外國人餐廳喺唔同啲 ,廚師會出嚟同你傾吓計,問吓你好唔好食,可惜我英文差 溝通唔到 。Pithiviers of Pigeon and Foie Gras $338法式鵝肝乳鴿·千層酥批 個批運用法式酥皮黎烤製真喺鬆脆可口 而裡面既餡料有乳鴿肉夾雜左鵝肝,捲心菜,我估佢啲肉應該喺5,6成熟 所以佢嘅肉都好嫩口感層次非常多,但都可以分到每層嘅口感。Specials set + wine $698餐包有啲乾個皮唔夠脆 Perfect Egg 配 Astuc  前菜用豌豆蘆筍絲加溫泉蛋淡淡配料 托出 parma ham  味道 ,亦都中和咗 parma ham 嘅咸度。食落唔差Grilled haddock  配  Pouilly Fume一份鱈魚烤得啱啱好一啲都唔鞋混埋啲薯蓉食落好夾,而薯蓉好似有加少少醬汁混合,所以有啲啲唔同 ?加上黑松露都重,所以都好快就食完。Grilled Lamb 配  Sweet Bordeauxt胡蘿蔔我食得出有少少調味,但唔知咩味。而羊肉食落去嫩,一啲都唔嫩,輕輕有少少羊羶味Strawberry and Leomon Tart 配  Sweet Bordeauxt佢嘅士多啤梨雪糕真喺幾滑同甜甜地 外型似粒核 都幾得意 ,而檸檬撻嗰種酸度喺啱啱好 ,加上少少橙皮,食落都幾層次。而酒唔喺好識飲,大約講講啦,佢每個餐都有配食物嘅酒,由淡味漸漸越嚟越濃,去到食甜品佢會用甜酒作配搭。佢嘅甜酒配上甜品 ,佢嘅酒味都會有另一種味道。 continue reading

🇫🇷法國五月 french gourmay 梗係要去下探索係香港的法國餐廳啦呢間餐廳之前都食過佢地既晚餐,加埋酒類係超多,鐘意飲餐前酒的朋友們一定要試呀lunch set menu ,起初以為可以有主菜單叫,但其實都係叫返set 比較化算。入座時間為兩點,大部份客都走晒,係最合適入座。法式鵝肝凍配包是最正確食法,上碟亦好有美感。黑毛豬真心好食,唔係你係凍肉鋪買果啲品質。食物質素算中等,服務尚可以,但煮法絕對係專業 continue reading
