鹹香牛河風味的薯條更惹味聽從店員推薦 炸雞點了四川風味 辣度不高外皮香脆帶麻 內裏肉質 ᴊᴜɪᴄʏ 嫩滑最最最有驚喜的是以紹興酒入饌的大蜆每隻都肥美鮮甜 浸著帶濃郁酒香的牛油湯下層鋪滿濕潤綿綿薯蓉 層次豐富𓋪 招牌豬腩包𓋪 炸三黃雞包來到小包包 每桌人手一包點了兩款最招牌的跟友人分享友人喜歡肥瘦均勻 帶甜甜醬汁的豬腩包慢煮豬腩肉軟稔程度可入口迅速化開！我仍舊喜歡外 ᴄʀɪsᴘʏ 内 ᴊᴜɪᴄʏ 的三黃雞包厚厚一塊卻不柴身 花椒沙律醬帶出風味加上像刈包一樣煙韌口感的包體 很好吃喜歡吃中式包點的我 覺得加分𓋪 瑪格麗特雪糕包𓋪 鹽味雪糕包以招牌雪糕包甜品作結 上下以微溫炸饅頭的包體夾著雪糕一冷一熱的口感相當豐富 記得盡快享用其中新推出的瑪格麗特雪糕包用酸甜蕃茄果醬配搭芝士冰淇淋清新又帶點解膩的神奇口味 𓎺 ʏᴜᴢᴜ ᴍᴀᴘʟᴇ sᴏᴅᴀ𓎺 ɢᴜᴀᴠᴀʟᴀᴅᴀ雖然配啤酒才是王道不過他們的無酒精特飲也相當有特色鮮柚子梳打水入口清爽解油膩濃郁果香的番石榴柚子梳打粉粉嫩嫩杯邊灑上梅子粉添上少許鹹香今次晚餐相當豐富既滿足友人想吃牛河薯條的期待又能滿足我安可三黃雞的慾望：）

I went to Little Bao because I saw it was introduced in a TV show. Why not give it a try? The food was really great, must try the truffle fries, fried chicken bao and the LB Cesar. The service was great although the waiter didn’t let us know there’s a lunch set. The vibe of the environment was excellent. While the restaurant itself seems to be very clean, not sure why there were lots of flies around which was quite annoying and disturbing. Hope the restaurant can really do something on it.

為咗乾炒牛河薯條同埋四川炸三黃雞嚟薯條都OK。可以多啲芽菜韭黃 或者粗少少薯條應該會更好炸雞本來十分期待雞皮係脆可惜唔知係咪未浸夠時間裏面完全無味 。 面嗰浸油 本身黃油雞啲油 配咗冇味嘅雞肉會覺得好油膩豬腩包正常發揮 好食
