黎到10月,估唔到香港仲連續打咗兩個8號風,不過好彩今日圓規都仲未有咁早掛8號😂,我依然可以同男朋友舒舒服服咁樣享受Fine Dining🥰。。Perfect Egg佢係用蘑菇黑松露粟米等等做成,粟米打成汁,粟米味又甜又濃郁,而且入口順滑😋,另外蘑菇味都好濃,再配上黑松露,成個層次提升😝。。French Red Shirt Fish西餐食紅衫魚真係第一次🤣,不過都好有驚喜,魚皮非常之脆😍,另外佢個汁係法式嘅汁,當中少少甜少少辣,除此之外仲有一D燈籠椒,燈籠椒係慢煮,又甜又淋👍🏻。。Pithivier of Pigeon and Foie Gras黎到今日嘅重點😍,呢個真係必點,唔叫唔得,絕對必食,重要嘅嘢要講三次😂。佢係類似威靈頓,唔同嘅係佢入面嘅肉係用鵝肝同乳鴿🙈,不過口感上我覺得同威靈頓各有特色,而且味道上呢一個更加特別😋。唔食牛嘅朋友,絕對可以嚟呢度試一試呢一個另類的威靈頓,一定唔會令你失望😜。。最後仲有一個甜品Strawberry and lemon tart個3層皮比出面食到既更加薄,更加脆,而且中間既吉士一D都吾膩,少少酸少少甜,勁好食😆。另外隔離仲有一個火紅嘅雪葩,味道偏酸,但係酸得來越食越清爽,不錯👍🏻。。 continue reading

同朋友聚餐,從未試過食法國菜。今日係我人生嘅第一次,好有新鮮感!Le Bistro Restaurant位於灣仔莊士敦道,店內職員好有禮貌用廣東話招呼我哋,店內酒架擺滿靚酒,排得好整齊,好吸引👍無論點了什麼餐,職員都免費送上麵包一客,麵包邊相當脆,包身軟綿綿,合桃夠香口,提子少少甜,非常配合,搽埋牛油更好味😋😋前菜:PERFECT EGG $128煮法好特別,似湯但又唔稠,湯夠厚滑,加埋溫泉蛋、甜粟、蘑菇、黑松露片,食落好有層次感👏😋 沙律:Organic Green Salad $68沙律菜好新鮮,片片青綠色,生果有夠酸嘅青蘋果,細細粒嘅洋蔥粒,加埋沙律醋,食落非常開胃😋😋 酒:House Wine $108朋友想飲酒,但又怕飲醉,問職員有什麼辦法,職員話唔需要叫一支,可選擇一杯,最後叫了一杯凍涼House Wine,酒夠淸,易入口,份量適中。主菜叫了兩款(1)PITHIVIER OF PIGEON And Foie Gras 鵝肝乳鴿千層酥皮 $388法國傳統煮法是不會將肉煮到全熟。酥皮包住鵝肝同埋五成熟嘅乳鴿,切開層次分明,酥皮依然夠脆唔腍,全靠中間用了一塊cabbage將酥皮及肉分隔開,酥皮鵝肝夠香口,乳鴿肉夠嫰又多汁👍(2)CHICKEN BALLOTINE $278無骨、無皮㗎雞肉卷成一圈圈,加埋甜粟、黑松露片,食落又香口又健康😋甜品:TARTE TATIN $118法式蘋果撻,大大塊香甜蘋果肉,剛剛焗起熱辣辣,令到中間嘅vanilla雪糕溶得極快,要同時間競賽,蘋果肉好甜,雪糕好好味,但份量如果可以多一些更加完美😄🤪👍 continue reading

Le Bistro Winebeast 係灣仔法國餐廳. 先上嘅餐包好香麥味, 軟中帶微Q口感, 塗上牛油幾好食.Tartare of blue shrimps, herring caviar $168⁣藍蝦他他, 上面係滿滿嘅魚子醬. 藍蝦切粒, 仲配左蔥切碎粒, 帶微黏性同口感.配埋咸香魚子醬更帶出鮮味Carpaccio of Hokkaido scallop with truffle vinaigrette and sea urchin ice-cream $198⁣中間係海膽雪糕😍 海膽做雪糕個鮮甜味好香濃, 其實成到一半就會溶化, 好似海膽sauce 咁鋪滿下面切切成薄片帶子同鮮刨黑松露. 帶子頗鮮甜而口感滑嫩, 配埋海膽同黑松露點綴, 3者味道突出但又無互相搶風頭, 好正👍🏼Pithivier of Pigeon and Foie Gras $388 呢度嘅 Signature dish 法式鵝肝乳鴿·千層酥批. 用左威靈頓嘅做法, 外層係香脆嘅法式酥皮, 包住鵝肝同約五成熟嘅乳鴿, 切開層次分明, 乳鴿頗juicy, 肉味中帶有鵝肝香. 最欣賞係佢個酥皮可以保持酥脆, 因為巧妙咁用左一塊cabbage wrap 住中間所有餡料, 所以即使切開外層都唔會被中間肉汁沾濕腍, 仍可保持口感上豐富.Ravioli of celtuce, kohlrabi and sesame purée, buttermilk foam $208veggie dish, 但全晚較為失色一道. 食唔出有sesame purée味道, 清清地. Trendy french restaurant in Wan Chai . Came here on a Friday night with a small group of friends. Everything was pretty decent & well presented. Great for sharing. We tried quite a lot of dishes in here, the blue shrimp carpaccio is also highly recommended by others but we haven’t got the chance to try this time😫 Overall worth trying! The chef came to ask for opinion at last too👍One downside is that the portion is quite small tbh. PITHIVIER OF PIGEON AND FOIE GRAS, French puff pastry, cabbage HK$388- signature dish, very juicy. My fav in here😋GNOCCHI A LA PARISIENNE, celtuce, truffle HK$208- averageCARPACCIO OF HOKKAIDO SCALLOP, mango vinegar, herring caviar, passion fruit condiment HK$148​- not bad! 150g BEEF TARTARE, served with French fries or salad HK$188 - pretty yum😋 fresh ingredients.Lamb- perfectly cooked!
