阿姨星期一約阿媽跟我去食午飯,想食自助餐可惜又滿座,訂不到座位,於是阿媽跟阿姨選擇了,在「德福廣場」裡面的酒家「利苑酒家」裡面食午飯。可惜「利苑酒家」適合我口味的午飯,選擇委實不多。所以我沒有在「利苑酒家」正式享用任何碟頭飯食品,「午餐食品」就由得阿姨她自由去選擇。至於我當日在午飯時間的食店,就要留到阿姨阿媽食完「利苑酒家」之後再續了。阿姨她自己就選擇了,「利苑酒家」午市餐牌裡面的「海鮮燒味組合」。「利苑酒家」裡面的「海鮮燒味組合」,包括有湯品「蓮藕鱆魚煲豬踭」、「XO醬金菇龍蝦菘炆伊麵」,還有「利苑片皮鴨」。一共有炆伊麵菜式加一隻燒鴨,再加刀切下來的燒鴨皮連燒鴨肉,最後加上一個砂煲煲出來,含一大隻很多腳的鱆魚,連豬踭和蓮藕煲成的老火湯,成了今次「利苑酒家」裡面的主角。當然,「蓮藕鱆魚煲豬踭」裡面夾雜豬踭肉的老火煲鱆魚蓮藕湯,如果老火湯裡面還夾雜了,我平日不會食的豬踭。所以我雖然喜歡老火煲鱆魚蓮藕豬踭湯,但是今次只能喝湯,豬踭肉就可免則免了。我喜歡「蓮藕鱆魚煲豬踭」湯裡面的原隻鱆魚,鱆魚其實即是所謂的「八爪魚」,「八爪魚」佈滿吸盤的腳,即使曾經被煲煮過一輪時間,「八爪魚」腳的口感也不會煮得太韌太難咬。至於「蓮藕鱆魚煲豬踭」湯裡面實際味道其實頗甜,因為「蓮藕鱆魚煲豬踭」湯裡面還加入了很多蓮藕,然後慢火煲湯煲了很長時間,才能煲出這麽份量,味道如此甜的湯。至於我今次食評主要介紹和評論的對象,「利苑片皮鴨」由於是以「一鴨兩食」的方式上檯,所以無可避免地需要花較長篇幅,去評價整隻片皮鴨的口感跟味道。雖然我們購買了一份的「海鮮燒味組合」套餐,有完整的「利苑片皮鴨」可以享用,奈何我們三人坐在「利苑酒家」的樓面中央位置,導致「利苑酒家」切片皮鴨師傅,也不站在我們前進行切片皮鴨的工序。其實「利苑片皮鴨」表面的油脂算是造得頗厚,從片皮鴨身上切割出來的鴨肉,每片鴨肉口感也造得很多油脂的豐腴感覺,鴨肉口感又是軟腍,不會太過乾身,而且有燒鴨時塗上的醬油甜味。「利苑片皮鴨」實際製成品的實際口感,其實算是有很多肥美的鴨肉,可以慢慢品嚐享受味道,即使「利苑酒家」裡面的侍應師傅受制於狹環境,無法親自在我們面前表演切片皮鴨,但是我們仍然食完整隻片皮鴨。「利苑酒家」切片皮鴨的師傅,在切完一小碟片皮鴨鴨肉連鴨皮之後,連着包裹片皮鴨的中式薄餅跟濃味醬汁,還有蔥等配料放在旁邊,讓我們自己去包裹成「片皮鴨薄餅」。利用「利苑酒家」附上了蔥跟濃厚甜味醬料,用中式薄餅自行把鴨肉、薄餅、蔥和甜味醬汁四者包裹而成的「利苑片皮鴨」薄餅製成品,味道主要是有燒鴨裡面的油脂香甜味道,還有醬汁裡面的甜味。當然,大蔥在「利苑片皮鴨」薄餅裡面構成的濃味程度,亦是不能小看的一部分。片皮鴨在燒烤的過程裡面加入了甜味的燒烤醬,令片皮鴨製成品的味道,從內到外都有很強的燒烤香甜味道。