香港吃螺螄粉的地方不多, 還記得第一次在大陸吃螺螄粉, 先嗅其香, 再試其味, 衝擊之大是我在大陸其他地方沒有的. 柳園的螺螄粉令我找回這回憶, 螺螄粉一端出來, 那一陣酸酸餿餿得如臭襪的香味的確令大部份人迴避, 來源是來自酸筍, 當然這裡是香港餐廳, 其”奇味”已比大陸的收斂不少. 湯沒有螺肉, 這才是正宗, 螺螄的size很小, 主要是用以提味, 煮出來如豆丁那麼少, 吃下去也沒有太多感覺吧! 煮出來的湯鮮味十足, 和其外表的嗅味是一個很大的對比. 米粉不是傳統的軟糯, 彈性十足, 就算浸了一段時間也保持其彈性, 比起容易浸到糊爛的質感, 我更喜歡這個! continue reading

連食2日第一日,尖沙咀下雨。吾打吾撞見到他們放在樓下餐牌,主打午餐小炒的套餐。他們說外賣自取有8折。我便點餐外賣!其實上到去,見到餐廳環境很寬躺舒適,座位又坐得舒服!但食客的數量不多。第一日,我點了桂花咕嚕肉+白飯+熱奶茶。另加麻香粉皮!8折後,共$60。老實說,食落並未有什麼桂花味,但咕嚕肉炒得香脆,甜酸醬汁味道剛剛好,送飯絕配另外,麻香粉皮的粉皮質地很好,夠薄,再配上青瓜絲是清新的小食,但外賣麻醬份量小,而且外賣碗比較小,很難完全拌混。第二日,決定留在餐廳吃飯。今日點了,四季豆爆雞丁+是日例湯。四季豆和雞丁都走油,所以食落很香口,廚師將四季豆切半,剛好和雞丁一樣大小,拌飯佳品 continue reading

呢碗螺螄粉個螺湯真係幾好食(個人幾鍾意食)🙈陣味好特別,雖然有人會覺得酸臭但係鍾意食呢類野既人就真係要黎試下🧐🧐佢揀餸果度有得揀鵪鶉蛋🥚平時都唔覺有得咁加麵$45 ·加餸就加$6/$10一定要一啖粉連湯咁食先係最佳享受!😆除咗螺螄粉,佢其實仲有其他小菜既另外叫咗個薯苗 $68 味道不過不失啦 都係普通菜 唔難食既仲有南乳排骨 陣南乳味幾香既不過咁啱第一舊食落多肥糕😣所以打咗少少折不過個味都還好的重點係呢度必食既係螺螄粉😂😂(個人意見)我係晚市黎食既人唔算特別多但係服務都唔差食辣野飲茶會飲得好快而佢見我壺茶就快飲完 會自動攞過壺新既黎態度都ok吖 continue reading

跟好友在尖沙咀逛街忘了時辰,到餓了才急急找餐廳。經過這間賣點是螺螄粉的中菜館,有點興趣。話說我同好友都算是緊貼美食潮流之人,都知道內地超流行螺螄粉,甚至紅到出了好多即食包在某寶熱賣。好奇寶寶決定一試究竟。兩個人叫了一碗螺絲粉,配料選了肥牛蘿蔔,再叫了兩個小食,涼拌黃瓜及惹味一字骨。一般拍青瓜味道。其實是南乳骨,新鮮炸起熱辣辣,好香南乳味,酥脆,不錯。主角螺螄粉標榜無味精無添加,每日大量石螺,豬骨及藥材精心熬製,再配以QQ彈牙柳州米粉云云。但吃下去大失所望,米粉跟米線很相似,配菜肥牛蘿蔔正常味道,配料好多,脆片/花生/豆角/酸筍/豆乾等,口感多重。但最關鍵的湯底並非想象中濃,不是重海鮮味那種,有鮮味,咸香兼辣辣地。也沒有傳說中酸筍豆乾的臭氣薰天,淡薄的絲絲臭味是有的,應該是按香港人口味調節過,但反而讓人懷疑是否正宗。到底傳聞中好吃到成個人變臭都甘願的螺螄粉,就僅此而已嗎? continue reading
