沙田呢間利苑幾大,星期日黎都好多人幫襯。叫左個荷葉蒸雞,碟野味道好淡,係雪藏雞又冇雞味,自己屋係屋企煮都好食過。 之後食個牛展又唔知仲咩整到好咸。蒜蓉炒白菜又係好淡。係個燒鴨幾好食,個皮幾脆。蟹肉粉絲煲都差,得啲好少好碎嘅蟹肉,完全唔好食都搵笨。總括啲野食其實都好淡,唔好難食。呢個價錢但係低質野食。食茶餐廳都有水準同多款過佢好多。燒肉個皮都脆。海哲一般。唔明點解咁蛋人幫襯,啲野都唔好食,好似都冇落鹽去煮野食咁。呢個價錢寧願揀第二啲酒樓好食過。真係唔會再食第二次, continue reading

這是我第一次寫食評。今晚同媽咪慶祝生日,一向都係食美心集團中菜,今年想食好些,去過好幾間利苑服務及食品都好好,沙田分店對兩老比較就腳,所以選了這間,一去到reception 已經有點減分,我去到話book 咗枱同有個蛋糕麻煩佢地放雪櫃,reception 完全無招呼只是說’Booking已經有人到咗,64號枱你自己入去啦蛋糕放喺度得啦!‘ 完全冇接手我手上蛋糕冇理我,咁我只有放低蛋糕自己行入去囉。叫咗一個10人套餐,菜餚都麻麻,翠園好食過好多,仲唔洗咁貴。到切蛋糕一還,真係最差的一件事,waitress 無準備火機,分蛋糕時,比我地見到佢把蛋糕上的白桃跌在地下浪費了,跟著有另一白桃跌咗有枱上,我地都無出聲話佢,睇睇佢有冇執返,佢居然執返跌係枱度果舊桃俾我哋食,佢仲無講比我地知係跌咗係枱度,我地問佢,佢都話冇所謂啦只係跌咗落枱面咋嘛!😣仲要收$100 切餅費,真係好差。埋單時同經理講返件事,佢免咗切餅費☺️,但真心想佢地要改善一下。 continue reading

選擇了這間,預先訂了枱。一家人到埗後等了五分鐘才安排入座,入內見客人頗多,坐定後叫了幾款小菜。脆皮素鵝、鹵水掌翼兩款餐前小食,掌翼夠稔沒有毛,不錯;黑椒德州牛柳粒 - 牛柳粒頗多但稍嫌肥了一點及有點兒韌;XO醬蟹肉粉絲煲 - 粉絲多多蟹肉少少,沒有XO醬味,一般;蒜子白菜仔 - 炒得恰好夠翠綠,不俗;吊燒雞半隻 - 上枱熱辣辣,稍嫌細隻了一點,但味道不錯。整體上不錯,但價錢略貴。 continue reading

到香港的第一餐,也是慶祝新年。晚上八點左右進店,還是基本滿座。點了醬油脆皮雞,和風茄子,七味脆皮豆腐,椒鹽雞軟骨,擂沙湯丸。脆皮雞真是名不虛傳,皮脆肉嫩,半隻雞三個人剛剛好,只是對於口淡的我來說,脆皮雞稍咸。脆皮豆腐,和風茄子有點異曲同工,不過還是好吃的。點餐的時候不知道擂沙湯丸是什麼,上菜後才知道是原來是湯圓 continue reading
