首先必須講明呢個好評係有一定既感情分加左入去,味道未必係你想像中咁好食記得第一次食既時候仲係讀緊書,對於一個學生黎講40幾50蚊一杯雪糕真係好貴,唔知係咪咁,食落特別滋味。從來對雪糕既印象就係軟而滑,有幾分人造香料既味道,呢間分子雪糕帶來了不一樣的口感,口味隨季節變化,中秋有月餅味,夏天有糖水口味,都幾新鮮。後來開左係尖沙咀,去食就更多方便了,試過幫左朋友一個大忙,叫佢請食呢間雪糕就可以了。好耐冇食,睇到佢即將結業既消息,都立即去食多次,好似唔係以前既味道了。經典既海鹽牛奶脆脆,由一開店已經有呢款,應該係暢銷口味之一吧。以後都未必有機會食啦,回憶湧上心頭,謝謝你曾經帶給我們的那些美好。

坦白說,我不是Lab Made的粉絲,個人覺得$46一小杯價錢是偏貴的。💰💰💰
但其實我頗欣賞老闆對雪糕的認真和努力研發各種口味👍👍👍,但可惜的是香港人是貪心忘舊的,永遠只打著份子雪糕的旗號作招徠未免有點一成不變。👴👴👴

呢個朱古力真係好濃好純,好有朱古力味但係唔會太甜。而開心果雪糕亦都好滑,夾雜左開心果粒。

分子雪糕依然係每期4款口味,依加每份$46。我地叫左個焦糖醬海鹽牛奶脆脆,份量同以前一樣咁多,做法都冇變,食落都仲係好好食,d雪糕依然好rich,睇黎佢地人氣雖然冇以前咁旺,但質素依然keep得住,good!!!不過$46始終係稍貴,可能係少人幫襯嘅原因之一。

上個月才來過大坑飲嘢,當時在浣沙街、新村街那邊看到一間間吉舖已好sad,誰知今日經過布朗街,赫然發現小甜谷已冇做,感覺有點震驚!小甜谷在大坑曾經好旺的,點知最後都捱唔住...!唏噓一輪,兜去炳記那邊看看,見到谷媽媽仍在,不過以星期六晚的市況來說,生意認真麻麻。之後我們又重回布朗街,天氣悶熱,到Lab Made食杯雪糕正好!當時店內一個客都冇,之後陸續有2對couples幫襯,至少冇咁冷清。晚餐食得飽滯,選這款甜甜酸酸的最好,口味清新朋友話食落的確有奶皇包的味道,不過食到尾有啲膩雪糕製造過程,每次睇都覺得新奇ABCD4種選擇

My friend drove me to this area, after dinner in north point, just because he wanna to have an ice-cream. 4 tastes for selection, my friend just wanna eat caramel sea salt taste.the lab people began the experiment after ordered. 其實認識呢個品牌已經係幾年前既事,記得第一次食係尖沙咀諾士佛臺分店,當時叫左限定紫薯口味。見住佢即時整真係覺得好神奇><Liquid Nitrogen原來真係可以整到野食出黎!(可能我文科女出身,唔好見怪)成個雪糕紫到出,不久都覺得紫薯味真係超級強烈!食曬之後仲有少少胃痛添,跟住就斷斷續續食過幾次,無咩特別留意佢!直至最近,佢地社交平台搞送禮活動。咦好似幾咁鬼馬喎,獎品係一個火鍋-----而且仲要係綿花糖火鍋😉聽落都興奮。Lab Made好似仲未正式賣呢隻產品,但中獎者可以有一個免費綿花糖火鍋,俾我咁好彩抽!中!左!等我率先同大家試食啦。我起初以為份量好細。點知淨綿花糖已經滿滿一大個紙碗,視覺上有無比震撼!之後反差好大既就係個的的式式既火爐仔,唔會太熬夠曬安全。再黎係一碟用黎點綿花糖既配料,真係相當精緻:有朱古力同杏仁包住既雪糕球、新鮮生果﹝士多啤梨同藍莓﹞、餅乾兩塊、朱古力醬同檸檬醬。不過我好「論盡」、轉枱果陣唔小心將朱古力醬同檸檬醬整跌左,無得食啦….職員喺你食之前會同你細心講解邊樣要食先同埋點樣食,不過我都係無理佢想食咩就食咩先。士多啤梨同藍莓份量都足夠既、夠兩個

Liquid Nitrogen原來真係可以整到野食出黎!(可能我文科女出身,唔好見怪)成個雪糕紫到出,不久都覺得紫薯味真係超級強烈!食曬之後仲有少少胃痛添,跟住就斷斷續續食過幾次,無咩特別留意佢!

