先講下兩碗拉麵,麵條一般,真係好普通果種,無咩特別好食定係唔好食!
海老其實即係櫻花蝦,份量都算多,湯底都好夠味,呢方面反而唔錯!

啤酒是男朋友點選的。份量大杯充足,外觀色澤金黃亮麗連帶泡沫,其製作工廠堅持使用天然水釀造,因而飲用時口感清香爽身,甘醇可口,澀味恰到好處,易於入喉,配與拉麵食用是相配的組合。

總結而言,餐廳整體裝潢富有日本風味,環境舒適且整潔衛生,拉麵分量充足,製作精心出色,湯底亦濃郁可口,而且店內選用手機落單可使過程更方便快捷,是與朋友們吃拉麵的好地方。

叉燒既肥瘦比例8:2偏瘦,食落唔會油膩同乾爭爭,而且係厚切有0.8毫米,手掌大細😍😍
糖心蛋要另外加錢,流心程度好大,
一夾開蛋黃就流唒出黎👍👍
另外配菜既椰菜煮得啱啱好,唔會太林而爽口。
拉麵入面放既京蔥,份量都比較多,
我鐘意蔥浸係湯度夾黎食😋
紫菜係用散紫菜,同其他店唔同,雖然唔會影響食用,不過我就覺得麻麻地鍾意啦😗

枱上冇其他調味料,只有筷子桶同埋牙籤桶,
店內枱櫈都係使用深色系木材制成,
我坐既個張櫈有啲搖🤨
音樂播放近年jpop,音量適中,
燈光方面比較暗,氣氛睇上去好昏暗🤔

成碗拉麵整體黎講10分我會比7.8分吧,
如果個麵可以改善下會更好呢!👍
價錢方面,因為我係午市套餐,
大約都係$74至$86左右,
仲有可以揀小食或飲品,都幾抵食👍

住係附近又鐘意食拉麵既人士可以黎試下呢😀😀

We were hungry and almost hangry when we got here and just desperately craving soup noodles 😂😂 we ordered the classic and crab meat ramen with eggs and shrimp cakes. The soup was good but I couldn’t really tell the difference between the normal and crab meat ramen soup base 🤷🏻‍♀️ but the roast meat tho! Soo good! They torched it and so the meat had that smoky taste and fat that just melted 🤩🤩 The eggs were too well done for my taste as I like my ramen eggs runny 🏃‍♀️ Overall not bad!

深水埗拉麵幾間巨頭,隱家沾麵好食就不在話下,麵屋黑岩呢就係另外一間王者呀。佢係勝在近近哋,最近地鐵站,行兩步就到,個招牌大大個有台形。個重點就當然係食物啦,今次我就食咗期間限定嘅龍蝦拉麵,龍蝦唔係半隻,係成隻咁上之餘,其他配料都畀足,可以話係爆滿成個版面。龍蝦呢就唔算超級新鮮㗎喇,但係呢一啲都唔會梅,食落加埋個湯底 真係味覺嘅刺激😋😋😋麵質好多人都著重呀,咁見屋黑岩呢啲面呢,就算係中等偏幼啦,都似一蘭嗰種,鍾意食依款嘅朋友就啱你啦。不過湯底呀就唔係勁濃,甘水質比較重呢同杰塔塔都各有優點,睇你鍾意邊款喇。

叫厚肉,夾硬黎碗薄叉燒,碗面黎之前同人講聲其實好簡單,都無講,黎到放上台先同人講然後一野行左去,我第一次去,但可以保證唔會再去,野食都係只不過係一般,我第一次食想,叫個木耳伴麵,碗麵食完先到,咁都得!

食左呢間2年由第一次食就開始推介比朋友必食每次都要食厚切同火炙叉燒仲每次必食松露燒叉燒自從上年3月開始,開始次次都冇燒叉燒 間吾中冇下小食見佢黃黃地就算啦繼續食到今次泥食 厚切叉燒又冇 松露叉燒又冇火炙未燒夠 小食又冇真係冇晒mood再食落去

上年食過一次期間限定,當時食落口感以及服務員態度都不錯, 咁啱經過深水埗見到佢冇乜人 , 就入咗去坐低食, 一入去服務員態度奇差, 由量體溫開始到佢畀餐牌我哋睇 全程黑口黑面, 我同朋友點咗兩個常餐, 一個係海老麵一個係黑蒜油麵, 第一啖湯飲落去係死鹹, 個 麵質我哋嗌咗普通但食落口就硬到不得了, 最後強忍食完佢之後問佢攞兩張紙巾,個服務員張兩張紙巾劈係檯面,非常冇禮貌

Recommended by my colleague to try this ramen shop in sham shui po, I picked a weekend and visit the shop.Apart from the classic tonkotsu flavour, there were ebi soup, soy soup, etc. But the one I came for was the bonito flavoured soup.The soup base was quite intensely flavoured with bonito, the dry bonito flakes on top also added texture to it. The char siu was well charred and flavourful. The soft boiled egg was nicely done too.

Openrice上超多好評,滿心期待特登去食,但結果係普通ok啦,味道還不錯,但比較淡而不香濃,麵質都算軟滑但也是普通普通。其實都還好,只係太多好評自己想得太多🥺🥺。叫左蝦味同鰹魚味,味道是有的但又淡又稀,可能係我食慣重口味吧。配菜同餸都好少,regular拉麵得兩片薄薄的肉同幾條木耳絲,而加左錢加蛋同加厚叉燒後先好似合理啲,感覺不太抵🥺。另外都加左小食章魚燒,覺得都不錯的,不過都係好細粒。

朋友食過好味帶我黎呢度食拉麵, 叫左碗黑蒜叉燒拉麵. 叉燒有得揀火炙或者厚切,我揀左火炙. 見住個師傅用火槍燒d叉燒, 燒完之後d油脂味出左黎,食落更加香, 叉燒好入味, 半肥瘦啱啱好. 到左個主角黑蒜,  撈左落d麵度食之後, 蒜味夠香濃. 麵度適中, 湯底唔算油膩.
