Pirata group旗下品牌 (Pici啲friend)成個裝潢好high class,連埋其他高級餐廳組成「The sixteenth」以歌劇院主題佈置,帶有浪漫情調🎭啱晒慶祝紀念日嘅我哋晚餐冇set,但可以$580廚師發辦我哋決定散叫▶️ Bread basket先嚟個麵包籃🍞一客三款:Italian ciabatta、sourdough toast、pane carasauCiabatta最好食,軟綿煙靭Pane carasau薄過蝦片,咬落香脆Sourdough toast相對硬身,有啲刮口難咬▶️ Vitello tonnato ($158)好多塊薄切牛肉🐂入口好嫩,似煙火腿唔似食緊牛肉 (不過有牛味嘅)上面配上吞拿魚蛋黃醬同鹹鹹嘅西班牙小酸豆,味道更豐富配餐包食好夾▶️ Cheese wheel al tartufo ($338)差唔多抬抬都叫,係佢哋主打菜意粉起一個大芝士輪撈過,因而每粒意粉都佈滿芝士醬再起面刨多啲芝士碎,最後灑上松露片侍應介紹話用上意大利芝士同澳洲黑松露意粉al dente好有咬口👍🏻似切碎咗嘅長通粉,通窿位好掛汁芝士味道超濃厚🧀有拉絲又唔會太sauce-y (有別於carbonara白汁)黑松露味道都好香,唔會同芝士互搶,「相輔相成」▶️ Mediterranean seafood stew ($288)賣相超吸引😍有極多海鮮:兩隻大蝦、魷魚、蜆肉海鮮食落新鮮🦐最正係大蝦蝦頭蝦膏兩塊Sourdough toast烘焗到外皮脆卜卜❤️同bread basket嗰個好大分別湯底超正呀🤤有龍蝦鮮味,帶海鮮鹹香同蕃茄甜味🍅完全可以當湯咁飲,用toast嗍晒啲醬汁食簡直係完美!會令人想一啖接一啖咁飲▶️ Ratte potatoes ($68)比預期大份嘅side dish將baby potatoes焗到外皮焦香,再灑上黑胡椒同鹽調味面頭淋上大量sour cream薯仔好香🥔唔會過熟變蓉鹽焗後嘅鹹味配上少許sour cream嘅酸味,似食緊薯條或薯片咁惹味▶️ Grilled broccolini ($78)咁大條菜嘅😂樣貌似長版西蘭花,口感同味道似蒜蓉炒芥蘭咬落好爽口清脆🥦不過偏油身,因為淋上大量橄欖油-味道好有水準😍果然係大品牌由appetizer到pasta/ main都掂最鍾意當然係mediterranean seafood stew同sourdough toast❣️環境氣氛唔錯,難怪咁多人喺度慶祝生日🎉服務都OK嘅,waiter/ waitress好好招待唯一係上菜等候時間太耐,等main course等咗半個鐘性價比以質素嚟講ok,平均$520/人,成個體驗nicee~ continue reading

Pirata group 旗下嘅餐廳,喺太古坊The Sixteen,裝修好古典華麗,好似去咗舊式歌劇院咁,女士一定心心眼😍咁啱餐廳做緊個$378 per person嘅夏日限定晚餐優惠, 仲平過之前嘅restaurant week,一於就叫依個餐啦😅Antipasti我哋揀咗Beef Tartare及Burrata,生牛肉配埋蛋黃及松露醬松露片,軟滑有口感,我同行奇怪嘅朋友係唔鍾意松露味嘅,所以我食得比較多😁水牛芝士配唔同蕃茄,清新軟滑😋MainWagyu Tagliata di manzo及Eggplant Parmigiana,切片和牛扒medium但煮出嚟比較像medium well, 感覺有點乾,薯仔作配菜亦與餐牌描述有所不同😅焗千層茄子相對口感和味道比較優勝。Dolci當然叫咗佢嘅Signature Tiramisu, 因為係二人份量,所以超大杯,有咖啡酒香但唔會太濕,口感幼滑之餘亦食到朱古力粒,好快已經食晒成杯😂有機會要再嚟試下其他特色美食同埋影多啲靚相😍人均消費$420評分:最高為5分治癒度:👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️抵食度:💉💉💉💉翻兜指數:🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺 La Favorita鰂魚涌英皇道979號太古坊濠豐大廈2樓The Sixteenth continue reading