至於「利苑片皮鴨」裡面鴨肉的口感,以燒烤的方式製作完成,所以「利苑片皮鴨」鴨肉肉質仍然很豐厚,利用「利苑酒家」薄餅和醬料固然可以食到濃厚的鴨肉和醬料的甜味,鴨肉的肉質也很飽滿多肉,口感軟腍。至於「利苑酒家」師傅切完一定份量的「利苑片皮鴨」之後,總算切出一定份量的片皮鴨肉之後,剩下了一大隻燒鴨還需要切件上碟,成為了「一鴨兩食」的另一個重要部位。「利苑片皮鴨」的實際主要食法,本來是以薄餅包裹甜味醬汁和鴨肉一起享用,但是「利苑酒家」師傅切完一份量片皮鴨肉之後,還將剩下的鴨肉繼續斬件,變得一整份剩下的燒鴨鴨肉。「利苑片皮鴨」剩下的鴨肉裡面,最有品嚐價值的地方,就是連骨頭一起上的鴨髀肉。由於鴨髀肉是「利苑片皮鴨」鴨肉裡面口感最有彈性的一部分,所以口感有彈性的同時,又不難用口撕開鴨肉。至於「利苑酒家」「燒味海鮮組合」裡面剩下的其他部份,還有一大碟的「XO醬金菇龍蝦菘炆伊麵」。「XO醬金菇龍蝦菘炆伊麵」裡面的龍蝦肉實際口感有限,因為龍蝦肉已經被切到完全碎掉。所以「XO醬金菇龍蝦菘炆伊麵」裡面的主要味道,首當其衝的肯定就是「XO醬」裡面的濃厚辣味,反而龍蝦肉份量有限,對炆伊麵的實際味道影響不及辣味「XO醬」那麼深遠。由於「利苑酒家」「燒味海鮮組合」套餐價錢一點也不便宜,需要港幣四百六十八元,導致整個午餐價錢也變得不便宜,平均每人也需要接受接近港幣二百六十二元,不是便宜的價錢。 continue reading

香煎蘿蔔糕:蘿蔔糕極有質感,較厚身,煎得恰到好處,想枱已聞到蘿蔔香,入口外脆內軟非常夠香口。豉汁蒸鳳爪:鳳爪比較乾身,醬汁不夠多,份量適中,味道略遜。排骨陳村粉:排骨份量算多但多骨少肉,而陳村粉沒有汁,入口比較硬身,由於沒有醬汁關係,令陳村粉的味道較淡,相信加多點甜豉油更佳。紅裳鮮蝦水晶餃:其實同蝦餃差唔多,只是多了些芫茜及芹菜絲,這樣比較香和清新而且能中和肉味。乾清棗皇糕:香甜煙韌,紅棗味濃郁,熱食軟糯,讚! continue reading

利苑集團九龍灣分店。位置方便,算是寬敞,僅次IFC跟圓方分店。是日晚宴菜單如下:燒三層肉江南小品陳醋雲耳美極雞軟骨清宮明火雞煲鮑翅瓦罐薑蔥焗大蝦蠔皇扣南非鮑魚玉掌伴清蒸沙巴海星斑鹽香脆皮雞濃湯鮮茄泡菜苗鵝肝桂花炒飯生磨蛋白杏仁茶山西棗皇糕錦繡保健生果前菜三層肉保持水準。但雲耳不爽,雞軟骨炸得鬆脆但調味奇怪。鮑翅翅身完整,雞湯濃郁,沒用上重手味精,其實不錯,但個人不喜魚翅。焗大蝦做法跟黃金蝦相似,蝦身有鹹蛋黃醬,甚惹味,而蝦肉亦彈牙爽口。鵝掌鮑魚個頭不小,算是大器的份量。但鵝掌不膠,鮑魚肉質過實,可惜。海斑,炸子雞應有品質。菜苗用料不俗。炒飯沒鵝肝味,但飯炒得不錯。整體來說,不錯的用料,部份菜式以利苑品牌跟價錢可更佳。3.5星,推介三層肉、焗大蝦、菜苗。同價位下5星:即使排隊亦要一試再試4星:甚佳,可以一試3星:同價位有不少更佳選擇 continue reading

