帶啲朋友去石硤尾嘅「美荷樓」參觀,了解下香港第一代公屋嘅變遷,跟住順路過嚟「公和」食過輕怡下午茶。逢喺星期六、日,呢度都好旺,不論正鋪,還是隔離新鋪,都坐滿晒人,加埋啲外賣,賓墟咁嘅場面。我哋見巷仔嘅露天位有空枱,「嗱嗱林」掗番張,反正都喺旋風式咁食完就走。餐牌,一版紙睇晒,依定賣嘅食品非常之多,除豆品類,仲有好多小食,連炒麵、烏冬、粥品都有。豆腐花 $13豆腐花始終喺公和嘅熱賣,相信寫嘅人都唔少,所以,我就唔特別多講。總之,質素保持到,基本都唔會令人失望。枱上已經放咗黃糖,再由客人自由添加。叁拼 18$/6件一客有齊豆腐、豆卜、魚腐,各兩件,個人覺得釀豆腐比較好食,一來豆腐滑,二來魚肉彈牙味鮮;豆卜、魚腐都OK啦,前者香口酥脆,後者外脆內軟,喺入口比較油咗少少。瑞士汁豬手 $22一客標明有4件豬手,賣22蚊,價錢都OK,隔離枱個阿姐都推介我哋試吓,所以,就即管一試。啲豬手炆到好化,輕輕一咬就開晒,皮下都有幾多骨膠原,個瑞士汁味道都幾濃,甜甜酸酸咁。豆腐奶凍 $18初頭諗住十零蚊碗豆腐花都有成大碗,咁賣到18蚊嘅奶凍應該有返咁上下,但原來喺好細樽,真喺兩、三啖就食晒。老實講,食落我就覺得奶味重過豆味,質感方面都算OK,嫩滑並且夠挺身。嚟呢度都喺食情懷多過食物嘅質素,咁當然佢哋嘅嘢食又唔喺差嘅,屬中間啦,不過,揀奶凍就不如食番豆腐花,性價比高啲。而全場都好爆,招呼就無乜架啦,食嘅人都喺快上快落,我哋都喺一食完就閃。 continue reading

-打工日中午飯點路過 無意中瞄到這百年老字號如今竟還有如此便宜物價?在香港?一下思緒把我拉回少年時代 便決定踏入此店!.店名公和荳品廠的牌匾還在沿用舊時的異體字店內的陳設還是老式的美用pang裝的這碟釀豆腐 口感軟滑細膩肉餡增加了咸香的反饋 .當年上學的動力就是這種豉油王炒麵給的很像我記憶中期待的味道 咸得剛好炒得乾身再喝杯豆漿濕潤下口腔 思緒一下又被拉回來半天因工作帶來的疲憊壓力也瞬間消失了.吃上撒了黃糖的豆腐花吧 是經過現碾磨的口感絲微沙沙使得糖甜味更突出最後再用姜糖雪糕作為收尾甜品 往身後一看 咦原來有不少打工人也志同道合選了這裡就餐這一頓 滿足矣 continue reading

細個個時都係住深水埗,以前成日經過都會食返碗豆腐花,搬走咗之後就已經好少再食啦!公和荳品廠都係好老字號,已經有63年歷史,也曾經獲米之蓮推介嘅餐廳!以前就因為落街就食到,唔覺有咩特別,而家要山長水遠去食,個味道依然,好有感情㗎!最近同班朋友就去深水埗買嘢,因為時間比較早,又諗唔到去邊,就提議去公和啦!我哋都分別order咗自己想食嘅嘢!💕荳腐花呢個係「兒時味道」,大家都好目標🎯要食呢碗荳腐花,真係好滑溜好正!有熱有凍,糖就自己加👍🏻而且個價錢真係好抵🤣🤣🤣💕煎釀荳腐 (細$11/大$13)呢個好香味,既食到荳腐濃味,又食到個釀料魚蓉!💕煎釀荳朴($14/5件)呢個炸得夠香口,唔係炸定係度,唔會淋曬!💕黃金魚腐呢個都好好食,鍾意食脆口嘢嘅我哋,覺得好鮮味好香口!💕XO醬蝦米丸($13/3粒)好特別,呢個應該係新嘢,XO醬香味竟然係同蝦味好夾!💕香滑腸粉(細$11/4條、大$15/6條)而家住個邊唔係成日都買到呢款腸粉,都係兒時味道黎架,都好滑呀!💕魚蓉燒賣($10/6粒)食腸粉又點可以少咗燒賣,入面真才實料,唔係溝粉漿,啖啖魚蓉!👆🏻👆🏻我哋叫咗孖寶就抵啲,$20蚊就有曬2樣呢嘢啦!呢個早餐好飽🤣🤣🤣好彩食飽早餐先去行街街!呢間真係深水埗名店,而且係其他區既搵唔到咁平又搵唔到咁老字號嘅嘢食!朋友食完仲要買多支豆漿黎飲🤣🤣🤣環境:🌟🌟🌟🌟品質:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟服務:🌟🌟🌟🌟價格:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 continue reading
