想慳錢又想食好野?呢度既午餐就岩哂喇!星期六、日都有架!但要留意營業時間呢!海膽魚生飯#23號餐($63),計埋加一,都係$70,超抵食!自從朋友帶我黎過,我就已經encore 左三次,而每次都是食同一樣既野---海膽魚生飯。餐廳是日本人開的,特別令人有好感。一坐底,店員就會遞上熱毛巾給食客抹手,然後奉上熱騰騰的綠茶。魚生飯附送麵豉湯,湯式不是死鹹那種,而且材料份量很多呢!豆腐切成小粒,海帶亦很滑,不會鯹。魚生飯,有三大塊三文魚腩,非常厚身,充滿魚油的香甜;海膽都有三份,肥美得唔捨得食,入口即溶;三文魚籽好新鮮,微鹹,送飯一流。除了魚生新鮮,白飯也是精髓!店主採用了日本特級A七星米,雖然唔了解評級,但這絕對是我在香港吃過最好味的日本米!!!(激動的!)米粒大小均勻,晶瑩剔透,帶少許黏性,口感綿軟。欣賞店家在每個細節上的用心,食物價廉物美,正是我encore 多次的理由。 continue reading

天氣熱熱地,心思思想食壽司。一入餐廳,日本的侍應便勤快的帶到坐位,並立刻奉上熱茶。午餐選擇頗多,價錢實惠,舉目鄰座的人都叫便當和刺身飯。心想這餐廳熱食和刺身都這麼受歡迎,一於試下較冷門的呑拿魚腩香蔥飯。附餐面鼓湯比較普通,但飯一來,心裏暗喜。七十元的呑拿魚魚腩蓉是滿滿的!鮮嫩的粉紅色吞拿魚魚肉加青蔥,配以日本生雞旦及鼓油青芥拌飯,呑拿魚的魚蓉鮮味在白飯的襯托下滋味加倍。簡單的曰式丼作blue Monday 的午餐,心情大大提升,下次要試試它們的牛肉壽喜燒。 continue reading

京笹居酒屋~清酒蜆。麻香雞沙律。泡菜炒豬。日式燒餅 等位有少少 亂。入去第一時間有人sell sake.但無人比水。直至 second order先有。原本叫帶子刺身4@$90, 但好耐無來cancel. 清酒蜆有少少咸。沙律雖算大碟但一般。麻醬汁好似超市買再 加椰菜青瓜絲雞絲番茄等。 泡菜炒豬普通。不辣。 日式燒餅算是不錯。沒太多粉。內有八爪魚粒幾爽口。食後好 飽。 或者這出名食燒物。其他實在有d普通。 continue reading

係尖沙咀行左好耐都唔知食乜好...原本諗住去東京食...但係太多人排隊啦...周圍都太多人排隊食飯啦....太肚餓既緣故...就入左黎呢間試試啦.....坐低之後..waiter會比熱毛巾你抹下雙手...好少可食日本野會咁...通常去酒樓先會咁...服務都算細心..初頭幫我take order果個waitress我以為我講得唔清楚.所以先聽唔明....原來後來先知佢係日本人..之後個manager好主動走埋幫我take order...並且幫我地汁埋豉油睇menu d食物價錢我覺得都比一般既貴...所以我地2個人就隨意叫左4樣食住先....前菜:青瓜拼海哲海哲無乜味...食落好似有d怪味三文魚刺身:一客5件$38唔算貴.....但食落唔太新鮮...太過都算肥美清酒煮蜆:可能酒味太濃....蜆肉食落比較咸...食唔出佢既鮮味...份量比較少@@唔夠喉....金菇肥牛卷:呢個好味呀....金菇索晒佢d汁加埋肥牛一啖放入口....好juicy...好味滑蛋豬扒飯+麵豉湯:食左幾樣野之後...我地都覺得好似無野落過肚咁.原來仲諗住食完要出去食多碗雲吞麵....諗住碗飯應該都唔會大得去邊....點知原來碗飯份量都算ok..d豬扒好有口感..(唔同平時果d好多鬆肉粉同炸漿..食完好似食粉咁..)不過我嫌碗飯太少滑蛋...多d會更開胃...個湯偏咸....不過都唔算難飲呢間日本菜間中黎食下都ok既.....不過嫌佢d位太迫...野食算係過得去....不過有服務補救...如果比你間野d食物好好味..但無服務..食都食得唔開心啦 continue reading
