香港的可丽饼店几乎吃遍了,口味最丰富、目前最喜欢的当属La Creperie,再安利下同团队主打海鲜的布列塔尼小酒馆Bistro Breton,也好吃!·开业13年了,虽然店铺不临街,但人气依然很高。环境略旧不过舒服随性,海洋系的装潢看上去就很清爽,态度蛮好。·拿着菜单真切感受到,可丽饼跟煎饼果子一样有种大饼卷万物的即视感,几十款咸甜搭配看得人眼花缭乱。工作日Lunch set和周末Brunch set可以吃到一咸一甜两款,性价比都不错。因为饼薄,其实份量并不夸张,一开始暗自嘀咕一个人怎么吃得完两个,努力一下还是塞完了。·【La Moussaillon】咸食可丽饼准确来说该叫荞麦饼,三角形四边形六边形的都有,这里的出品韧性不错,口感立体。中间堆着满当当的馅料,虎虾轻微油煎过,肉质饱满新鲜,足量蟹肉混合着清新不腻的柠檬蒜香酱汁,质地绵密似吞拿鱼沙律。·【Dry Cider】手工酿制的苹果酒也是布列塔尼特色,配可丽饼据说是经典吃法,既开胃又解腻。低度数的苹果酒用碗装,自带豪放感,大碗便宜好喝,还有几个甜度选择。干型这款喝起来不是青苹果的脆爽,更多是成熟苹果的浓郁芬芳,气泡微小绵密。·【La Piano】烟三文鱼鸡蛋菠菜荞麦饼变奏版,菠菜换成了微微煎过的土豆薄片,奶油酱汁中加入了细香葱。饼摊得厚薄均匀,不会粘盘子,酱汁带着迷人的葱香和奶香,也起到了不错的润滑作用。每一口都能感受到浓郁的荞麦香,饼边缘还延展出几分脆感。烟三文鱼给了好几大片,但口感不够绵密。·【Crepe La Melba】可丽饼比荞麦饼更有弹性,水果和奶油品质都不错,整体也不会很甜。 continue reading

Love the vibe of this place which is just like the Bistro in France, that everyone is either enjoying their chats or their food. 每次在這裡吃到撐時總警誡自己不能來得太密,但每隔一段日子就會心思思咀饞想吃,原因是這間店的crepe(法國可麗餅)真的很好吃,咸的香脆可口,配煙三文魚和煎蛋、芝士火腿、雞肉蘑菇等都一絕。而甜的配芒果、香蕉、蘋果等水果,又或可可或草莓醬,加上忌廉甚至雪糕,佈碟好看吸睛。因為咸甜餅各有各的特色,缺一不可,所以每次大家都是咸甜各一,再來一杯lemonade(檸檬水)或 apple cider (蘋果酒),簡直是視覺和味覺的享受! continue reading
