南豐紗廠有好多cafe, 啱哂文青打卡。今次揀左呢間以黑白色調佈置嘅餐廳,有戶外位置,可帶寵物。見到甜品賣相好靚,可惜原來好多都係限定款,過左聖誕節就無。。鳳尾蝦白菌墨汁意粉 $98蝦同白菌都無味,墨汁只有少少鹹味,唔似平時嘅意粉醬。weekend menu只包餐湯,無飲品,唔太抵食。。巴馬臣芝士薯角 $58炸得唔錯,外脆內軟,跟左辣粉同沙律醬。食唔到巴馬臣芝士味😂。心太軟 $58正常水準,比較細份。 continue reading

餐廳裝修明顯有心思,用黑白色作為主調劃分左一半用餐區,一半係賣衫,幾特別的設計閒日lunch沒有太多人,加上位於紗廠頂層角落,如果經過沒有特別留意只會以為係一間衫舖~今次試左兩款lunch set,仲配左湯同沙律,加錢可再加配飲品~ 本來諗住只係前菜既沙律,估唔到都幾大份!!而且一啲都唔馬虎,沙律菜新鮮,配上柚子汁及柑肉,甜甜酸酸好開胃粟米湯就正常質素~主菜 - 明太子帶子忌廉蘑菇意粉 ($88)帶子大粒但唔會煮得過熟👍🏻意粉唔少,明太子汁份量剛好,唔會出現唔夠汁而太乾配合番少少紅黃椒同蘑菇,增加層次亦唔會感覺太漏主菜 - 大啡菇豆腐扒蛋黃芥末醬漢堡配薯角 ($108)一上菜有比個份量嚇親出面比較多既素食漢堡都會係用啡菇代替,而呢到係再加多塊豆腐扒,所以變得好厚好高🍔調味都算正常,但麵包如果可以烘耐多少少,外皮再脆身啲應該會更好食薯角炸得香口,無食到一口油,沙律份量又係好多,減低油膩感 continue reading

噚日 (19-11-2022 Sat) 同老公去送膠後同寄賣前食個晏,我哋睇睇,黃店冇咗兩間,藍店冇咗一間,而我哋食過嘅呢間仍存在(上次食評係2019年12月6日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%96%BA%E5%9E%8B%E6%A0%BC%E9%A4%90%E5%BB%B3%E6%85%A2%E9%A3%9F-e3608959),今次我哋再幫趁啦.去到,女店員問我哋想坐得光猛啲定暗少少?由於都曬,我哋就揀暗啲嘅枱,睇完menu,決定要$428.00嘅二人三道菜餐,揀:1. 三文魚沙律三文魚沙律砌得工整,但原來得一片煙三文魚,會唔會少得滯?呢個正常冇問題,不過一啲沙律醋都冇,係咪呢喥嘅特色?味道:3分2. 龍蝦忌廉湯呢個擺上嚟就已經嗅到佢嘅味道,飲落係夠濃同杰身,即刻諗起喺Beans飲過嘅(食評係2021年4月18日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/yeah-%E5%B0%8F%E5%BF%83%E5%A5%BD%E9%A3%9F%E5%88%B0%E7%99%B2-e3991818),一樣咁好味,好掛住beans.味道:5分7. 薑味梳打配雜果冰顏色好靚,雜果冰係啲生果雪到喺冰粒入面,藍莓除外,但雪到入面都冰凍.飲落,薑味唔太濃,啱啱好,不過飲到最後,冰粒溶咗,味道自然就淡咗,最後係冇味梳打水就唔好飲,而啲冰飲到最後都係溶唔晒,勁.至於雜果,只係士多啤梨雪到冇乜味.味道:3.5分8. 熱情果伯爵茶配雜果冰伯爵茶飲品唔係我杯茶,但如果係曲奇我又覺得好味.而呢杯嘢嘅熱情果原來係甜甜地嘅糖漿,撈埋飲就好味.味道:5分3. 15%意大利黑松露忌廉三重菇貝殼粉熱騰騰,亦好香黑松露味,黑松露份量亦啱啱好,啱唔食咁濃味嘅老公,貝殼粉口感都正常唔會太腍.味道:5分4. 車打芝士蘑菇醬牛肉(半熟/全熟)竹炭漢堡配沙律菜薯角老公揀咗全熟,竹炭漢堡烘脆咗, 全熟嘅牛肉變得太乾同實,其實點解冇七或八成熟俾客人揀?而佢嘅蘑菇醬好好味,完全似黑松露醬.味道:4分薯角都熱騰騰外脆,醮沙律醬食原來更勝茄汁.味道:5分今次食沙律菜有俾醋客人自己加,呢個似係油醋,味道係清清哋嘅酸.味道:3分6. 朱古力心太軟配迷你雪糕球雪糕球放喺朱古力心太軟上, 心太軟嘅熱力,已經令迷你雪糕球開始熔化而塌下,咁呢個要快食喇.切開睇,朱古力流心杰杰地唔算好流,味道係唔太甜,外脆內軟,同夠味嘅雲尼拿雪糕混埋嚟食係好食.味道:4.5分5. 經典蘋果撻其實想要雲尼拿榛子撻但冇,但又唔想揀是日蛋糕,所以要呢個,呢個玉桂粉落得啱啱好,成個味道唔算太甜,ok嘅.味道:3分服務:開頭我背住太陽坐好熱,於是同老公並排坐,女店員都主動問我哋要唔要落簾,唔錯.落完單,女店員都有問我甜品係咪後上.之後有個男仔應該係啱啱返工,佢就收嘢,其實我唔介紹冇乜點收嘢,因為張枱夠大,不過唔代表佢哋可以唔收.我同老公並排坐,好奇怪我另一邊係有膠片,女店員上菜時,成日喺我同膠片之間上,要知道個空罅有限,好易踫跌嘢,係之後由上漢堡包開始,至喺我同我老公之間較闊嘅空間上.食完後,我都自己行入去俾錢,唔使佢哋行嚟行去,呢兩個企喺收銀機前嘅女店員,睇住我行到嚟一粒聲都唔出,算.我開口話埋單,佢哋都唔理我亦唔多借開,入面嗰位就好醒目咁俾張單我叫我check,咁我就俾錢,而佢哋可以一聲多謝都冇.抵食係2.5分 continue reading
