好有心既友人專程黎到公司等我放工請我食生日飯,八點半到達呢間Tiffany blue既餐廳,枱唔多,唔夠十張枱,環境尚算舒服,坐低order 左佢個tasting menu, 同埋散叫左個M7牛扒加3個course...叫左黑松露蘑菇湯,前菜有龍蝦薄片同埋蘋果鵝肝,湯同鵝肝都好正,松露味好香,鵝肝有質感而且同蘋果配合得好好,友人既龍蝦薄片賣相唔錯,不過佢話味道有d 奇怪Tasting menu係有三款主菜但係1/3 portion, 有蝦有雞扒同牛,三款都唔錯呀,雞扒好滑煎我好入味,牛煎得岩岩好,蘑菇汁夠香夠濃,蝦就略嫌細隻,不過味道搭夠,而且薯蓉入味而友人亦好評佢既牛扒...甜品就有布甸,兩款都好味不過個樣就好普通,唔係好吸引...埋單每人五舊,唔太值得,呢個價位可以有更好選擇,不過都好多謝友人悉心安排 continue reading

晌Le Cleret鋪面打着「Brasserie、Cafe、Vineyard」(小餐館、咖啡店、葡萄園)字樣,大概你都估到佢喺走咩路線。法式小館晌中環區我印象較深喺晌蘇豪區嘅Bouchon Bistro Francais,因為食過一次晏,真喺頗高質,但位置有少少吊腳。而Le Cleret就開晌大街地鋪,食正好位,又近香港站,對我嚟講確喺幾方便。湖水藍嘅門面,帶嚟一份浪漫而憂鬱感。推門內進,餐枱椅喺湖水藍襯白,牆身則湖水藍配橙黃,天花掛上高雅吊燈,而牆上除掛上大大細細法國嘅莊園、風景相片(假設法國啦),最特色喺仿莊園木屋嘅窗戶,令整間餐廳睇起嚟確有歐陸風情。不過,香港嘅租金高昂,變相令好多餐廳嘅餐枱放置挺密。枱上嘅餐具很別緻,尤其個餐巾環,很典雅,擺放得體。不過,侍應一句:「餐巾你哋應該用唔着,幫你收起去。」,潛台詞究竟佢喺想講乜?喺因為我唔會點餐酒?餐牌同樣以湖水藍為主色,硬皮製作,顯得高貴。當中提供4個套餐作選擇:Deluxe Tasting Menu、Tasting Menu、Healthy & Light及Vegetarian Menu,定價範圍頗闊,由$198-$688。此外,散點方面有一個Autumn Menu,意即會季度轉換,分類為前菜、餐湯、主菜、甜品,每類別嘅選擇唔多,如好多法國菜館咁貴精不貴多。不過,細心睇,唔少菜式喺意大利菜,如巴馬火腿伴露筍、意大利雜菜湯、龍蝦天使麵、意大利芝士蛋糕……等等。而點主菜,可加錢配前菜、餐湯、甜品,玩法如下,豐儉由人:主菜+$60(可選前菜、餐湯、甜品其中一款)主菜+$100(可選前菜、餐湯、甜品其中兩款)主菜+$130(可選前菜、餐湯、甜品其中三款)法國百吉包講到餐包,法式嘅百吉包可謂喺經典,店家所做嘅百吉包都好有水準,外皮非常脆口,入口仲喺暖暖哋,而包心軟綿帶點煙韌。不過,估唔到啲牛油喺雪到硬晒,有啲意外。意大利雜菜湯 $78個湯色澤鮮紅,可稱得上用料十足,因為就算只喺蔬菜湯,但個味道入口都覺得好濃郁,酸香鮮活。慢煮迷迭香春雞配露筍 $248以往不論法國菜抑或其他菜系,都食過多次春雞,荃灣Chalet嘅「法國白春雞配地中海汁松子仁栗子蓉及」及銅鑼灣Casa Fina Seafood & Oyster Bar嘅「露絲瑪莉燒原隻去骨春雞」都喺讓人留下深刻印象嘅春雞菜式。今次嘅「慢煮迷迭香春雞」以其價格小弟會評為不過不失,因為喺慢煮關係,肉汁本身應得以完全保留,但食落又未算,脾位極之嫩,但胸位就差啲,露筍鮮嫩無渣,墊底嘅薯蓉亦好滑,不過,賣相略嫌單薄普通,整體欠缺一啲亮點。意式奶凍 $68奶凍喺士多啤梨口味,配上雜莓及灑上糖霜,都幾靚仔呀。質感幾好,柔滑得嚟唔會太削,不過,奶味唔濃郁,或許受士多啤梨味影響,都喺覺得原味配鮮果醬嘅做法好啲。主菜加$100就可以選配餐湯及甜品,變相比散叫平咗$46,不過,如點飲品需另外散叫,佢哋嘅加配組合並無包飲品嘅選項。但如果想一嚐法國菜,Le Cleret都喺唔錯嘅入門之選,但記緊菜式選擇上揀番啲法國菜,唔介意付出多啲,Tasting Menu則個人認為較划算,因為包前菜、餐湯、甜品及餐飲,主菜更喺5揀3,只賣$468 + 10%而已。 continue reading

