基本上每年都總會去一次劉森記,每次都係會叫同樣嘅兩款麵,嘉欣都充滿着童年嘅回憶。不過唔知道,係自己越大把口越叼,定係個水準真係比以前下降左,硬係覺得冇以前細個食嗰種味道。都好食嘅,不過就冇以前咁好食。冬菇蝦子撈麵冬菇嘅味道同以前一樣,又香又甜,而且都係好炆得都好夠火候。蝦子嘅感覺冇以前咁香,同埋好似淡味左。麵底就好明顯冇以前咁好食,或者係師傅煮麵手勢問題,比較偏淋身冇咁爽口彈牙。個湯底都仲係好清甜嘅雲吞麵雲吞依然出色,鮮味十足,咬落去好多汁,蝦同豬肉粒粒分明,令人回味。麵底嘅感覺,都同冬菇蝦子撈麵一樣,好似煮耐左,偏淋身。兒時嘅味道同回憶中嘅質素,希望下次嚟可以食得返。 continue reading

今日去咗深水埗經過好出名既劉森記,而且有啲肚餓,於是同友人一齊去試吓。由於入去係下午茶時間,所以人流唔算多,入到去就有位坐啦。係每個枱上都放左樽蘿蔔,夾左少少黎食,味道酸酸地,十分開胃。黎到呢個梗係要食蝦子面,於是同友人分別叫左餃子及雲吞蝦子撈面。撈子方面,蝦子十分多,好似唔洗錢咁🤣🤣食到底仲有幾條菜🤣🤣而雲吞方面,一共有三粒,蝦肉新鮮彈牙🤣呢啲傳統美食已經買少見少,難得呢到可以keep到水準😋😋下次有機會要再黎食。 continue reading

「劉森記」竹昇麵的麵家竹昇麵由中學開始食,次次一定食蝦籽雲吞撈麵,除撈麵外還有一碗上湯雲吞,蝦子撈麵蝦子鋪灑得滿滿,好正!泡菜都好味,水分有收又無生青味,咬感特別清脆爽口,酸度跟辣度都好開胃,尤其是蘿蔔來搭配撈麵特別正!幾十蚊算係咁!!! continue reading

自從前排食完雲吞蝦籽撈麵之後,心郁郁想試埋其他蝦籽撈麵 😝 所以今日再次黎到劉森記麵家,行梗入去搵位途中,熟悉嘅蝦籽香味已經係我身邊飄過,實在太邪惡喇。🤤上次食雲吞蝦籽撈麵時,對面既食客叫咗蝦籽黑柏葉撈麵,我見佢食得好滋味,所以今日就叫咗呢個嚟食。😝蝦籽撈麵未嚟時,枱上有免費醃蘿蔔比食客過下口癮。蝦籽黑柏葉撈麵 ($46) : 撈麵上鋪滿蝦籽,而隔離就係鮮嫩爽脆既蔥絲同薑絲,蔥絲下面就有黑柏葉同菜心,自己食蝦籽撈唔太鐘意配任何醬汁,只會配跟撈麵既清湯,因為唔想比醬汁既味道蓋過香濃既蝦籽味 😌 而黑柏葉就可以配搭蔥絲同薑絲,再沾上辣椒油一齊食,黑柏葉爽脆彈牙之剩外,亦感覺到清香鮮味既薑蔥味,而且還帶一點辣意,口感層次豐富。 continue reading
