Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友約食飯嗰陣發現大家都不約而同bookmark咗呢間餐廳,所以好快決定會約去老掌櫃,原本想去荃灣果間分店因為果頭多啲嘢行,但係荃灣嗰間評價太參差所以都係去返大角咀總店~好彩一早book左,因為都幾多人等位。。。但明明都早左成個禮拜book,竟然可以係我去到果陣咁啱近門口位置有一台客人走佢先即刻執俾我叫我地坐呢張, 忍唔住問咗佢一句“咁我book枱嚟做咩?!” 環境勁嘈。。。枱與枱之間非常逼,左邊右邊果檯嘅人既對話內容聽得一清二楚👎👎我哋叫咗乾扁四季豆, 豆腐粉條燒帶魚同埋蔥爆羊肉~乾扁四季豆整得唔錯,幾乾身,無渣,menu寫住有一粒辣椒但係完全食唔到辣味,其實係偏鹹但唔麻同唔太香~豆腐粉條燒帶魚既汁極似茶餐廳嘅薑蔥斑腩煲,豆腐同魚水準正常,粉條索晒啲汁都ok蔥爆羊肉冇我想像中咁有鑊氣,羊味唔太重,但都幾韌,其實一般雖然今次體驗麻麻,但menu上仲有好多我想試嘅菜式,所以可能都仲係有機會再黎既 continue reading

老掌櫃食中菜係老字號,所以要食嘅人記得要book定位!如果唔係就要排隊walk in……我哋book咗七點三, 我六點九去到門口已經企滿曬人,入面都坐到爆曬…真係好誇張 ……好彩book咗位大概七點半到就入得!我哋6個人叫咗一隻北京片皮鴨,感覺比平時喺出邊食分量多啲,而且仲好厚肉!啲皮好香脆, 其實係出邊食嘅片皮鴨多數d醬汁都唔會好濃味或者會唔夠用,今次啲醬汁非常之濃味所以搽少少已經好夠味! 加埋青瓜同韭黃一齊食, 解咗片皮鴨嗰陣油膩, 亦都增強口感!好食!仲有炸醬麵 糖醋魚 黃金南瓜 犇麵 烤麩 雞絲粉皮 青瓜海蜇…… 全部分量都好足!! 而且味道都好夠, 啱曬鍾意食濃味嘅人!餐廳雖然坐得迫啲,人又多…但係店員都好友善而且非常落力, 而且真係唔貴值得推薦! continue reading
