咁岩要去深水埗電腦城,飯前小食就去試下有百多年歷史既「公和」,據說「公和」出名自家豆製產品,用上加拿大非基因改造豆,確保質素。店子的外觀充滿著老店的感覺,六點幾人流真係好多,阿姐頻頻煎豆腐賣豆腐,店子都有不少豆類製品賣,好似腐皮、嚮鈴、枝竹,當然不少得豆腐豆漿豆卜等,因為人太多只簡略拍一下門面好了。本身想堂座又滿座,好彩原來仲有得上樓坐!.上樓的地方放了三四張檯,會有店員上黎同客人落單,客人通常都係快快食完就離座。.餐牌上的豆製品有豆漿、豆腐花、煎釀豆卜、黃金魚腐和煎釀豆腐 (三款煎釀都想試的可以來一客三拼都係$14)。.另外仲有腸粉、燒賣魚蛋、炒麵炒米,牛肉球等,醬汁黃糖都放晒係檯自己落的。一場黎到梗係要掃餐牌,豆製產品通通都來一客吧!.豆腐花 $8 (熱/凍)食豆腐花感覺熱食豆味會更重,不過大熱天時都係黎返碗凍既降降溫。黃糖自己落,通常我落少少就夠,怕佢蓋晒豆味。食落真係夠滑溜,豆味頗濃∼∼好快食晒成碗.豆漿 $5 (熱/凍)豆漿入口順滑無渣,豆味頗濃,就係甜度稍高。.煎釀豆卜 $10/5件豆腐卜炸得夠乾身不油,咬落酥香可口,很脆身,後來仲加多一碟,一碟真係唔夠食!.煎釀豆腐 $10/4件豆腐上釀了點鯪魚肉,魚肉食到彈牙口感,而且豆腐唔會一夾就散,豆味濃郁,蘸些豉油用來送飯都好好食!.黃金魚腐 $10/4件圓滾滾煎至金黃色的魚腐,內裡的魚腐夠滑,建議可蘸些泰式辣醬食,會有食緊泰菜炸物的感覺。.叫了這樣多款兩個人食,賣單$58就成為我們的晚餐,簡單好食又滿足!去到深水埗真係要試下。 continue reading

早就聽過公和荳品廠呢個名,但由於太少經過深水埗,所以都冇乜機會試,咁岩同同事去完深水埗買啲嘢就經過試吓,傳統老字號我黎喇~平時食得太多肉,今次要食返豆腐中和一下,煎釀豆腐既口感系實實地 吾會一夾就散。荳味十分濃郁。表皮有少許既魚肉,食落戈陣冇咁dry。豆腐花系呢度亦系必食,黃糖系張枱隔離,自己中意加幾加就幾多,出面好多間豆腐花都系篤幾下就散曬,呢度既豆腐花系完全吾易散,配上適量既黃糖好有傳統既味道一路坐正系個爐附近都幾熱不過同時亦聞到一陣陣嘅荳香👃🏼心情倒是好了一點 continue reading

公和荳品廠,百年老字號,專營荳類食品,尤其荳腐花品質絕對有保證。今次到深水埗分店order了三碗,水準保持到。味道很有荳味,口感嫩滑,再加適量黄糖配搭,分外醒胃,值得一試再試。 continue reading

老板很亲切友善,看到我们5个人是旅客,特地从狭窄的地方,腾出位子给我们坐。豆浆很浓郁,酿豆腐和炸豆扑一级棒。原本想买它的自制腐乳,后来想想,我妈喜欢吃的是南乳,不是腐乳,所以就没买。下次来香港,一定再来光顾这家店。 continue reading

因為我同男朋友都好鍾意食豆製品,咁啱行開深水埗,特意走過去試試呢間老字號豆品廠因為人太多所以要坐上2樓,環境唔太舒適,衛生情況有少少惡劣⋯但係知道小店的利潤唔高,特別係深水埗呢一帶,所以可以接受🙈2個人叫咗2碗豆腐花同2杯豆漿,發覺豆味非常出眾豆腐花一熱一凍,2款都入口夠滑嫩不過豆漿略嫌太甜,可能因為我唔太好甜點,甜味重少少都接受唔到⋯因為坐上2樓,所以店員間中先會上嚟。落單時要主動啲,唔係就要等好耐都未有得食🙈仲有煎豆腐未試~如果下次經過一定會再食 continue reading
