/Steak Tatare /This is not your ordinary steak tatare, it’s super fresh, not very mushy, and it’s got some pickles and onions in the mixture. Super appetising! Loved it❤️/Bife de Chorizo (Sirloin) 220g *+98/Well you can tell how juicy my medium rare sirloin is. But the key highlight of this dish was their homemade smoky chili sauce, not too spicy, kinda herby actually, definitely brought the sirloin to the NEXT level!/Garlic & Truffle Mash Potatoes/One of the truffle mash I’ve had in my ENTIRE life! The fragrant is just omg (to die for!!) and the super creamy mushy texture, am I seriously having potato mash or gelato right here?/Flan Casero/This is honestly remarkable! The texture’s actually thicker than I expected, very smooth though. The sweetness - omg it’s just perfect! /Wild Prawn Ceviche$138/Prawns very fresh, overall quite citrusy (not too much), just a very refreshing dish because it’s so hot outside./Provoleta al Horno$98/-Melted Provoleta Cheese, Oregano and Chilli Flakes-Who doesn’t love cheese? It’s already super rich while it’s hot. You just serve it with bread while it’s hot. Once it turned cold, I basically just cut it into small bites and keeping chewing~ The flavour’s even stronger the more you chew on it. I like it better when it’s cold, prolly because I’m not a fan of bread?

阿根廷🇦🇷係一個非常值得去旅遊🧳同探索嘅地方,喺南美洲嚟講亦都係治安相對地比較好🤩,好多好靚嘅地方例如 Patagonia, Ushuaia, Iguazú Falls, Mendoza, El Calafate, Buenos Aires 等等真係多到數唔晒,所以我唔止去過一次阿根廷🇦🇷旅行🧳,但係我對阿根廷菜🇦🇷又一啲都唔熟悉喎🤣,只係知道 阿根廷菜🇦🇷受多國菜式同埋文化影響,包括阿根廷🇦🇷土著人民(Indigenous People in Argentina)嘅飲食習慣、16世紀 西班牙人🇪🇸喺殖民時期 Spanish Colonization 帶嚟嘅地中海飲食文化、19/20 世紀 由意大利🇮🇹同西班牙🇪🇸大量移民帶到阿根廷🇦🇷嘅影響,咁可以想像阿根廷菜🇦🇷幾咁包羅萬有🤩;阿根廷人🇦🇷食好多牛肉,不過某啲地區例如 Patagonia 就食羊多過食牛😋🤩呢晚就同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間阿根廷🇦🇷餐廳食晚餐🤣餐廳依家有 $398 DINNER SET 晚餐 - 包括 Soup + Aperitivo + Main + Side + Dessert 餐湯+頭盤+主菜+配菜+甜品,可以自由組合🤣呢日嘅餐湯係「甘筍湯」:簡簡單單幾creamy 幾好飲🤣頭盤「生牛肉他他 Steak Tartare」:生牛肉新鮮夠鮮味,仲撈咗啲香草咁又好食啲🤣頭盤「生菜、蕃茄及紅洋蔥配紅酒醋汁 Mix Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onion and Red Wine Vinaigrette」:紅洋蔥生菜蕃茄要嚟做沙律簡單幾好食再加埋少少 Vinaigrette 唔會太酸仲好似落咗啲海鹽食落感覺特別清新🤩主菜「香煎比目魚 Catch of the Day」:比目魚 Halibut 新鮮肉質鮮甜細滑煎得幾香口🤩;Ratatouille 係源自法國🇫🇷南部 Provence 同埋 Nice 嘅一道特色菜,係多種蔬菜嘅大雜燴,一般會用 櫛瓜、茄子、洋蔥、番茄、大蒜、辣椒等,不過冇特定嘅材料🤩,呢間餐廳就用咗 茄子、洋蔥、蕃茄 等材料,辣辣哋配 比目魚 一齊食又係幾好食😋主菜「平鐵牛排 Marucha (Flat Iron) 220g」:阿根廷人🇦🇷食牛扒🥩一般都鍾意食 well done,不過我就叫咗 medium 🤣,「Marucha🥩」肉質偏瘦好牛味🤣配菜就兩個都叫咗「西蘭花🥦及青豆🫛蒜煎🧄 Broccolis & Green Beans」:西蘭花🥦同青豆🫛都新鮮幾爽脆,似乎輕輕用蒜頭🧄炒過,咁又好味啲🤣甜品「麵包布丁 Bread Pudding」:都幾甜,仲幾結實,食得好開心🤣甜品「雪糕 Ice Cream」:係勁甜嘅雲呢拿雪糕🍦,越食越開心🤣