又是與親親空姐姊妹相聚的日子!!難得她回港短待幾天,當然要帶她chill chill吧~~今日來點特別的,選了法國菜,讓我們慢活一下,細嚼美饌,談笑風生😊😊因當時正是聖誕前夕,所以餐廳悉心佈置,加入了很多聖誕元素,配上優雅的餐枱組合,兩人酒杯碰著酒杯,發出清脆的哼聲,感嘆是「人生」啊~友人在等我下班時,又抵不住餓,偷偷飲了一整杯珍珠奶茶(哎🙈🙈🙈🙈),所以我倆將目標轉移到輕盈晚餐上🥙🥗🌿巴馬火腿沙津巴馬火腿油脂豐腴,搭配了新鮮的沙津菜和爆汁車厘茄,整個口感豐富,十分開胃💕💕香煎比目魚柳配芒果他他讚讚讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻✨✨✨友人特別喜歡並全晚力讚比目魚以牛油、檸檬汁及少許香草慢煎,食落肉質嫩滑肥美,而且好處是沒有細骨。旁邊的芒果他他有助中和比目魚的油膩感,食落很清新喔~~我特別愛它的配菜- 鮮蘆筍,爽口微甜,而且低脂又健康,還有幼滑薯蓉,飽肚感十足,結結實實的滿足!❤️❤️🤗🤗整晚友人的嘴動過不停,邊吃著比目魚,邊沒停過的說好食!好食!好食!(笑死我😆😆)整體滿意,食物質素不賴,環境十分有情調,適合與情人談心或像我倆姊妹相聚✨✨Happy night~~ continue reading

已經升級做媽媽的舊朋友約我食飯,地點約在陌生的中上環。一去到,已經令我心心眼。係我最鍾意的藍色小屋,好有法式風情。入到去的環境好浪漫,亦有聖誕氣氛。放眼見到一條長餐枱,莊嚴華麗。本來想試吓Testing Menu,但係朋友仔話今日冇乜胃口,我又要返屋企飲媽媽湯,所以我哋就點左個Light Menu。先來一個Parma Ham沙律,沙律菜爽脆開胃,而Parma Ham唔會太濃味,同沙津底好夾。主菜我哋揀咗較為健康的Sea Bass,令我哋好驚喜,超班的美味。魚肉兩面都煎香,中間的肉非常滑溜,又有豐富的魚油,味道好濃郁。配菜亦好好味。作為伴碟的薯蓉亦睇得出大廚花咗點心思,好滑,忌廉同牛油的比例剛好。我哋兩個女女仔當晚都唔想食太飽,只係想搵個靚地方傾吓計,呢個份量就剛剛好。話明兩個女仔,甜品當然少不免啦!非常有情調的餐廳,食物質素頗高,唯獨份量較輕盈,平時的我可能會唔夠飽,但今次就非常滿足啦! continue reading

XMAS IS COMING Le Cleret Xmas Dinner $488/位👍👍👍 (5分滿分)位於上環的Le Cleret,是一間小型法國菜館,餐廳的坐位不多,若果不想坐出餐廳外要預早訂位哦聖誔節快到🌲,大家已經想好去那裡吃聖誔大餐嗎?這裡也有大餐供應♥️,包括: 前菜,餐湯,主菜,甜品,每位$488但我全晚最愛是餐包🍞,超級好吃阿前菜是龍蝦薄片,我還以為是把龍蝦肉成蓉弄薄後焗,但原來是龍蝦刺身😌,肉味濃郁,口感滑嫩,更放些荳芽菜,但好像有點不太乾淨餐廳是帶子南瓜湯😜,口感稠密,甜度適中,帶子切粒彈牙,若果熱一點更好啦主菜是火雞片配紅莓醬👏,聖誕節是吃火雞的節日阿,火雞每人二至三片,可惜火雞肉超靱🙊,可能煮得過久,調味也不太足,較為清淡,但最後有吃光光🙈,旁邊的配菜煮得不錯,薯蓉清甜純樸,好美味阿甜品是紅莓意式奶凍(第一,二張)😝,更有聖誔圖案,很有氣氛,奶凍彈滑,甜度剛好,配上上層泡沫更好吃昨天光顧,今天便出文,因為過聖誔就沒得吃啦😂,服務員的態度可以更好哦……………………👧 中環干諾道中62-63號中興商業大廈地下B舖 continue reading
