今日同事生日午餐出去慶祝一下,一直都好想試試公司附近嘅Lagom Kaffe! 環境比我想像中更闊落,落地玻璃令成間餐廳陽光充足,喺度食lunch感覺好relax!入到餐廳已經聞到陣陣咖啡香味,用手機自助order好方便,揀好食物撳個掣就搞掂!Spaghetti in Creamy Pesto Sauce with Pan seared Scallops ,意粉好香顏色又鮮艷青醬充滿羅勒香氣,口感清爽不膩,帶子鮮甜又美味,好彈牙!Earl Grey Mochi 格仔餅,熱辣辣,好好味!格仔餅鬆軟好味加上Mochi餡,就更加有口感。份量仲足夠同朋友仔一齊share啱啱好!朋友點了Hot Caffe Latte,咖啡聞落去好香,朋友仲話好好飲。下午感覺想refresh 一下,我就order咗杯Shake,甜甜的好味道,營養豐富!今日嘅lunch真係Not Too Much. 第三次食lagom, 前兩次都係黎食dinner, TGIF今次就黎慢活食個lunch😛牛頭角分店好大間好寬落,又有大玻璃環境好光猛☀️今次黎嘅menu又唔同左,又有新野試到!👆Lagom Breakfast ($128)呢個all day breakfast整得好精美,配搭豐富又有營養,睇得出有心思啊!煎蛋有兩隻,一大條粗芝士腸,薯餅,toast仔,一堆菇,salad菜🤭呢個all day breakfast set仲要係送半價野飲🤭呢個set真心推介👆Spaghetti in Creamy Porcini mushrooms Sauce with Parma Ham ($98)呢個汁喺出面啲餐廳比較少食到,配落意粉到覺得唔會令到個意粉變到好漏,加埋啲咸咸香香parma ham,好開胃👍另外好鍾意佢撈埋啲蘆筍,口感更加豐富Earl Grey Basque Burnt Cheese Cake ($35)Lunch menu寧舍多特價野,呢個cake都半價左,無可能唔嗌黎試😂茶味同芝士味好平均唔會其中一隻味太搶。lunch黎食真係高性價比,呢個cake我地比滿分👍👍👍野飲選擇有好多好似係多過野食🤩呢兩杯都好特別,係Iced Prana Chai Latte同Berries Yogurt Oat Milk Shake continue reading

最近鏡仔 Edan呂爵安有一首新歌,叫 「My Apple Pie (a la mode) 」, 是情侶間的甜言說話, 意指。。。你是蘋果批,我就是伴在你身旁的雪糕!!我們形影不離。。。😅😂 好肉麻啊!!其實在現實中很多食物也是要互相配搭才可以突顯出它們的美味。。。 例如我們今天叫的這幾樣食物:牛肉、松露、焦化洋蔥三文治牛肉的濃香惹味,永遠跟松露的香可以來個互相輝映, 令大家的味道更突出。。。相得益彰!這個牛肉三文治,更加上了惹味的洋蔥, 這份中西混合的三文治, 對我來說很有新鮮感, 而且食味不錯,值得一讚!柚香雞胸、芝麻、冷天使意粉如果牛肉和松露可以成為肉麻的一對, 那麼雞胸跟天使意粉,也算是一個歷久常新的配搭。。。 廚師創意地加上 芝麻和柚子蜜來煮雞胸, 令天使意粉吃起來更清新、更夏日, 果然是創意澎湃,懂得突破自我!我們今天沒有吃蘋果批, 但是卻迎來了「綠茶孖寶亅, 我的意思是指這個 Green Tea Latte (凍)和 Green Tea Tiramisu。我覺得Green Tea Tiramisu 是值得一寫的, 因為廚師把咖啡粉換成了綠茶粉, 亦把海綿蛋糕換成了綠茶海綿蛋糕, 吃起來感覺很和式, 有點像去了京都的感覺。。。人們常說:「你的作品,就是你的一面鏡! 亅我想這家餐廳的廚師 。。。一定是個創意無限的小魔怪 ,他一秒轉身,食客便可從鏡裡看到新菜式的誕生,yeh!請用心品嘗啊!!#mirrormirror #鏡裡新生 #Reflection。。。🦉福福郎staycation食評系列, 有全港十八區的特色餐廳介紹 ,你今日睇曬未?! 請按左上角的「福福郎貓頭鷹頭像」, 參閱我的其他文章啦! continue reading

今日好難得同同事出去食lunch,我就特登揀左間係公司附近又聽聞高質嘅餐廳食,佢個名叫樂感,睇名就覺得有喜感。成個感覺好舒適,可能店內用左好木系傢俬,大自然做裝修咁,啲文青味出哂黎,間鋪真係好大,好多張枱,但到放飯時間其實好快就full house,始終好野就多人走去食,亦都係好食嘅證據黎。因為佢係用手機點餐,當中有個cake,所以佢係快過主食黎嘅,不過對我黎講,甜食行先都無所謂。先講講呢個伯爵紅茶斯克芝士蛋糕,其實芝士蛋糕同茶味相信都係依家潮流興嘅甜食,但呢個蛋糕好嘅地方係佢無雪都硬哂,質感綿密,茶味係有但唔會勁濃,呢種滲透同芝士味都夾到,做到平衡,Good!我嘅主食就係台式鹹豬肉蒜芯意粉(蕃茄醬汁),賣相好出色,意粉圈到好似半月咁彎,再穿插一啲露筍,佢嘅綠色同茄醬嘅紅加埋其實係好吸引食慾嘅顏色配搭。同樣地,佢嘅味道都係好掂,意粉輕易吸收左醬汁,每啖都食到蕃茄香味,同埋半肥瘦豬肉嘅油脂香,整體感覺係滿足嘅。而我同事就揀左炸軟殼蟹漢堡配牛油果綠咖哩醬汁與薯條,軟殼蟹有成兩層,即係兩大塊咁多!成個飽嘅視覺係好衝擊,個份量係多到呢。飲品方面,我地都揀左咖啡,好好飲,好清新,涼快嘅感覺。 continue reading
