難得dayoff,又好耐無飲茶約埋屋企人去利苑飲下午茶不過2點半前要入座,因為會截客坐低左,叫左個半蒸半煎既腸粉呢個係我每次都會點既菜式另外仲叫左鮑汁鳳爪,蜂巢芋盒,蒸牛肉球個腸粉一邊係蒸,另一面係煎到脆卜卜再點埋個甜醬麻醬同豉油真係好好味另外個鮑汁鳳爪煮到好淋好入味份量都有7至8隻到👍🏻蜂巢芋盒唔係好多酒樓仲有得賣而且利苑整得好好味,我每次都必點👍🏻最後就係個蒸牛肉球不過不失無乜特別順帶一提就係酒樓服務態度好好員工好主動,係我會再光顧既原因👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

本來不想去此處,印象中頗貴及多人。晚歺貴'也要吃海鲜之类。有朋友说有時间限制,本不是首选。因有友人需要在附近做事,勉强选利苑。多周前订位'人数改了几次,接电话的人多次都有禮貌。原來此处无限交台時间出乎意料! 侍应小姐不催點菜'招呼不錯。叫了脆皮燒雞,色澤好,也脆。另有 牛仔骨。腍腍的又味美。咕嚕肉不夠肥,但炸得恰好。几个蔬菜無特別。只是那千层豆腐有特色。全枱滿意。不过奌的前菜如牛等,不大有水準矣。猶其冰燒三层肉有些失望。甜品則可囗杏仁茶又滑又甜,可再试。可惜是我们坐下不断傾谈'例湯賣光。下次订枱要先订每人只200多,而且坐的舒服,以今天來说物超所值。後話:friday 都不滿,市道不大好。 continue reading

由於這酒家經常客滿,我又不喜歡排隊等位,已經有一段時間沒來光顧,今天想吃點心,就專誠訂座飲茶。也許生意太好,店内擺位有點擠迫,某些位置甚至椅背貼椅背。點心上桌,蝦餃蝦肉爽甜,餃皮爽而不黏口,餡肉不會分離,是水準之作。雪頂餐包外形討好,奶皇甜度適中,非常好味。濃湯泡腐皮卷味道不甚突出,而且份量太少,相對和風茄子,後者風味和份量都較優勝。蜜汁义燒包肉汁豐富,皮薄餡靚,豉汁鳳爪雖無驚喜,但也能保持利苑一貫水平。 continue reading

一家六口食晚飯。要訂位先有得食丫。。一向都幾喜歡利苑的食物質素。但愈來愈不好了。。我想今次是最後機會了。酒家現在好像只專賣鮑參翅,其他菜色不好味。連招牌菜,脆皮雞都不好味了。咕嚕肉不夠汁,好幾個肉都沒有汁。而且皮過厚,只吃到油味。。差。老火例湯,差。美心皇宮仲好過佢好多。而且仲平d。唯一有驚喜是杏仁茶糖水,算不錯,但都太甜。。雷沙湯丸熱度剛好,但芝麻較少。算把。冇下次。。都唔明白為什麼咁多去食。。。香港人口味真的那麼簡單?? continue reading

唔係間間利園都好食, 有D仲又貴又難食添, 試過咁多間分店, 都係沙田店最好, 比其他店平D, 又好味, 服務亦OK. 上次黎無預訂乳鴿, 有得睇無得食, 今次記得訂了, $58一隻BB乳鴿, 雖然唔係啖啖肉, 但炸得香口, 同時能保存肉汁.蝦餃 ($39四粒) 包得好靚, 蝦好新鮮, 必食. 七味豆腐粒 ($42) 熱辣辣,外層炸到金黃色, 十分酥脆, 中間的豆腐好滑. 我老爺最鍾意食燒腩仔, 坊間大大小小的酒家差不多試均晒, 利苑的冰燒三層肉真係數一數二, 不過都幾貴, 細細粒每客$120, 今日呢碟瘦左D, 無平時咁好食. 龍蝦湯西施泡飯真係百吃不厭, 湯底濃郁鮮甜, 灑上炸米有畫龍點精之效, $168一窩夠5人share每人一碗. 店員 upsell 的豬腳仔 ($52) 就比下去了, 炆得唔夠淋. 反而第一次試既燈影煎堆 ($28兩件) 反而有驚喜, 即叫即炸, 雖然唔算好薄, 未做到 “燈影” 透光的效果, 但煙煙韌韌, 幾得意, 值得一試.  continue reading
