濃湯過橋象拔蚌,問我要不要加米線底,我同意。另外叫XO醬白肉蒸斑球一份。問有什麼菜,介紹咗海味雜菜煲,我就跟侍應嘅介紹。轉頭返嚟,話冇咗海味雜菜煲,轉介蝦乾唐生菜,又話冇咗米線,提議轉芽菜底及泡米,都同意。我哋盡量都配合餐廳,侍應介紹得應該都係好嘅。魚到嘅時候,伴隨一隻烏蠅,然後黐咗上去,侍應用碟嘅鏟拎走咗個污染咗嘅魚塊,然後沒有重新攞過新嘅鏟,要我提佢。食咗兩小碗過橋象拔蚌之後,侍應攞住一大碟芽菜,好大聲問仲要唔要?收走啦!其實過橋象拔蚌芽菜及濃湯全部都唔係擺喺我哋張枱,因為佢哋俾我哋張枱實在太細,唔緊要,加錢配米線沒有,轉左做其他底,咁都要俾我食㗎,不過又真係影響到鄰座人客的食物要枱放,我免得麻煩便說好吧,我見仲有好多湯,費事阻住,叫佢攞啲湯過嚟我哋張枱,佢真係揼一聲放低,蓋都冇拎起就走咗啦,其實啲侍應識唔識點樣上過橋象拔蚌嘅呢?侍應有冇訓練過怎樣上菜嘅呢?我以為係有一個大湯碗裏便有好多湯有象拔蚌喺面,個底係有芽菜或者之類,加上其他配料一齊食(我估廚師應該係咁諗啩,咁先可以增加菜式嘅層次口感),唔係幾樣嘢分開。 continue reading

家陣時真係難搵到一間又好食、環境又舒服嘅中菜館,呢間就真係我心水!每次嚟香港,我都必定會去打卡,已經變成我嘅“精神食堂”啦!前幾日同大學老友記聚會,想搵個環境好、菜品又拎得出手嘅地方,我二話唔說就揀咗呢間。一入門,嗰種熱鬧又溫馨嘅氛圍,即刻就將聚會嘅快樂值拉滿,大家都直call揀啱地方。呢度嘅招牌乳鴿,簡直係必點之中嘅必點!上枱嗰陣,嗰金黃油亮嘅外皮,喺燈光下泛住誘人嘅光澤,淨係望住就已經令人直吞口水。油脂嘅香氣同肉香完美融合,每啖都超級滿足,我一個人食一隻都冇問題。除咗乳鴿同埋必試嘅鮑魚,真係令我大開眼界!個個鮑魚都碩大飽滿,肉質厚實有嚼勁,咬落去“卜卜”彈牙 。大廚嘅烹調手法簡直神了,用濃郁醇厚嘅鮑汁精心煨制,每一寸鮑魚肉都充分吸收咗鮑汁嘅精華,味道濃郁得嚟又唔會過於膩口,每啖都充滿高級嘅鮮味,正到冇朋友!其他餸都完全冇踩雷!招牌紅燒肉,色澤紅亮,入口即化,肥而不膩,瘦肉部分又唔柴,香甜嘅醬汁裹住每一舊肉,撈埋白飯我可以食兩大碗!仲有嗰道蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦,粉絲吸滿咗蝦嘅鮮甜同蒜蓉嘅香味,爽口彈牙嘅蝦肉搭配軟糯嘅粉絲,一啖落去超滿足。店入面嘅服務都好貼心,服務員會及時幫手添水、換骨碟,態度親切又熱情,令人覺得好舒服。總之,呢間店唔論係家庭聚餐、朋友聚會定係商務宴請都超啱!強烈推薦畀大家,嚟香港一定要試下! continue reading

IFC利苑晚飯鮮蝦粉絲煲星期三去咗中環辦事,為方便泊車就去IFC利苑食晚飯,六點鐘去到酒樓仲有幾張空枱,前後左右大部份都係外來遊客,似乎都幾好生意。點咗一份兩餸餐再加多一碢牛肉粉絲。薑蔥粉絲焗海中蝦粉絲鹹味較重,蝦肉欠彈牙口感,薑蔥配料足夠多而薑蔥味濃郁,大大增加鮮香味,粉絲軟韌度啱啱好,而芡汁亦收乾恰當,一啲都唔水汪汪,緊緊鎖住海蝦鮮味,特別好味,比老婆全部清晒。啫啫鮑魚雞煲上枱時熱辣辣啫啫聲,色香味俱全,味帶微微辣,鮑魚切片夠腍有口感兼惹味,鹹味適中,雞肉先裹粉再走油,肉質鮮嫩Juice味重,超好味,鮑魚菇/乾蔥頭/青椒烹煮程度適中一樣好食,老婆話蒜頭夠腍仲好味,比佢食晒一粒都無留返俾我,好有水準嘅煲仔菜,可惜煲夠大隻但食材份量就很少。燒汁金菇牛肉片粉絲夾雜金菇比到一種煙煙韌韌軟腍嘅感覺,牛肉夠腍身有肉味而醃料較重手,燒汁份量啱啱好,味道濃郁帶微鹹,口感重但入口軟滑細膩,同粉絲蝦煲又係另外一種不同嘅食法。店員服務有禮貌,不過服務水準欠缺,全程都冇更換碗碟,隔離多張枱都唔見佢哋更換碗碟,店員需多但都係行過就算,碗筷杯碟清潔乾淨,但係枱布唔乾淨有紙巾殘留物,喺IFC location呢啲屬於低水準!有待改善。 continue reading
