如大部分私房菜一樣,到訪前需要預先選擇食物。Lunch Menu 有三道菜及四道菜可選,亦可加點Signature Dish 及Cheese Plater。餐前有麪包小食餐湯薯仔湯非常美味😋睇食評見好多人推介Signature Dish 🐟42°C Fresh Smoked Salmon,品嚐後確實是一道很優秀的菜式👍🏽 三文魚以蘋果木煙燻,打開時仙氣滿滿,非常ig-able❤️ 三文魚配以魚子,味道十分匹配😋 主菜方面,慢煮牛肉肉質很細嫩同行朋友點了豬腩肉,坐在旁邊都聽到脆皮咬開時索索聲,十分香脆🤣 整體而言,餐廳環境不錯,採光度十足,食物精緻並非常美味,值得再次到訪。唯一的美中不足,是餐廳食材準備得不夠周詳。午飯尾聲點餐飲時,同行3位朋友分別點了檸水及檸茶,店員端上一杯檸茶後,告知已沒有檸檬,其他人需選擇其他飲品。檸檬是廚房裏很基本的食材,而大廈旁邊也有駱克道街市及超市,臨時要檸檬也不會很難。雖然只是小事,卻令我對此餐廳扣了少許分數。 continue reading

我們一行三人,點了三個晚餐套餐,頭盤來了西班牙黑毛豬火腿乾,油分高而香,配上一瓶法國2016年紅酒,絕對是絕配,然後來了自家麵包配冷凍牛油,包又軟又有咬口,牛油就淡而香,好好味,再來一口三文魚子穌,頭盤還未完,之後來份煙熏三文魚,朋友點了鱘魚子帶子,鮮味超出,頭盤完送來柚子雪杷,好清新,之後來牛扒、友人點日本慢煮豬和魚,也是高水準的主菜,之後加了芝士拼盤,六款芝士,芝士控不能錯過,之後點品就蛋布甸和朱古力,蛋會較特別,然後點了餐茶,整個晚餐完美結束 continue reading

去咗間廚房嚟嘅,話你知,內裏真係有款有味又唔會使你破產㊙️。老闆背景勁橫,輕鬆咁將高級食材變成街坊價,一試難忘👨🏼‍🍳。起頭嘅醒胃得嚟有驚喜,鮮甜得嚟又唔俗氣🍉。跟住嗌咗個,呢個真係正!脆口外皮裹住啖啖嫩滑肉,我幾乎想飛起嚟喇‼️🐸。牡丹蝦做到香脆彈牙,不過多加88蚊就小貴咗啲🦐。真係懾服咗我,軟滑入心,smoked caviar嗌出海味,簡直完美😋。湯品嗌咗個松露雜菌湯,份量足,又香濃,松露味撲鼻,正🍄。來到主菜,雪蟹肉意大利飯簡直係驚喜boom boom彈!啖啖肉感、菜心點綴,呢碗飯真係食到心肝顫😍🦀。金目鯛配龍蝦汁搞得又香又脆,口味一流,無得輸🐟。甜品方面,士多啤梨蛋糕新鮮得黎又滿足,朱古力蛋糕簡直係重量級,朱古力迷唔好錯過😚🍰。總結落嚟,呢個位係食上加食,值得你幾次再三嘅光顧架!👏🏻🈵🎉 continue reading

第一次認識Les Saveurs Private Kitchen係係朋友既ig post度分享,後來再open rice了一下,了解到呢度係做好似私房菜形式咁既法國菜,所以就決定來試一試由於係預先訂座,餐廳都會係經whatsapp再同客人確認同埋預早請客人選定想要咩set, 要邊款appitizer同main dish。我地今次選左一個dinner menu一個degustation menu, 兩個餐都有add on, 一個加左$100 add on to “Pan fried Australian M6 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin”,另一個就加左個appetizer “42°C Fresh Smoked Salmon”分享各自兩個餐main dish俾大家睇睇Pan fried Australian M6 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Pork belly and octopus仲有sobet (略嫌份量太細)果日係慶祝生日,所以餐廳都特別為我哋喺甜品上面加咗Happy birthday祝福字眼欣賞呢間餐廳環境比較清幽,部份枱係近大玻璃窗旁邊,可以清晰望到街景。而當日我哋上到去只有兩台客,有柔和嘅燭光,成個環境氣氛唔錯,好有食法國菜慢慢享受嘅感覺另外每上一道菜待應都會講解食材同埋食法,非常細心問過餐廳職員呢度嘅Menu會定期更新/加新菜式,都感受到呢間餐廳係用心去經營!希望大家都支持下小店啦,宜家經濟唔好,都希望小店可以持續有人去幫襯吓令到飲食業繼續百花齊放 continue reading
