To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

LCB express 位於銅鑼灣駱克駅3樓的樓上空間開拓優閒咖啡店,主打輕食及西餐。LCB取其英文店名Le Cléret Brasserie的頭三個字母,新店(eExpress)再注入新生含義 - Love(愛)、Creative(創意)和Beneficence(慈善)。下午MENU都有很多選擇,但這裡特別的在於他們有乳酪SET,不止飽肚那麼簡單,而且賣相吸引(不論顏色、食物、價錢)都令人想試一下。乳酪顏色特別的地方:黃黃 (CoCo Nuts)、綠綠 (Gnarly Green)、藍藍 (Ocean Blue),利用不同的健康食品(合桃、奇亞籽、栗米脆等等...),打做出一系列的健康乳酪。而午餐都有8款套餐可供選擇,如卡邦尼意粉、五殼飯、西冷排扒、比目魚等等...特別推介:南瓜帶子意大利飯:不用多說,大大粒帶子已非常吸引 - $158特別推介乳酪:鑽石,聽名字都知道食物是食物的種類更多,食材更新鮮。南瓜湯 -  但南瓜味道清甜,口感綿軟,配上少許忌廉讓整個湯更滑。香煎西冷排配紅酒汁伴時蔬 - 牛扒五成熟剛剛好,而肉質不會太韌。卡邦尼意粉味道適中,不會太咸,但醬汁較乾身。 continue reading

這店的名有實驗室的意思,我就想這店是吃分子料理的嗎,好奇心驅使下就入了這店。𨋢門一打開就是食肆,環境很舒適給人放鬆的感覺,食店設計值得一讚。乳酪的樣子最為吸引就先點了這個Ocean Blue,這個用上椰殼上枱的使人感覺非常環保,最重要是他的顏色是藍色的,店員說這不是色素造成而是使用了海藻粉,藍莓香蕉跟乳酪異常地夾,燕麥亦都非常香脆可口。再來黑毛豬泡菜有機五穀飯,泡菜辣辣的配上五穀飯裏面的大麥感覺入味,而大麥煙煙靭靭很有咬口。迷你彩虹素漢堡,用上素食豬肉,感覺健康,第一啖的豬兩覺給我的感覺是正在吃豬肉一樣,但再細心吃下來就發現有一點點的冬菇味道。味道: 沒有罪惡感的一餐環境: 裝修漂亮衛生: 整潔服務: 尚可價錢: 食物質素跟價格成正比 continue reading

環境有室內和露天,室內的枱和枱貼近。侍應態度不錯。黑毛豬泡菜有幾五穀飯泡菜味不太濃,豬肉有少許韌,五穀飯口感豐富,有長型,短身,米飯不覺得生和硬。迷你彩虹素漢堡Beyond Burger聽得多,都是第一次吃的。麵包純粹是令人感覺色彩,沒有味道,豬肉口感和真的豬肉甚似,而味道是菇味,其他蔬菜新鮮。Ocean blue亞麻籽、奇亞籽和脆片很脆口,提子乾,香蕉,藍莓混在一起超好吃,一個人吃會太飽,兩個人吃又不夠。 continue reading

之前book錯日期食唔到,今日臨時出cwb食飯,所以食番呢間先。上到去店舖細細地,但比人感覺幾舒服唔錯。食物質素方面,先叫左三樣野食(牛油果沙律、明太子水波蛋意粉、牛排),本身驚兩個人食唔晒,點知最後食得晒仲可以食多個乳酪做甜品。食物份量都正常,唔太油膩,食落幾新鮮。牛排本身叫左7成熟,上到黎好似太生,叫佢再幫手煮熟啲都冇問題,啲配菜都好鮮甜。意粉個蛋唔想食溫泉蛋,又幫我地煮熟佢🥰跟住見到隔離枱好似有人生日有禮物收,問完店員都好樂意送上禮物🥰最大驚喜係上乳酪時店員仲主動幫手係碟上寫上「happy birthday」同插上蠟燭🥰好有心🥰今餐飯食得太開心,忍唔住要上黎比番個好評佢,平時都係食完就算😂 continue reading
