這杯朱古力飲品大約三十五元, 個人覺得不便宜, 亦不算很大杯, 但它真的很濃味﹑很濃郁﹑很濃厚, 喝得出用的是質素上乘的朱古力, 喝完是令人再三回味那麼濃, 香味久久揮之不去, 而且看似不大杯, 但相當足料, 喝完感到很飽肚的。但要注意的是這杯不是一般的朱古力, 它帶有比較強烈的酸味, 所以如果喜歡偏甜的朱古力的人可能不是那麼欣賞, 如是者, 可以考慮光顧茶餐廳或星巴克, 但如果不是那麼喜歡過分甜膩, 但又喜歡濃厚朱古力的人士, 可以一試。上枱前, 這杯朱古力仍十分熱騰騰, 冬天保暖一流。 continue reading

各種烘焙產品,無論外觀、香氣同味道都十分吸引。 今次揀左最基本,冇任何花巧既牛角包。牛角包造型工整,外皮酥脆,內層鬆軟,香氣滿滿。 基本上,評論牛角包既所有指數,全部都好高分。曾有媒體報導,創辦人學化學出身。 後來愛上烘焙,喜歡以科學方法分析不同原材料,製作及烘焙流程,從而研發最佳出品。 作為連鎖烘焙店,分店越來越多,維持各分店高水平質素是一大挑戰。 難得暫時所試過既,水準都保持得非常隱定,創辦人科學背景可能也有些關係。 continue reading

酸種麵包近呢幾年係香港都大受追捧,「Levain」可以話係香港其中一間最早開既酸種麵包,酸種包控的我當然要黎下Feta cheese, avocado, seasonal fruit on sourdoughSour dough 搽上自製青醬、再配以牛油果、啤梨、芝麻菜、蜂蜜、薄荷、沙律菜,整個配搭好夾好清新,但得一塊sour dough真係唔夠喉Turkey PaniniPanini入面夾左火雞肉,自製青醬、自製番茄醬、mozzarella cheese,師傅一d都唔吝嗇放左勁多mozzarella,拉絲效果真係好強勁,食左一半都已經好飽Iced AmericanoLatte地方又大又闊落,鰂魚涌呢間更加係一個麵包工場,你會見到麵包師傅不停搓麵團同製作麵包,因為無得跟餐,叫埋杯咖啡都起碼$150,加上塊sour dough真係好細塊,性價比唔算高,但鍾意sour dough既朋友都值得試下 continue reading

喺門口已經聞到好香嘅麵包味。入到舖頭,面積比想像中大好多,仲有自設麵包工房,睇住員工喺度整麵包,成個環境勁舒服好似去咗外國咁。🤔 水煮蛋、煙熏三文魚、鱷梨、黑麥天然酵母麵包 酸種包質地散散地鬆鬆地,味道溫和帶輕微酸味。上邊放左煙三文魚,味道好淡嘅原味水煮蛋,鋪咗一啲芝士粉,下面有層酸忌廉。好似有幾多唔同材料,但夾埋一齊食嘅味道又冇咩特別。就咁就要$108 ,我覺得性價比好低,食咗個空虛又唔飽。👌🏼Feta cheese and Spinach Panini $78 白麵包搽咗牛油再烘乾佢變成多士嘅味道。質感好脆。入邊有溶咗嘅芝士同菠菜。整體味道係可以接受。但食耐咗,就會覺得太脆太硬食到口都損嗰種。 continue reading
