實在不知多久沒打過麻將了,我想應該有十年吧!想當年偶然會和朋友麻將耍樂的日子,牌藝不精的我有時候都會拿到一手好牌,特別是當自己做大牌,拿著十三隻筒索萬番十三不搭的奇牌叫十三飛食十三么,又食得出的時候,簡直會覺得幸運之神正在眷顧自己。俱往矣,往事如煙,前塵若夢,十三么已成記憶,不過這一天,我仍可在這間「十三姨」吃到一碗「十三飛」($72)。其實這「十三飛」是這裡的招牌出品之一,材料有安格斯牛肩胛、牛肋條、溏心蛋和米粉拼粉絲。粉麵吃得多,但米粉拼粉絲,這次還是第一次。這「十三飛」的湯頭雖然鹹了點,味道可是不錯的,米粉和粉絲都極之索湯,牛肩胛和牛肋條份量不少,口感可以,不過就不太吃到安格斯牛的特矜貴的地方。至於那隻溏心蛋,及格的,不差。因為這是午餐的開係,是有飲品跟餐的,而我揀了不用加錢的「烏龍冰茶」,冰凍的烏龍茶,不甜不膩,夠健康。其實這裡的餐飲有些是較特別的,例如「400轉岩鹽咖啡」,冷熱都有,跟餐價只是另加 $16而已,麵底更可轉為我還是第一次見到的「翠玉瓜麵」(+$15)。下次再來幫襯的話,我都幾有興趣一試。「十三飛」我吃過了,這店子的另一款招牌出品「十三么」我之前也吃過了,下次再來,我還可以吃「大三元」的。 continue reading

鵝肝味道淡,單食乏味油膩覺得漏,單食飯有Xo醬料+雞蛋、配料都食到成碗飯,鵝肝撈埋飯就俾啲飯嵌着晒啲鵝肝味,成件事變咗一齊食又唔係,但單食鵝肝又覺得乏味,仲覺得有漏。試下冇防,但唔會想返兜,加埋一$132,7:05分两個人等到7:35分入座,一個鐘限時用餐、食完想坐一陣飲吓茶都覺得有壓力、服務一般、打電話去問嘢嗰位女士啲態度麻麻、特登搭車去試佢嘅鵝肝飯,一場去到局住要排隊等都冇辦法、滿心期待係有啲失望 continue reading

經常我都大排長龍,今日少左人排,所以等一等,其實都好似等左差唔多半個鐘😅菜名都好特別,所以要留意下括孤嘅餸名。大三元:有炙燒手撕雞伴雞油飯,炙燒雞叉燒,溏心蛋。我覺得最特別係雞叉燒,做法似日本拉麵嘅叉燒。不過溏心蛋蛋黃冇咁熟會更好食。手撕雞油飯係日本珍珠米,加埋自家製醬料會更好味。十三飛 : 有安格斯牛肩胛、牛肋條、溏心蛋、粉絲拼米粉 (我轉咗銀針粉)湯底濃,上面張相係安格斯牛肩胛,牛肋條我覺得好似牛腩。整體黎講都好味。無論食乜嘢,都會有蝦片。脆脆的秘制飯豉油 continue reading

呢間主打湯麵既食店又係一間長期排隊既鋪頭,粉麵係用印尼湯底,有印尼特色但又不失港式風味既餐廳。小店非常照顧減肥/生酮人士,等位睇menu既時候已經見到,麵底可以轉翠玉瓜麵。等左一輪位終於到我地。每張枱都會有一杯蝦餅,味道可以,但唔夠脆🥢十三飛十三飛入面有安格斯牛肩胛、牛肋條、溏心蛋、粉絲拼米粉,粉麵有好幾個選擇,我轉左銀針粉。牛肋條炆得夠淋,但味道唔算驚喜,雖然牛肩胛唔似牛肋條要花時間煮,但我覺得係比前者好食。牛骨湯有改進空間,而湯底仲有芽菜、炸乾蔥、腸粉、椰菜、洋蔥,令我聯想起越南粉🥢十三么以雞為主題既十三么有手撕雞、雞叉燒、溏心蛋、粉絲拼米粉配上雞湯做湯底,雞湯比牛肉湯做得好。自家製炙燒雞叉燒係用雞腿肉捲成雞卷再切件,肉質都唔錯,唔會乾身🥢西多雞翼蜜糖墊底配上加左牛油炸脆既單骨雞翼,味道不錯,如果話似西多,我反而覺得似印尼蜜糖雞翼*加啲十三姨自家製青辣椒醬絕對可以令味道提升 continue reading

成日睇到身邊朋友或者介紹呢度既鵝肝煎蛋飯..今日終於同到朋友黎試喇..星期日晚8點半,等左10張枱左右就入座了。小食叫左個餐牌上面推介既- 花雕啫喱蕃茄一黎到就聞到好香花雕味..生蕃茄浸住落酒度..食左帶小小甜同酒味..不過原來精粹係啲啫喱度..個啫喱係濃濃嘅花雕味..帶點苦..相信食哂啫喱應該會有醉意燒翠肉瓜 燒得唔會太乾身..好Juicy主角 - 鵝肝煎蛋飯鵝肝size都幾大..仲有3塊咁多..呢個價錢真心抵!最正係側面既醬..帶有小小辣同咸香..同埋乾蔥,蔥花..撈埋一齊食真係好和味..不過都真係好滯..最後都食剩咗少少飯。 continue reading
