To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經係好出名嘅竹昇麵，出名麵質彈牙好多年前食過～真係好好食，同其他比的確好唔同記得霆鋒大廚🤩🤩曾經嚟探店喺度介紹呢間麵館幾咁好食，自從大廚嚟過之後，嚟食嘅人就多到嘔，可惜好多舖頭就係因為有名氣之後品質開始下滑😳😳可能因為係下午茶時段，舖頭比較冷清老闆比我感覺係，自己舖頭有生意就做，冇生意冇所謂😅😅唔好誤會啊，我只係指佢哋唔緊張，並不是佢哋態度有問題😚😚今日嚟食咗個下午茶餐，牛筋雲吞雙拼撈麵雖然係下午茶，但係其實都講緊六七十架雲吞係自己包嘅👌🏻夠料不過唔算特別好食牛筋嘅味道👌🏻冇驚喜普通咗啲主角係竹昇麵😞😞太可惜我真係一啲都唔得連以前一半嘅水準都冇唔好淨係彈，有兩樣嘢我係覺得真心唔錯嘅跟撈麵嚟嗰碗湯感覺好足料👍🏻👍🏻飲咗都唔覺得特別口渴另外杯免費英式茶，味道好濃好香👍🏻👍🏻不過點都好啦，今次應該係最後一次啦😏😏下次就算嚟開呢頭應該都會過對面食車仔麵😁😁 continue reading

今晚喺附近上堂 就喺附近搵到一間用手打竹昇麵嘅鋪頭 於是就去試下嗰陣未到6點 可以叫下午菜口我就叫咗雲吞炸魚片頭雲吞麵 加6蚊有杯豆漿個湯飲落唔油膩 飲晒都唔覺口喝雲吞都係人手包 裏面有成隻鮮蝦 非常爽口魚片頭就不過不失啦最後埋單老細俾咗兩張減5蚊嘅現金券 可以下次使用 果然識做生意！ continue reading

因為門口睇唔到淨雲吞麵幾多錢所以入去問，個男侍應好細心解釋單點同套餐分別幾錢，原來外賣仲有9折叫咗個雲吞撈同雲吞麵，兩個都好好食，又彈牙又無鹼水味，個雲吞都好食，啲蝦都好彈牙，個湯可能我就咁飲覺得咸咗少少，但唔會覺得口渴，成碗飲晒👍🏻另外要讚佢個麵長度剛剛好，每次一箸就夾得起，唔會夾極都都未見到麵個尾，每次一啖一箸好方便😌佢個外賣盒仲可以入微波爐，平時都係發泡膠盒多，有啲估佢唔到。食食下認得影相，賣相本身都幾好🫢 continue reading
