喺香港都好少食到French crepe,今次同朋友兩個人食,而且仲有entertainer 優惠,可以買一送一,咁就叫左一個鹹garlette一個甜crepe。Garlette 我地要左la piano,不過太肚餓唔記得影相,入邊有煙三文魚/菠菜/蛋,所以口感超級豐富,加埋啲cream係好好味。Crepe呢個唔記得叫咩名,不過個crepe皮煎得相當唔錯,配合埋生果同埋雪糕真係好滿足呀。 continue reading

這間來過多次,每次都是晚餐,這次有朋友提議來午餐,剛好又看到沒有很多人,就來了。午餐消費大概 HKD150 一位,其實是有點貴的,但在上環又是地舖,價錢也就差不多了。環境一流,是傾計好地方。午餐有多款選擇,最平宜的有沙律及雞,貴一點的有三文魚;這次我們兩樣都選。製作精美有水準,味道也是一流;這間餐廳長期保持穏定水準。午餐還包甜品,吃了很飽,我也吃不完。總括來說,久不久可來一試;也當然,去到這個價位也就有多個選擇,但這裏還是有物值的,不用常來。 continue reading

係香港, 食CREPE呢類特色食物既地方真係唔多其實對於香港人, 佢又唔似班戟, 亦唔似雲吞只係一塊薄皮仔, 包住唔同饀料, 仲要又咸又甜咁。試之前真係咁諗, 但其實食落係幾得意, 將一啲平時西餐既料包咗入去, 用一塊麵粉皮包住, 唔同味道夾埋一齊, 就好似wine同食物既mariage咁, 係有啲chemistry🤣🤣黎到食LUNCH, 人唔太多, 可能大家都接受唔到中午食crepe? 佢既SET LUNCH 係一個主菜 (咸味 CREPE) 加一個甜品 (又係CREPE, 不過可以揀其他既)。我就叫左吞拿魚同埋朱古力。老實講, 第一下放碟嘢係你面前, 你真係唔知HOW TO EAT A CREPE, 大概餐廳應該整個SOP出黎教一教😋😋沿住角落頭45度咁切左份仔出黎, 包左啲吞拿魚同菜落肚, 係有啲似三文治, 但塊板薄咁多, 咬落又幾得意。雖然睇落係一個平面好少嘢, 但有讀過MATHS既你會知, 點線面體, 一塊面變成一個立體, 其實面積唔少 (即係好拿飽肚)🙄🙄食完正餐, 上埋朱古力CREPE, 今次就真係似斑戟喇。用左平時食麵包個種朱古力醬, 包係塊皮度, 沾下醬, 咬一咬, 簡單既咸甜味混合, 再飲番啖咖啡, 你話如果換咗係西貢海邊既餐廳, 成件事就真QUALITY OF LIFE 😍不過老老實實, 價錢就唔太平架喇。餐廳環境勝在舒適, 報置都好有味道, 如果係禮拜六日過黎坐一坐, 再上埋去SOHO區做文青, 都係一個唔錯COMBO 👫 continue reading

劣食指數:★★★★☆ 法國薄餅可以分為甜鹹兩種:甜的crêpes使用的是小麥、而鹹的galettes是使用無麩質的蕎麥製成。先揀選兩款鹹的galettes作主餐,撥開薄餅皮,濃濃的芥末醬下藏着豐富的餡料:La Fermiere的材料包含雞肉、蘑菇及沙津;而La Rennaise則用上香腸、Emmental cheese、洋蔥及沙津。可惜餡料的味道偏淡,而且非常膩,撑飽肚子卻嘗不到甚麼味道。然後配合那蕎麥薄餅進食,就像咀嚼淋濕了的紙皮,讓你體驗到拾荒者的辛酸。擦過眼淚後,來到吃甜的crêpe。撲鼻而來的焦糖香,將人從貧民區一下子拉到貴族茶室中。是著名的Crème Brûlée嗎?定睛一看,眼前的薄餅充滿了絲絲焦糖,伴隨香蕉塊及焦糖雪糕。焦糖的味道香甜,與較清淡的香蕉和薄餅的配搭恰到好處,能夠互補長短,還有雪糕的「冰火加乘」,簡直是苦盡甘來! continue reading
