平時經過這一間麵店,總是很多人在排隊。難得今天下午茶時間,就去試吓究竟有什麼吸引之處。位置很窄,四人枱坐得很逼夾,好彩中間有透明甲板隔住。一坐低就馬上放下一小碗蝦片,七彩蝦片很香脆。餐牌很清晰,圖文並茂。(小食)西多雞翼 $34網上見很多好評,但其實就係炸雞翼,配上蜜糖和少少煉奶,比較細心的是將雞翼一分為二。炙燒手撕雞湯粉絲 配陽春面 $68手撕雞份量不少,但比較「嚡口」,湯的味道唔夠突出。十三飛 (安格斯牛肩胛,牛肋條,粉絲)拼陽春面 $80牛肉的份量不多,每樣只有兩小塊,湯有少少牛肉味,不過不失。凍400次岩鹽咖啡 ☕️餐飲加$22非常特別,厚厚的咖啡醬下面是鮮奶,配上粉紅岩鹽自己落。非常濃郁的咖啡味道,當咖啡溶咗之後,味道更加濃郁。餐飲配:凍百香果鳥龍茶,反而更加驚喜,百香果香甜。感覺不過不失,麵的味道普通,飲品反而比較驚喜,但如果要排隊就唔會再去了。 continue reading
