今日過嚟銅鑼灣做嘢,誤打誤撞泊咗架車入時代廣場,咁求其睇吓有乜嘢食,上面果幾層睇落酒樓多,揀咗想試好耐嘅~利苑。蝦餃~正常味道,細細粒粒,有啲似廣東一口雲吞,一啖一個,沒驚喜,咁如果比較「太子得獎」蝦餃好多。芋絲脆春卷 ~咁佢又無講錯,脆春卷佢真係做到,但芋絲就差啲,第二張相係橫邊~無咬過,我會覺得佢係炸咗入面層先再包多層炸?所以導致入面果層芋絲「硬晒」,無晒層次?蘿蔔糕~正常水準,食到一絲蘿蔔,臘肉亦夠,收貨。干炒牛河~一放底,係有陣鑊氣衝過嚟,又有一陣香味,急不及待夾嚟食,佢係有鑊氣~但唔知係咪想啲客健康啲?唔夠味,牛肉口感又「鞋」咗小小小小,係真係小小,油又多咗小小,真係成口油,正常我唔會咁挑剔,但你哋收$145/碟,我就要要求高啲。個個都話佢係天花板,咁可能係晚晚炒餸,今日淨係試咗茶市,無乜驚喜,咁喺銅鑼灣價錢高啲又喺正常嘅,但以我呢啲cheap精嚟講,質素真係好一般。回頭度~3/10以上純粹個人食後分享,本人絶無收受任何利益或優惠,亦對以上言論承擔所有責任。

利苑啲蝦餃真係好好食,粒粒都好多蝦,個皮都晶瑩剔透。小籠包都皮薄多汁,肉質鮮嫩可口。芋盒炸得金黃酥脆,香口惹味。馬拉糕完全帶出了古法既味道,食過會翻尋味。可惜叉燒就略微遜色,因為有筋,而且偏向肥,肉質都滑但感覺鬆弛。餛飩雞湯感覺高品質,湯熬煮得十分好喝,是用一隻完整的雞熬的,餛飩都和雞湯都很配。#利苑酒家

當日時代廣場人煙稀少,呢間叫做多食客啲。我們被安排坐近厨房位置,油煙味傳到出嚟,真係要整理吓!我哋叫咗個$888二人套餐,再加沙薑鳳爪。沙薑鳳爪大隻肥美,比想像中淡味。前菜:秘製滷水鴨舌、金柱貢菜鴨舌平平無奇,尚算入味。貢菜微辣爽口,很開胃!蜜汁叉燒香口燶邊,肉腍,甜度適中燒腩仔皮脆肉嫩,唔鹹。自選兩個小菜:雙冬炆海班頭腩,份量足,但班腩唔係新鮮,用好多粉包住。咕嚕雞球,睇落細碟,其實有四大件雞,雞肉滑,略嫌酸甜味唔夠。是日燉湯:耆黨燉當羊奶白色的湯,材料豐富,好香當歸味夠晒暖胃。炒得乾身,臘味粒唔少,偏甜,個人喜歡鹹香味多啲最常食的飯後甜品,甜度正常,杏仁味一般。試過幾間利苑,呢間係最普通,冇乜嘢值得回味!

由細到大都有幫襯,各間分店都有捧場,過年過節都會有派利是,都知道集團嘅員工質素有參差,只是想不到可以變得咁差!唔好怪香港人北上搵食遊客都唔嚟啦!你哋今时今日嘅服務質素同態度!我寧願幫襯其他地方都唔會再去睇你面色!人在江湖!你哋唔好以為自己仲係以前嗰啲利苑!

今天,腍住俾多次機會這間做得越來越差嘅利宛,最後是非常失望。第一,中午12:45前埋單有85折,攞佢少少著數,一夠鐘就趕客,又有吉枱又冇人排隊第位,態度又惡劣。第2,叫左個例牌义燒,吩咐要腍身d,但d肉都係硬和鞋口,失敗。蝦餃個樣ok,但入面d蝦散收收。鮑汁鳳瓜又吾淋又夠味。個例湯ok。但唯一一個男待應服務態度吾合格,冇笑容,因佢有個上级女高級侍應重衰過佢,吾怪得d客越來越少。大家小心上當及浪費金錢。
