長輩一早計劃好長假期出門,故今年特意揀選喺中秋前夕與肥肥家族一同於旺角「利苑酒家」迎月賀中秋。「利苑」旺角分店共兩層高,地下為接待處。上層樓梯口可見多個又大又潔亮o既魚缸,感覺氣派十足。餐廳面積雖然冇細佬認識o既灣仔分店咁寬廣,不過裝潢一樣咁雅致,廂房尤其舒適,服務實屬優質。好客o既長輩一早已訂下菜單,齋睇經已令人流哂口水,食後更會令人回味無窮!人一到齊,即起四碟江南小品前菜。由於XO仔於席上輩份極低,部份相片只能偷影得來,菜式好多都唔完整,還望大家見諒。江南小品之金蒜拍青瓜:青瓜前菜爽脆惹味,清新又開胃。江南小品之冰燒三層肉:冰燒三層肉外皮香脆鬆化,肉質爽厚彈牙,完美無瑕。江南小品之五香牛展:薄薄o既牛展香濃入味,簡單可口。正當各人仍在讚美四小碟之際,服務生隨即呈上勁量級o既靚翅供賓客鑒賞,震撼非常!清宮明火雞煲翅:晶瑩幼滑o既翅品以濃郁o既雞湯燉肴,甜濃潤澤,且毫不油膩。每人額外仲有多碗靚湯可以自行添加,盡顯主人家細心體貼之情。清蒸海花英斑:花英斑雖則極之厚身,但因蒸煮o既時間掌握得好好,魚肉能達到鮮嫩無比,皮層亦分外軟滑美味。鴿蛋竹笙燴燕窩:竹笙燕窩卷爽軟脆嫩,清香淳樸。座上幾位食家只係略嫌旁邊兩隻白鴿蛋因未經炸煮過而未能營造出最香滑o既效果;聽落真係好有說服力,細佬又免費上咗一課。油鹽焗奄仔蟹:淨睇相都可見奄仔蟹o既蟹膏飽滿豐沛,食落當然係不得了啦!不需點上任何醬汁,奄仔蟹已夠鮮嫩甜美,無得彈呀!秘製鹽焗雞:鹽焗雞味濃而不膩,就連雞胸肉都一樣皮香肉滑。苦瓜通菜煲:通菜本身好脆口,混入咗苦瓜炒煮則令其味道更為甘香,組合新穎得黎意外地好夾。龜苓膏:食完多味豐盛o既佳餚,甜品再黎一碗滑嘟嘟o既凍龜苓膏,清熱滋潤,食後清涼又舒暢。旺角鬧市中o既「利苑酒家」環境不失雅麗,服務優良,而且講求衛生。小肥可以韜光於迎月當日與一眾長輩品嚐到一系列高質美味o既傳統粵菜,實感榮幸萬分,口福不淺! continue reading
