每次去獅房菜吃下午茶總是有驚喜, 今次我是被青花瓷騙到, haha~ 「青花瓷.雅聚下午茶」以中式木架盛載各款咸甜美點, 整個擺盤充滿古風, 瓷藝、樂器及庭院設計, 總之成件事是很美. 說真, 第一眼看到這個青花瓷, 我真的以為是個花瓶, 再看細, 才知是甜品之一, 像真度很高呀!!!! 外層以馬達加斯加雲呢拿製成慕絲, 再配繪畫技法, 簡直是件藝術品! 由於要雪得夠凍, 口感有點像吃雪糕蛋糕, 藍莓慕絲、雲呢拿慕絲及海綿蛋糕, 份量十分多. 葫蘆形狀的是豆腐芝士蛋糕, 驚喜之處是切開有豆漿流心, 豆味香濃, 幾軟滑. 這個迷你魚池好吸睛, 無論是打卡抑或味道也好好.  抹茶布甸伴櫻桃酒果凍, 底層是宇治抹茶布甸, 透明層是櫻桃酒果凍, 兩者混起來吃, 超!好!味! 是甘澀中帶酒香及甜. 幾口之中吃到黑朱古力(石頭), 層次提昇. 是四款甜品之中最最最推介. 琵琶則是紅桑子牛奶朱古力慕絲蛋糕, 將這件放在甜點最後才吃, 甜度適中, 而紅桑子的甜酸能解膩. 甜點出眾, 咸點也一樣高水準! 以甜酸大蝦釀雞蛋為例, 主要是蛋黃沙律醬, 肉質彈牙的香煎大蝦放在炸蛋及沙律蛋上, 可以的話把食材一起咬下, 味道最佳; 但分開吃也好了不起~ 要吃起香口些, 非你莫屬! 汁燒豚肉卷伴生薑醬, 聽起來豬腩肉很油膩? 非也! 有紫薑、日式豉油及糖調成的獨特醬汁, 令整件咸點好開胃呀~ 麻香雜錦雞丁盞, 特別之處是以炸燒賣皮做脆盞, 與麻辣雞肉粒碰起來好特別, 而且顏色悅目. 最後, 酥炸帶子伴香芒醬, 初時以為帶子下是爽甜的蘋果粒, 原來是綿密的薯仔沙律, 在芒果與醋調製的醬汁之下, 炸帶子也不錯. 下午茶包括兩杯特飲. 我必選香橙陳皮蜜(熱), 很養生, 橙香陳皮香, 健脾理氣又滋陰, 以中式茶具盛著, 好配合古風主題~ 另一杯限定特飲是以香檳杯盛著的桂花綠茶梳打, 入口清香, 梳打的氣泡, 讓桂花香更突出. 青花瓷。雅聚下午茶 由即日起供應至2026年1月2日, 3PM-5PM.  HK$568/兩位用(包兩杯特飲),HK$288/一位用(包一杯特飲).  Read More

我喜歡的餐廳最近推出了全新下午茶!而且用上富中國風元素全新設計,剛看賣相已經非常有韻味,這天就跟美女好友來享片刻寧靜的滋味。這天來到將古風展現得絕美的獅房菜Lion Rock,臨近中秋門口已掛上滿滿的大紅燈籠,地下還有栩栩如生的魚躍投影,成件事都非常有設計美絕耶。新Tea取名為青花瓷.雅聚下午茶!以木製的下午茶架放置賣相精緻的茶點,配搭兩款特色飲品賣相清麗優雅。桂花綠茶梳打!綠茶梳打起泡祝賀為桂花注入生氣,甘香的綠茶加入梳打後口感更見清爽,配搭幽香的桂花及不過甜的味道非常好喝。香橙陳皮蜜!絕對是健康之選皆因有健脾開胃的陳皮,加上蜜糖的甜及橙的香味道好優雅,喝罷暖笠笠相信很多女士會喜歡。先來品嚐四款非常有誠意的鹹點!食材包含了海鮮、豬肉及雞肉全部都非常合我口味。酥炸帶子伴香芒醬!鮮嫩的帶子裹上麵包糠炸香,先帶香脆口感然後就是軟滑的後調,中間還夾著薯仔沙律配搭果香十足的芒果醬層次感非常豐富。汁燒豚肉卷伴生薑醬!肥美的豬腩肉包裹著蘿蔔及紅蘿蔔條,配搭充滿生薑香氣的醬汁吃下口感十足肉汁豐富好鮮香。麻香雜錦雞丁盞!雞肉質地嫩滑配搭惹味的麻辣實在太合我口味了,連同炸香的燒賣皮一起吃口感更出色。甜酸大蝦釀雞蛋!我覺得像魔鬼蛋的可愛版,雞蛋經過油炸外皮變得金黃香口,蛋黃沙律香甜誘人加上炙燒過香噴噴的爽口大蝦叫人回味不已。