幾年前公司响利苑包場搞annual dinner,當時覺得好好食!但自從搬咗入嚟九龍灣之後,竟然一直冇幫襯過,今日適逢部門食團年飯就再嚟試吓!之前見到幾多負評,真係有啲擔心又中伏 。今日食完試完,就用良心替店家平反吓!我哋一行十幾人提早一星期訂位,又提早10分鐘到,一去到唔駛等就埋位 過程非常流暢!坐低馬上開茶 - 普洱、壽眉、滾水。唔知係咪冇壽眉嘅茶牌,兩壺茶都係掛住普洱牌,有少少不足但OK 嘅!點心款式貴精不貴多,我哋叫咗成張點心紙80%嘅點心,基本上都係好好味嘅!流心奶皇包 - 奶皇好香好滑,可惜奶皇餡唔流心,只係一般嘅奶皇包。蝦腸 / 齋腸粉 - 同樣係腸粉,齋腸就比較滑口,蝦米葱花好香,如果食腸粉,個人推介齋腸。蝦餃 / 燒賣 - 蝦味鮮甜,賣相精緻!蘿蔔絲酥餅 - 酥皮炸得乾身,不油不膩,爆汁蘿蔔絲餡料可以再多少少!鮑汁鳳爪 - 啖啖骨膠原!招牌燒腩仔 - 皮脆肉爽口,可惜太細粒,份量唔夠豪爽,食得唔夠過癮 招牌蜜汁叉燒 - 叉燒絕對係水準之作,肥瘦適中,蜜汁滲透叉燒入面,外層仲有少少焦香,火喉十足!口水雞 - 雞肉嫰滑,調味適中唔會太鹹,個人口味而言,辣味可以再加重!😅海山骨 - 即係南乳肉排,南乳惹味,肉排炸得香脆,配白飯最最鮮蝦雞蛋炒麵 - 超幼麵條炒得爽口唔油膩,豉油皇銀芽炒麵底配彈牙鮮蝦 好食到唔停得口!鵝肝蝦仁炒飯 - 鵝肝粒好香好濃,蝦仁爽口,飯底炒得乾身,超有鑊氣嘅炒飯!食物質素好,咁至多人提到嘅服務呢?參考過之前嘅食評(負評),今日一樣都冇出現過!每次舉手都有兩個侍應光速上前。係我計海底撈以外,見過最快最有效率嘅服務,真心俾!所有order 都有跟足,零甩漏。相信店舖有認真跟進/改善服務質素!值得再次讚許同事非常滿意所有食品,服務,相信利苑好快成為我哋嘅專屬飯堂喇! continue reading

利苑最好預先訂位,經常排隊及滿座未能提供服務,訂位後職員會經常以顧客姓氏稱呼,感覺親切😊。————————————————————今次點了金菇唐芹雞柳炆鴛鴦米,淮山燉水鴨,棗皇石黃皮燉琥珀,北菇滑燒賣:1. 金菇唐芹雞柳炆鴛鴦米,份量很多🤩,金菇唐芹都很新鮮,整體鴛鴦米非常入味,可口。2. 淮山燉水鴨,清甜、入口味道剛剛好🤤,不會太咸或太淡,最讚是瘦肉出奇地淋身😵,以往瘦肉煲湯後多數韌及「鞋」口,甚少進食,但今次食了很多瘦肉🙈二人份量也可分到四碗,非常抵食😊。3. 棗皇石黃皮燉琥珀,飯後甜點🍮,不太甜,有消滯感,職員說燉了四小時,數量有限,機會難得😁。4. 北菇滑燒賣,燒賣真的很滑,餡料十足,肥豬肉不多且均勻,有水準。————————————————————職員主動詢問顧客要不要辣椒醬,表現關心,簽帳時,主動詢問要不要泊車,會另外給予一張可泊最長時間的車飛,服務很窩心。 continue reading
