米芝蓮級既茶樓,地點方便,環境雅致,闊落舒服點心走踏實路線,食開既都有,飯燒味炒野都有既,可以慢慢揀有大缸海鮮係度,可以帶小朋友去睇鮑汁炆鳳爪,同一般酒樓個啲個汁好咸好稠既唔同,佢清得黎好夠味,唔咸但香,腍晒入晒味真係我食過其中一個最好食既鮑汁鳳爪迷你瓦罉蒸飯,正正常常,size係真係迷你既脆皮素鵝,賣相不錯,外脆有油香但唔膩,腐皮既豆味幾正,入面餡料又滑又多汁,幾好味潮州小粉果,皮算有啲厚,無太特別既潮州粉果紅裳鮮蝦水晶餃,個名好吸引,加上個人幾中意食餃,入口有啲似菜苖餃,但無乜菜,大致係一個唔係好蝦既蝦餃咁,size細細口感都算唔錯原隻蒸蝦餃,幾薄皮,入口味道相當好,蝦有成隻係度,而個蝦味都夾到個荀味,無味精而幾鮮北菇滑燒賣,燒賣既肉算肥瘦適中,細蝦既配置令佢唔會咁似蝦餃,個人係讚既最後到勞蘇食推介 —— 蟹肉灌湯餃賣相就只係一隻碗無花巧,但佢個湯既鮮味真係有蟹肉味既,飲住個湯直情好似飲緊燉湯咁,清得黎好夠料好舒服真心必食米芝蓮茶樓,都總算無失望,樣樣都好味夠味,食完唔渴而味道正,好多平凡點心都令我想返啅價錢貴啲但真係唔算天價,值得試下#店員好好想追一追野未講佢就知我哋有咩未黎#我一餐就叫左三個蟹肉灌湯餃 continue reading

中午飲茶吃點心真是一樂也。必點之選有:冰燒三層肉,招牌菜保持水凖,皮鬆脆,肥瘦分明,唔理得咁多了,一口一塊。另一種是始創西施泡飯,也是招牌菜,每次來都一定吃。中午是的份量較細,適合3-4位享用,雖是龍蝦湯底,但濃度完全沒有趕走飯、脆米和鮮蝦的原味,能吃到兩者的融和味道。其中芫茜有如畫龍點睛,讓更能提升味覺添。金華蜜餞火腿附上刈包,金華蜜餞火腿都算大塊,有金華火腿味,但唔太鹹,蜜味是淡淡的滲出來的。夾在迷你版的刈包更顯得大大件。雖眼見邊處有肥肉,但入口即化,一點也不肥膩,間中邪惡吓都無妨啦!巴蜀麻香抄手,醬汁惹味,但一點也不辣。抄手肉和蝦的份量參半,一啖一隻,皮薄餡多。鮑汁炆鳳爪,鳳爪炆到脹卜卜,一啜便離骨,鮑汁唔係死鹹個種,與鳳爪同吃帶出鮮味,口感亦很黏稠。蟹肉灌湯餃,湯底鮮甜,只是湯餃畧厚,餡料採用蟹肉應會較鮮,但吃起來似乎以灌湯餃的形式呈現又好像沒有帶出鮮味,味道亦一般而已。 continue reading

第一次嚟利苑酒家,座位好闊落,不過樓底就吾算高。今晚叫咗個二人餐,比較精緻, 個蟹肉翅真係好多蟹肉, 同埋啲蟹肉係彈牙㗎, 啲魚翅係一絲絲, 個湯底飲得係冇味精嘅 。 由於我唔食蠔,朋友就幫我食埋啦,佢用生菜包住成隻食,出面個皮就炸得好脆,入面隻蠔鮮甜。金針蒸龍躉片蒸得啱啱好,食落口有齊3樣味道,好正全晚最驚喜就個砵仔飯,粒粒飯都好軟熟,真係非常好食㗎,而家真係好少酒樓有㗎,佢仲要加埋啲肉碎粒喎,淨係食個飯都正最後上個甜品係紅棗糕,我食曬兩件。糖水係木瓜雪 耳,木瓜係一粒粒波仔咁樣㗎,所以口感呢亦都比較特別啲嘅。 整體嚟講,呢間果然係咪芝蓮當然價錢都係,不過中秋做節就食好啲啦 今次遺憾呢就係食唔到嗰個蛋白杏仁茶,所以下次訂位時一定要叫酒樓預留。 continue reading

經常走經旺角洗衣街,今次還是第一次光顧。原來老店利宛酒家已經有四十多年歷史,享譽米之蓮二星食肆。舊式的裝修,老練的伙計。洗手間有點小,尚算乾淨。樓底不算高,午市有點嘈吵。大多為公司同事飯聚或老顧客。平日也必須訂座。看似簡簡單單的點心紙,我們三人點了:五香芋絲脆春卷$39、脆皮素鵝$65、和風茄子$45、潤燒BB乳鴿$68、韮王生元貝煎麵$170、香煎葱花蝦米腸$38。點知來到時,入口即無話好說!😋素鵝脆而不膩;和風茄子外表煎得微微脆口,醬汁適中,不太鹹、濃;煎腸粉絕對是我食過最好味的,外脆內軟,不油,有好多葱花包在腸粉內,不是平時批發交貨那種;個春卷也真的是非常脆口,內有多兩層不同春巻皮包成,以增加口感;乳鴿可以說是中規中矩,沒有太大驚喜;煎麵我稍嫌芡汁比較厚身,下次我會叫芡汁另上!甜品已經食不下嚥!下次我會再回來光顧!正!👍🏻😋 ps 當日成惠$510。如果有銀聯卡,可享九五折。 continue reading

利苑, 原來直到今天已經在亞太區累計得到69顆米芝蓮星. 星星, 始終是一定的信心保證. 除了中菜有水準, 月餅, 同樣是高水準的. 而且, 是百分百香港製造, 在今天這個市場, 當然要推介.精選月餅禮盒 $258 送禮之選要數精選月餅禮盒. 當中包括雙黃白蓮蓉月餅, 雙黃蓮蓉月餅, 雙黃低糖白蓮蓉月餅, 跟金華火腿月餅各一. 難得的是有雙黃蓮蓉月餅, 這些年來, 黃蓮蓉的風頭已經被白蓮蓉及奶黃搶去. 但其實, 黃蓮蓉的那份香甜, 始終如一.另外, 金華火腿月餅就是上了年紀才懂得欣賞. 甜, 或許不太足夠, 但以金華火腿, 欖仁, 瓜子, 合桃, 跟芝麻去做成, 健康, 變成最大賣點.雙黃白蓮蓉月餅 $248 不過, 利苑的雙黃白蓮蓉月餅, 還是最吸引的. 那相當甘香而細滑的白蓮蓉, 配上足油的雙鹹蛋黃, 吃到的, 是要傳承的味道.迷你奶黃月餅 $208 傳統, 有傳統的美. 迷你奶黃月餅, 一樣有它的魔力. 皮薄, 加上甜美的奶黃, 小巧的一隻, 就俘虜了您的甜胃.利苑的月餅, 跟中菜一樣有水準. 特別是傳統的雙黃白蓮蓉月餅, 是值得保存下來的味道. continue reading
