首先必須講明呢個好評係有一定既感情分加左入去,味道未必係你想像中咁好食記得第一次食既時候仲係讀緊書,對於一個學生黎講40幾50蚊一杯雪糕真係好貴,唔知係咪咁,食落特別滋味。從來對雪糕既印象就係軟而滑,有幾分人造香料既味道,呢間分子雪糕帶來了不一樣的口感,口味隨季節變化,中秋有月餅味,夏天有糖水口味,都幾新鮮。後來開左係尖沙咀,去食就更多方便了,試過幫左朋友一個大忙,叫佢請食呢間雪糕就可以了。好耐冇食,睇到佢即將結業既消息,都立即去食多次,好似唔係以前既味道了。經典既海鹽牛奶脆脆,由一開店已經有呢款,應該係暢銷口味之一吧。以後都未必有機會食啦,回憶湧上心頭,謝謝你曾經帶給我們的那些美好。 continue reading

Lab Made是亞洲首間分子雪糕🍦專門店,係香港亦曾經掀起風潮,全盛時期港九新界都有佢哋嘅分店,可惜相繼結業下只剩下大坑總店。最近得知連總店亦要結業,趁著最後一天<為食小肥兔>便和老公來作最後告別。😔😔😔門外人頭湧湧,似乎亦有不少粉絲來到作告別禮。😣😣😣煙霧彌漫是他們的特色和生招牌。😮😮😮店內掛滿不同的獎項,但細看其實時間集中在2012-15年份,只能慨歎一句:時代已過,風光不再。😕😕😕同往時一樣,每週都有四款不同味道的分子雪糕。🍦🍦🍦🍦來到最後一周,特別加推第五款口味來亂入。🍚<全素泰式芒果椰汁糯米飯>椰汁味很重,加上芒果醬,非常穩陣的配搭。<奶黃流沙包>味道偏鹹,鹹蛋黃味過重,不太能嚐到奶黃的香味。坦白說,我不是Lab Made的粉絲,個人覺得$46一小杯價錢是偏貴的。💰💰💰但其實我頗欣賞老闆對雪糕的認真和努力研發各種口味👍👍👍,但可惜的是香港人是貪心忘舊的,永遠只打著份子雪糕的旗號作招徠未免有點一成不變。👴👴👴加上從報章得知老闆之前誤信<生意拍檔>以至投資失利,更加加速了Lab Made的死亡。💀💀💀作為土生土長的小肥兔,未免覺得很可惜。親眼看著一個品牌由創立,成長,到成為出色的品牌,猶如香港的努力奮鬥史。現在看見他要結束,難免有點失落。。。😟😟😟最後一天來吃雪糕時聽見老闆和其他客人聊天,得知他會捲土重來,但小妹愚見還是先重新定位吧!!💪💪💪期望你們找到新方向後,東山再起。⛅🌞🌞🌞 continue reading

這日,與姨甥女去大坑蹓躂,途經「Lab Made」,有了新發現﹗Lab Mage這一期的雪糕,除了皇牌焦糖海鹽牛奶脆脆外,還有三款全素雪糕。據說,為了響應422地球日,Lab Made與Green Monday合作,推出三款無蛋、無動物奶且無Cream的全素雪糕 - 全素泰式芒果椰汁糯米飯、全素西西里開心果和全素特濃朱古力配鹽焗杏仁。 全素西西里開心果$50/杯,是四款中,最貴的一杯。無他也,只要是好吃,再貴也是值得的。坊間開心果味雪糕,小妹,鍾情於Hangendaz或者Dryer。Lab Made之作,真材實料,且混入開心果粒粒,新鮮好味道。一下子,俘虜了小妹﹗ 開心果分子雪糕以-196℃液態氮迅速凝結而成,煙霧瀰漫的效果,教人駐足觀看。製作過程中,以植物奶取代牛奶,且絲毫沒有加入色素或香精,質感特別香滑細緻,開心果味道頗為突出,且不甜不膩,又夾雜了香脆果仁碎粒在內,咬口甚佳。 · continue reading
