外國人餐廳喺唔同啲 ,廚師會出嚟同你傾吓計,問吓你好唔好食,可惜我英文差 溝通唔到 。Pithiviers of Pigeon and Foie Gras $338法式鵝肝乳鴿·千層酥批 個批運用法式酥皮黎烤製真喺鬆脆可口 而裡面既餡料有乳鴿肉夾雜左鵝肝,捲心菜,我估佢啲肉應該喺5,6成熟 所以佢嘅肉都好嫩口感層次非常多,但都可以分到每層嘅口感。Specials set + wine $698餐包有啲乾個皮唔夠脆 Perfect Egg 配 Astuc  前菜用豌豆蘆筍絲加溫泉蛋淡淡配料 托出 parma ham  味道 ,亦都中和咗 parma ham 嘅咸度。食落唔差Grilled haddock  配  Pouilly Fume一份鱈魚烤得啱啱好一啲都唔鞋混埋啲薯蓉食落好夾,而薯蓉好似有加少少醬汁混合,所以有啲啲唔同 ?加上黑松露都重,所以都好快就食完。Grilled Lamb 配  Sweet Bordeauxt胡蘿蔔我食得出有少少調味,但唔知咩味。而羊肉食落去嫩,一啲都唔嫩,輕輕有少少羊羶味Strawberry and Leomon Tart 配  Sweet Bordeauxt佢嘅士多啤梨雪糕真喺幾滑同甜甜地 外型似粒核 都幾得意 ,而檸檬撻嗰種酸度喺啱啱好 ,加上少少橙皮,食落都幾層次。而酒唔喺好識飲,大約講講啦,佢每個餐都有配食物嘅酒,由淡味漸漸越嚟越濃,去到食甜品佢會用甜酒作配搭。佢嘅甜酒配上甜品 ,佢嘅酒味都會有另一種味道。 continue reading

Bookmark咗呢間但一直未揾到時間試,趁朋友生日就同佢嚟呢到試下~ 鋪路細細,但俾人一種休閑舒服嘅感覺。法國菜俾人嘅感覺都係擺盤精緻,優雅知性,果然每道菜式都係影得又食得。牛他他就食得多,所以要試下蝦他他。視覺上已經好吸引,蝦嘅質感加埋洋蔥,味道同口感都意外配合,仲幾清新,而牛肉他他亦不過不失。令人驚艷嘅係鵝肝乳鴿酥,鬆脆嘅酥皮配上嫩滑嘅鴿肉同充滿油香嘅鵝肝,仲有茹菌,口感豐富,呢道菜絕對值得嘗試。 continue reading

飲下酒食下野,環境幾好~Foie gras terrine $188呢個鵝肝醬味非常濃郁,厚切咗一塊塊,而且質地好似mousee 咁幼滑有口感~另外配有麵包、酸梅一齊食😋Pithivers of Pigeon & foie gras $388呢個用外皮係酥皮,切開上層係鵝肝肉,下層係鴿肉~用上七種唔同部位嘅肉整成叫咗個wine pairing-Mas lasta $138配鴿肉嗰菜式食~Ravioli of Celtice $208,同出邊食嘅好唔同,因為佢用上類似中式雲吞皮,再配上醬汁。再叫咗個French fires $68薯條冇得輸,炸得香脆,係幼身,好好食Dark chocolate fondant $98朱古力心太軟配雲呢拿籽雪糕,心太軟有流心、朱古力味香濃。 continue reading
