來到2022年最後一日,同大人飲個茶先。今日去左利苑飲茶,去到啱啱好1點,唔算多人,等左5分鐘就好快有位。我地叫左呢d點心: 魚蓉粥:入邊落左果皮,d魚係拆左骨之後整做魚蓉,我估計應該係用鯇魚做。大人本身唔多食魚,但佢話黎利苑一定要食呢個粥,就知呢個粥有料到。個粥幾綿,魚有薑味唔腥,呢個推介 炸魷魚: 個粉漿有少少厚,面有椒鹽粉,魷魚算甜,但唔係最新鮮 (我比較咀刁,食開新鮮生猛魷魚所以街食一般都唔會最新鮮) 燒排骨:叉燒汁味,叉燒會滑同淋d,但燒排骨另有風味,軟骨好食 燒賣:賣想一般,唔算好成形,味道搭夠,香菇味重,一啖一件 凰爪:正常水準,唔會蒸到一patpat 棗皇糕:每年新年必買返屋企,以前用籠上,依家用碟上,夠熱,細左,中間椰汁糕,面係紅棗糕,唔會死甜,推介 。但係我唔記得影相total 327 continue reading

We are loyal regular customer at Telford Kowloon Bay Branch for more than 10 years doing weekly Sunday yum cha.  It is also our customs to order dozens of turnip cakes from the restaurant every Chinese New Year for gifting to our relatives and friends.  Unfortunately, this incident occurred yesterday immensely disappointed my family and I. We arrived early at the restaurant ahead of our booking time at around 11:00 a.m., and my mother asked the receptionist to see if we could able to get a table next to the window. The receptionist told us the tables were fully booked yesterday, and hence my mother checked if we could reserve in advance for the coming week or the week after the next. Out of our surprise, the receptionist said those tables next to the window were never meant for “people like us”, whatever that means. When we enquired further what she meant, she just repeatedly said those tables were not for us. We tried to talk to the  manager when seated trying to seek further explanation as to the restaurant’s protocol for reserving table next to window. However, our effort was in vain. 以往幾廿年,利苑出名食物有質素,招呼好。於是擒日相約好友茶敍,由於對九龍灣唔太熟路。記得有利苑諗住實無衰。打去訂檯可留檯,但不停講,最早只可訂12:45,但2:00要交檯。唔係Ma, 咁咪要食得快過澳牛光速餐🤔心諗去得利苑,預咗係貴,但食環境食招呼,算啦!最多埋單時瞌埋眼比錢就算啦。佢應該都係講笑姐。擒日去到商場見人山人海,去到門口竟然無人等檯。心諗兩點還檯你咪棧吉晒個場。入座後,不停比騷擾!不停埋嚟叫你叫什麼花膠上湯米線,仲不停話你唔留定就無嫁啦⋯⋯我話未齊人,望下先。之後又話叫椰皇。望下menu 米線$188、椰皇$58⋯⋯之後同朋友一路傾計,一路不停有人行埋嚟不停sell, sell到我都有啲火火地。如是者,叫晒點心上檯食咗無耐,就行埋嚟話兩點交檯,我話點心都無齊。之後每隔幾分鐘,又埋嚟催。如是者,1:45就走埋嚟嘈,要我哋交檯。但我哋仲有半檯嘢未食晒。1:50就要我哋埋單2:00見有人比佢哋迫得緊要,開始走人。之後就算翻檯都仲有大把吉檯。到我哋食得八八九九,有個阿姐走埋大吵大鬧、話我哋賴C唔走,又點又點!真心覺得好可惜!點解一間食物質素唔錯嘅酒樓,可以容許伙記咁樣鬧客人。睇返comments, 原來我哋唔係個別例子,原來每間分店都經常發生,好似係佢哋酒樓嘅文化咁。難怪無人等檯啦⋯⋯ continue reading