來到甜品環節這件雲呢拿藍莓慕絲蛋糕活像青花瓷般!配搭輕煙仙氣出場實在太過吸睛了吧。蛋糕外層用上馬達加斯加雲呢拿製成的雲呢拿慕絲來炮製,內裏則是口感軟滑的藍莓慕絲及綿密海綿蛋糕,味道香甜可口而且份量十足吃罷超飽肚啊。然後還有三款甜點包括以中國樂器、庭園及小擺設來設計真的好養眼。抹茶布甸伴櫻桃酒果凍!美不勝收的迷你魚池實在太迷人了,於抹茶布甸上放上以朱古力製成的石頭,還有瑞士甜菜苗作為水草勁可愛,最吸引我絕對是以朱古力製成的金魚,浮游於櫻桃酒果凍中栩栩如生真妙絕的甜品。不止於貌美連味道也非常出色,有爽滑的果凍也有綿滑的布甸,最重要整體味道非常相夾旦不會過甜,是質素相當高的甜點。豆腐芝士蛋糕!玉葫蘆造型的賣相很有高級感,選用了有機豆漿來炮製帶出陣陣清幽豆香。紅桑子牛奶朱古力慕絲蛋糕!一看見這個造型就想起昭君出塞,醇厚的紅桑子朱古力慕絲帶上濃郁的果香,吃下非常可口喜歡朱古力的朋友一定不要錯過。青花瓷.雅聚下午茶收費為$568/兩位、$288/一位(另加一服務費) ,由即日起至2026年1月2日下午3時至5時供應。Read More

難得有日本朋友到香港,早幾個月前因為工作關係未能見面,所以今次特意挑選連我都未去過嘅「獅房菜」,位於帝京酒店3樓。食物方面係有質素,由廚師發辦共九道菜式,感覺好似港版嘅omakase。頭盤花蟹茶碗蒸+普洱海參凍+鬈髦豬叉燒,個花蟹茶碗蒸嘅蟹肉夠多,味夠濃,反而叉燒感覺只係普通嘢,同公司大家樂感覺差唔多;第二樣係青花椒·龍蝦球·炒牛乳,呢個可以話有驚喜,將呢三樣嘢融合到一個菜式,我真係想知佢個食譜係點,味道上係冇違和感,反而有種好清爽嘅感覺;第三樣係蘭州蜜瓜·瑤柱·響螺湯,呢個有啲似我曾經煲過嘅爵士湯,但我當時個蜜瓜味冇佢咁出,佢個甜味係有啲誇張,呢個反而係我唔太喜歡嘅地方;第四樣係古越龍山·蔥香·鮑魚,用古越龍山調配出嚟個醬汁好出色,帶出佢酒嘅香味,鮑魚唔係果啲罐頭鮑,真係慢煮出嚟,軟硬度係剛剛好,難怪要比刀叉我切,向來冇table manner 嘅我都唔好意思將隻鮑魚一嘢隊入口;第五樣係好可愛、亦好可憐嘅菜式,韓國泡菜·黑毛和牛酥。冇諗過出嚟真係一隻牛,要用專用嘅鎚敲開佢,入面用荷葉包住黑毛和牛,感覺好新鮮,而且味道非常唔錯,牛肉完全冇比泡菜個味道蓋過咗。食完比左杯酸梅啫喱清下味蕾,但係呢個係唯一可以用極度難食嚟形容嘅嘢;第六樣係鮮姬松茸·花膠·黃湯,一個我覺得稍為普通嘅菜式,佢個黃湯嘅味道係唔錯,但好多酒樓都有類似味道嘅湯,呢一味算係最普通嘅一道菜式;第七樣係金退燕窩·野生竹笙·菜苗,呢個歸「養生」嘅菜式,我一度懷疑佢個燕窩係假,好少會有咁多,加上佢有啲類似紅燒汁果種味道,味道唔會太淡。加上面頭一層金泊,成件事高級咗好多;第八樣係澄海滷鵝·淮山麵,聽落好普通嘅菜式,但味道係唔錯,佢個鵝片係滷得好入味,肉質亦夠淋同滑,唯一美中不足係細碗咗啲,因為家下我肥咗大食咗好多;終於到第九樣嘅甜品,鴛鴦茶·奶凍,我一開始我係唔知隻杯係食得,我淨係食入面啲奶凍,因為佢個味係鴛鴦果種味,又唔太甜,係朋友話個杯係朱古力嚟,我先恍然大悟,但可惜佢個朱古力杯對我嚟講係太甜,我食咗一半就放棄咗。總括嚟講,有喜慶、聚會、招待外地親友的話,呢間係值得一試,因為下一次又唔知會係咩菜式。一餐入面有咁多款式,夠體面,加上酒店嘅質素,700幾蚊位,呢個價我覺得係值。Read More