直至最近,
佢地社交平台搞送禮活動。咦好似幾咁鬼馬喎,獎品係一個火鍋-----而且仲要係綿花糖火鍋😉聽落都興奮。Lab Made好似仲未正式賣呢隻產品,但中獎者可以有一個免費綿花糖火鍋,俾我咁好彩抽!中!左!等我率先同大家試食啦。

我起初以為份量好細。
點知淨綿花糖已經滿滿一大個紙碗,視覺上有無比震撼!之後反差好大既就係個的的式式既火爐仔,唔會太熬夠曬安全。

再黎係一碟用黎點綿花糖既配料,真係相當精緻:有朱古力同杏仁包住既雪糕球、新鮮生果﹝士多啤梨同藍莓﹞、餅乾兩塊、朱古力醬同檸檬醬。不過我好「論盡」、
轉枱果陣唔小心將朱古力醬同檸檬醬整跌左,無得食啦….

職員喺你食之前會同你細心講解邊樣要食先同埋點樣食,不過我都係無理佢想食咩就食咩先。士多啤梨同藍莓份量都足夠既、夠兩個人食,亦都新鮮無酸味。
點左綿花糖之後比較難燒焦,因為水份較重。

我比較欣賞個餅乾,因為沾左綿花糖之後燒一燒就勁香焦糖味,賣相好吸引。擺落口餅乾仲係好脆,同燒到淋曬既綿花糖非常之夾,正。

反而麻麻地個脆皮雪糕,第一, 個皮濕濕地太硬,燒極都未食得又怕佢溶。第二,入面雪糕個味道唔吸引,我無食錯就應該似係杏仁咖啡/朱古力之類,食落口好強杏仁味
,但唔知點解咸咸地…..可能係綿花糖太甜,而一味只見啡色雪糕但又食唔出味,所以食左一半就放棄左。計我話應該用唔會比綿花糖搶味既雪糕,例如比較酸既菠羅、柚子、檸檬等等。

食到一半d綿花糖原來真係會杰曬
,但係我同朋友都盡左力啦食唔落,真係唔好睇少佢咁的式,如果唔大食起碼夠三個人食。

同場加映仲有海鹽焦糖味雪糕
,比起當初我食果陣真係進步左唔少!鹽味同糖味各佔一半,配合得好好。最欣賞係餐牌上列左每隻雪糕都列明左有無明膠或者麩質,非常細心。下次再有新味都好想eat下><!

分子雪糕係香港已經紅左一段時間, 一杯雪糕大約係$50一杯左右, 同甜品店比就平少少,但係同普通雪糕店比又貴好多喎。今次我嚟到尖沙咀呢間粉紫雪糕店買分子雪糕,揀咗一個係時令嘅味道,就係叫做伯爵茶未加上柚子汁。原來分子雪糕同普通雪糕最大嘅分別就係食咗好似有陣風,冇普通雪糕咁實在,真係超級入口即溶。上面嗰層cream唔係雪糕來嘅,係一啲好鬆軟好似空氣嘅物體,味道都算係咁啦,不過冇我心目中想像咁正,伯爵茶味唔算好濃,有少少甜甜地,兩者之間嘅配搭尚可,不過真係好多人排隊呀。

朋友與我偶然經過lab made,看見其概念新穎,故提議買一杯雪糕分享,看看有什麼特別。我們買了流沙奶黃包試試,真的很有奶黃包味,但卻嘗試不出其他特別之處,只覺得很普通,故嘗試過後應該沒有下一次。
