久聞米芝蓮推薦的蘭苑饎館大名,今天特地到太子一試究竟。鋪面裝修與一般涼茶店頗為相似,坐下後不久點了兩個小菜套餐,本來想點雞,可惜這天來晚了,早已賣完,最後點了薑蔥蒸龍利柳與鯪魚球蒸豆腐。先來了隨餐的中湯,味道不錯,用料十足,飲光後可以看到很多湯渣。然後來了鯪魚球蒸豆腐,這道菜式不止賣相平平,味道亦是平平,只是家常便飯味道的清淡豆腐,令人有點失望。幸好後來的蒸龍利柳的味道在水準之上,簡單的薑蔥突出了魚的鮮味,而且肉質鮮嫩,可見蒸的火候很好,配上白飯後令人非常滿足,補償了上一道菜的不足。隨餐附送的油菜與菜心則無甚特別。飯後點了這裡的招牌糖水開心果糊,同行女伴見到實物後覺得綠色非常奇怪,我倒是早就知道,所以並無驚訝,吃下去味道淡淡的,不過含有一些清甜,也算不錯的甜品,只不過以中式糖水而言,三十四元卻是有點貴了。埋單合共224元,作為米芝蓮推薦的晚餐倒也不算貴,而且份量也足,雖然未必道道菜盡如人意,但總括而言也值得一試。 continue reading

The restaurant was full so got a pistachio pudding to takeaway.I would have wanted the pistachio dessert soup but it is difficult eating that outside so got the pudding.The pudding was actually quite good because there was a fragrant pistachio taste and it was not too sweet. continue reading

這間店之前只係食過甜品,但其實一直都知道有小菜,難得今日經過開就話不如試下啦,我地去到大約7點半已經要等位,大約等左20分鐘就入得去,其實入面都吾叫大,所以講真如果坐滿都幾迫,我地今次叫左2個小菜套餐加一個甜品,大約$240都勁飽肚而味道都吾錯。但講真待應有點亂,所以我地只要菜心又比左雙併菜,蘿蔔牛腩最後變成枝竹牛腩…每個餐$100都不用都抵食的一人餐……首先黎碗老火靚湯先,湯濃又多湯渣!~如果有得添加就更好啦。之後主菜黎到啦..枝竹牛腩煲…醬汁濃又香,滲晒入去牛腩同枝竹好味道,而且牛腩和牛根非常淋身,送飯一流。而這裡的雞都話係新鮮雞當然叫個啦!~我地選擇左豉油雞,食落去好多肉而且夠嫩滑,豉油都幾入味連雞味都有豉油香,加上薑䓤就更加好食。每個餐仲要有蠔油菜和飯或粉選擇,都係收這價錢怪不知咁多人黎食啦。最後叫了開心果糊 $34芝麻糊,合桃糊就見得多,咁開心果糊呢???這裡開心果用伊朗出產所以大粒又香,而這甜品綠色也因而來,味道吾太甜剛好還散股獨有清香而且食落去滑而熱(即叫即煮返熱),而且除左糊狀還有糕狀,但要碰運氣有冇得買啦 continue reading

全文無圖。為什麼沒有圖!明明我最愛吃飯前拍一拍,肯定不是因為菜太吸引,我太餓,旁邊的人太狼死。我不拍的菜只有一個原因:長得醜。長得醜不是你的錯,臭豆腐又醜又臭我都愛,不好吃才是你的錯。這家菜簡直是超越了我對難吃廣東菜的理解。白切雞,好大件,但無味哦!煲仔菜:各種食材自由混搭,用重口味醬汁隨便撈一撈,勾芡。我覺得和合成甜品一樣,沒有技術,沒有好的調味,更別提神馬火候的講究。老火湯,多水版。開心果糊和開心果膏,綠得可怕,開心果味又缺缺,想必是加了很多我不知道的東西吧。真的沒有下次了,連門口我都不想經過,這個經歷太可怕了。 continue reading

久唔久就會想去「蘭苑」食飯,因為佢d湯好飲,d餸以蒸及煲為主,煲係可以自由組合材料,無咩味精之餘,煮法亦比較用煎、炸更為健康,所以食完幾舒服。幫趁左佢好幾年,雖然價錢都一路加,但難得水平仍然算係保持到。以前多數見老闆坐陣,近年就佢個仔(估計)開始坐陣,餐廳亦開始少少與時並進,見到有Facebook page,招呼亦比以前殷勤左。順帶一提,呢度d龜苓膏幾出名(不過我就未試過),佢的甜品亦唔錯,尤其係膏類,可以留意下。呢晚叫左兩個套餐,分別係「客家豆腐」同「白切雞」,套餐包「例湯」、油菜」,「粉麵或飯」(任添)。例湯差唔多每日唔同,而佢d湯真係幾好飲,湯渣都唔錯,但細碗d。呢度d雞好快賣曬,所以想食雞要早少少黎。「白切雞」皮係屬於少少厚身帶脂肪果種,皮骨比例得宜,雞肉亦算滑,有雞味,唔會滲血水,點埋自家製蔥油薑蓉一齊食,非常唔錯。「客家豆腐」豆腐豆味濃,雖未至於好滑身,但食落好有一份實在感,吸收埋豆腐面豬肉球的肉汁精華,配合咸甜度適中的豉油汁,亦唔會誰搶了誰風頭,令人回味。豆腐面豬肉球有馬蹄碎,味帶甜鮮,口感結實中有爽脆,甚有層次。雖然可以選飯麵粉,不過我通常都會要飯,配搭蒸餸比較對胃口。另外提一提,座位係有少少迫,好多時亦需要搭枱。 continue reading
