La Creperie was founded in July 2007 in Shanghai by a guy from Brittany Philippe Ricard
It has opened its first branch in Hong Kong since April 2010.La Crêperie is a French bistro, which is considered as the specialist of Brittany style crêpes (savory and sweet) but offer various other traditional French delicacies.

La Creperie got awarded several time with a special mention for its friendly service! When it comes to the food, La Creperie is renowned to serve the best crêpes and galettes in Asia. Most of the ingredients they use are imported from France and they use fresh fruits and vegetables in its preparations, which really make a difference in terms of taste.

La Creperie recommendations: Galettes (savory crêpes) made with buckwheat which is considered very healthy, such as La Marin, La Piano and Les Pierres Noires are the popular items. For the sweet Crêpes, Le Défi and La Sexy Suzette are the recommended dishes. Other desserts are also mouth-watering like Crêpe La Coco Cadiz, Crêpe La Snickers and La Crème brûlée. Besides, La Crêperie offers several apple Ciders, among which is Kerne : the best Apple cider in town and the best match with their food. As a French bistro, La Crêperie offers great French wines at very reasonable prices.

為慶祝朋友生日,在中午臨急臨忙 BOOK 了這家餐廳。這家餐廳是以 CREPE 作主題的餐廳。簡單介紹一下,CREPE 是指法式薄餅,配上鹹的餡料就稱為 CREPE,而配上甜的餡料則稱為 GALETTE。由於平時較少吃,特地2種口味都點了我們點了很多菜,先來了煙火腿和沙律。有三款火腿,不會太鹹,厚薄適中。我們點了其中的2款沙律-龍蝦沙律、帶子沙律,海鮮都較新鮮,配生菜吃下,感覺清新。然後,再上來的是以薄餅皮包裹著餡料的脆卷。脆卷上插著旗幟裝飾,有一番別國風情的味道。薄餅皮煎過後,入口鬆脆。再來的是牛扒,比一般餐廳的牛扒為厚,份量十足。七成熟,生熟適中,烹調得剛好,不會太韌,容易咀嚼。重點來了,我們的主菜—CREPE。我們共點了3款 CREPE。它們的形狀全都很有特色,薄餅皮亦厚薄適中。Les Pierres Noires六角形的這款,餡料有火腿、流心蛋、芝士。放入口中,芝士味濃郁,讓喜愛芝士的我很有滿足感。正方形這款,則是三文魚配流心蛋的海鮮薄餅。蛋黃不易破,能順利放進口中,再讓它流出三角形的是帶子薄餅,配以磨菇和火腿,上面澆著一層蛋汁,帶上一種意、法 REMIX 的風味。接著,是龍蝦意粉。以茄蓉汁配搭,汁料足夠,每一口意粉都有汁料黏附著。龍蝦亦毫不吝嗇,小小的一碟意粉,配有4塊龍蝦肉,小弟滿足了。甜品方面,我們點了焦糖燉蛋及香蕉 GALETTE。面層焦糖烤得脆口,而燉蛋亦有濃郁的蛋味。香蕉 GALETTE 最特別的,是它以榛子雪糕配搭,伴以足量香蕉,味道出奇地搭。是晚最重要的環節,就是捧上生日甜品的一刻。我們點的是這家餐廳的招牌菜—火焰 GALETTE。在點火的一刻,謀殺了不少菲林小小插曲—店員最初跟我說,這甜品較難點到蠟蠋,因為需要點火。但在我要求下,他很樂意地配合,先插蠟蠋,許願後再點火。店員又能在我向他打眼色後,再把生日甜品送到壽星面前。因此,不得不讚一下此店的服務 continue reading

每次經過蘇杭街,都會被這間餐廳充滿海洋氣息的裝潢吸引著。白色牆身,掛上藍白相間的圓形救生圈,加上門外的水手圖案,予人一種置身法國海邊小鎮的輕鬆感覺,陣陣海風與咸咸海水味隱約飄過來。室內裝飾也花足心思,貼合海洋風主題。從Sweet afternoon tea set 中選了Crêpe  stewed  apple  and  salted  butter  caramel $58,另加$20 配一球Movénpick caramel雪糕。餅皮煙韌帶彈性,中間是stewed apple,甜美軟腍,淋上salted butter caramel 帶出特別風味,Movénpick雪糕當然不會錯,一冷一熱好滋味😋略嫌甜度稍過。Gingerbread latte包括在tea set內,薑味頗明顯,份量也比一般咖啡店大杯。除了美輪美奐的裝修風格及美味的甜品外,員工們熱情友善的服務態度亦讓人印象深刻,會繼續支持👍🏻 continue reading

陽光普照的一個星期天🌞如果要行去上址一定會身水身汗🙈haha所以今日🚙🚙黎就好小小泊好🚙後,大概晏奏一點多餐廳內仲有好多位環境好chill ,好多台都係外國人Staff 亦都主要都係外籍人士好好禮貌同好好服務😊我叫左最保守既crepe (有smoked salmon, egg, cream, spinach同小小salad )味道正常,因為我都覺得crepe 係甜既先好食hahaa😆🙈 (咁當然我都有願意去嚐試既)下次試第二隻味反而🐷叫既lobster pasta 就有驚喜粒粒龍蝦啖啖肉意粉同d汁好夾 酸酸地 拒全部都食哂係一個chill 既下午食個chill 既午餐😛不錯 continue reading

假日的Tea Time*沒有食客, 包場來個Mussels, 薯條附送~沒有鮮味, 肉質有點削, 林滋滋。薯條不是新鮮炸, 唔脆, 沒有驚喜。Signature*La Marin. 一定要趁熱食, 班戟皮超快凍, 繼而變韌, 舖面的餡okay, 食得多會漏, 整體沒有驚喜。上甜食~La Jamaicaine。上枱火焰表演, 我們起初都睇到嘩嘩聲, 但之後好快冷卻了, "冇咩特別啫"。同樣班戟皮很快變凍。趁熱食很重要。總括而言: 地方環境好, 食物一般, 價錢較高, 可以不試。 continue reading
