今日忽然想食crêpe,所以就拉埋個同事放工一齊去灣仔食好西,並選址La Crêperie。餐廳位於一樓,環境寧靜並且以航海作主題,給人豁然開朗嘅感覺。首先頭盤揀咗Blinis,呢款Blini其實喺俄羅斯好受歡迎,圓形薄餅稍稍煎香後,再放上不同配料,而呢度就用上mascarpone芝士同煙三文魚呢個配搭,雖然食材熟悉,但配搭新穎,予人耳目一新嘅感覺。Kerne Craft Cider (dry and fruity)呢個啤酒一出場就已經覺得好特別,因為佢係用碗盛載嘅酒,金色既酒體見到已經令人賞心悅目。入口後有微微嘅麥香,又帶有水果氣息,再夾著一點點酵母感同苦味,但滑入喉間又有香氣餘韻,口感相當豐富。主菜方面,我哋揀咗Scallops Pasta (creamy white wine sauce),帶子大而厚身,兩邊煎香而入面生熟度適中,非常鮮味,忌廉汁帶有微微酒香,再加入煙肉同菌類作配菜,口感味道一流。另外一道主菜當然要選擇鹹點Galettes,揀咗Les Pierres Noires,餡料以Smoked Ham作主調,再配上芝士、蕃茄、雞蛋同沙律菜。鹹味嘅食材配搭沾上蛋汁嘅可麗餅一齊食,非常有法式風味。Les Voiles de Saint Tropez 可麗餅上放上以焦糖烹調過嘅蘋果,配上雲呢拿雪糕再淋上焦糖醬,係法式甜品嘅一大特色。La Poulie嘅精粹在於開心果味雪糕,旁邊再灑上少許杏仁片同淋上蜜糖,簡單就是美味。 continue reading

好野當然要分享呢間係我目前食過咁多間最出色嘅crepe,一直都想食終於食到。店員做好耐心咁樣同我哋介紹令到我知道更加多,原來咸食係叫Galettes,甜食先叫做crepe。佢哋連用料都好講究,鹹食用左蕎麥粉,甜食用咗小麥粉。佢仲帶我去睇點樣製作,佢哋整嘅麵粉皮個爐係用咗250度,同出面嗰啲好唔同。Les Pierres Noires $142鹹食佢個皮會係脆既,而我揀呢個個餡係有風乾火腿,蕃茄,Camembert cheese,沙律,同埋中間會有隻生蛋我最主要揀呢個嘅原因係因為佢個芝士比較特別,店員仲話佢每一款都會悉心揀唔同嘅芝士。唔知係咪因為用咗蕎麥粉,食得出同平時嘅餅皮係唔一樣,最緊要佢係脆既。平時風乾火腿會偏鹹,而呢個食落去唔會,同佢嘅芝士味好香。Pan Fried Scallops $118用咗好多沙律去伴菜,帶子上面嘅黑松露味勁香,同埋佢煎得個帶子都好香口而且唔會過火Homemade Brittany Fish Soup $95濃濃嘅蕃茄味唔會蓋過左魚嘅味道,最鍾意就係將個麵包放落去個湯度食La Coco Cadiz $88呢個係我最鍾意食嘅crepe,因為甜食佢係淋既,佢上面配上左朱古力醬同埋海鹽焦糖牛油醬,再加上特色嘅擺法佢擺啲忌廉同埋椰子雪糕、椰子粉,無論係賣相定係口感都係好出色好好食,朋友表示唔鍾意食椰子雪糕佢都覺得好好食La sexy suzette $118呢個絕對適合打卡錄片,嚟到嘅時候會落酒,成個crepe上面就會有火焰🔥成個裏面我最鍾意就係食佢個檸檬雪糕,因為本身呢個落咗橙酒,我麻麻哋酒味果個辣口嘅感覺。而朋友對呢樣野冇乜所謂,就覺得好好食。Apple cider (sweet/dry)以前嘅我淨係識喺7–11買嘅果款Apple cider,而家好似發現新大陸咁🤣 同朋友一人揀咗一款,甜嘅就2%,另外嘅就5%。佢用碗裝好得意,兩個都飲到蘋果味,反而5%嘅會更加突出佢嘅蘋果味。雖然舖頭唔係話十分之大,但佢勁有情調,啱晒慶祝節日。 continue reading

好想去食有crepe嘅餐廳,所以今次就嚟咗呢一間來自法國嘅crepe餐廳😍餐廳唔算太大,但係會有一個位置可以睇到店員準備crepe嘅情況🤩當日試咗唔同味嘅Apple cider🍎🥂,店員特別介紹佢哋嘅Apple cider, 係由法國直送香港,有唔同濃度,可以隨個人喜好去飲。我哋試咗一個2% alcohol apple cider(Doux), 5% apple cider(Kerne)同一個6% 濃酒味嘅。2% alcohol Apple cider 比較甜,好似一般嘅蘋果汁,容易入口。Kerne 就會飲到蘋果甜味同酒嘅苦澀味,兩種味道都會出現,另外一款就無咁重蘋果香味。餐廳特別用碗嚟飲酒,好似大牌檔戰鬥碗咁😛。Pan Fried Scallops $118鍾意Parma ham特別炸過,好脆同香,撈沙律菜食幾好🤪。帶子正常發揮,唔會煎得太老。每粒帶子上都有黑松露作點綴,吊一吊味。Black Cod Fish Fillet $175黑鱈魚蒸熟,黑鱈魚就冇特別嘅調味或者用任何醬汁醃製,口感滑身,會有淡淡鱈魚味🤓。鱈魚配上蕃茄湯,蕃茄湯入邊除咗蕃茄,仲有好多唔同嘅青紅黃椒,青紅黃椒煲到好冧,輕微帶辣。所以,蕃茄湯整體酸酸地帶少少辣嘅感覺,幾開胃添😋。La Piano $145鹹薄餅Galette用蕎麥做,好有麥香,淨係食薄餅皮已經夠味,佢邊邊位仲整得好香脆🤤,中間位帶點煙韌。Galette內裡充滿餡料,入面嘅cream同波菜撈勻,滿滿的。Gatlette面上仲有蛋黃,篤穿蛋黃加埋煙三文魚片可以平衡一下鹹味,好容易就食晒😙。Le Pecheur $75甜薄餅有好多口味揀,我哋就揀咗呢兩款。Le Pecheur 有好多朱古力醬🍫,中間位置有焦糖香蕉,格外香甜。加上杏仁卡就可以減一減甜味😆,同增加口感。crepe 皮質感煙韌,好香牛油味🥰Les Voiles De Saint Tropez $88除咗有焦糖蘋果🍎外,仲有海鹽焦糖醬加雲尼拿雪糕。雲尼拿雪糕應該係自家製🤔,我好鍾意個海鹽焦糖醬,唔會太甜,味道好似某H牌嘅海鹽焦糖雪條😜 crepe皮同樣好味。好鍾意佢哋嘅crepe😍 下次再試其他味道😆 continue reading
