我最愛它的炸豆泡,以前會泡一泡湯的,外脆內軟又帶汁,可惜多年前已不泡湯了,外皮變得太乾了。雖然好吃,但好易弄傷口腔。煎豆腐還是一貫的「滑」「香」。加上一點點甜醬,及辣醬,真的人間美味。

Transitional Tofu Shop with squeezing and crowded seats. You need to find the seat yourself and finishing the whole processing speedily. Pre-think your order, pour into your mouth, get the bill. It is not a place for you to chat with friends.

💛 soft tofu pudding
You can add as much as brown sugar, just following your mood. The texture is smooth with no crumbs. In hot summer, you can try the cold one, but I can tell you the hot one is much smoother and strong in the taste of beans.

💛Pan Fired Tofu and deep fired Tofu
The fish paste is on one side of the tofu and they are pan fired or deep fired. In the former practice, the deep fired one is with dipped with soup before serve, the texture is much better as it is soft inside and crispy outside. But it is still my favourite in this shop.

嘢食全部豆品都好好食,燒賣都係!XO醬蝦米丸好特別,比較辣,如果唔係好食得辣嘅要注意!
而薏米水有薑,唔鍾意薑嘅都要注意。

I love simple dishes that are incredibly well made. This is definitely one of them.   Soft but does breakdown too quickly.  Very nice strong tofu taste.  Not something you would get every day, but definitely worth the wait once or twice a month.  I really love these specialty places that focus around a single product.

深水埗出名多小食,但唔想在街邊食的話,入公和就最啱了,衛生又有冷氣。公和除了豆花豆漿外,還有豆朴和煎釀豆腐,地道小食及瑞士汁系列。選了無糖豆腐花,滑滑有豆味,無糖也好食。煎釀豆腐上有薄薄魚肉,這一面煎得較亁身,魚肉下的豆腐頗厚,似是焗多過煎。缺點是不夠香脆,好處是豆腐保持嫩滑濕潤,而且無咁油膩。瑞士汁雞腳的瑞士汁䶢中帶甜好味道,最驚喜是雞腳不會過腍或腍啤啤,它外皮軟腍而筋骨仍帶少許咬口,外觀完整,指甲也剪掉。還有地道小食未試,下次吧。

先講吓個腸粉 都幾滑

以前成日聽人講公和,話好正,去開深水埗一定要食。今次咁啱經過,就試試佢。今次叫咗三拼、豆腐花、豆腐同雞腳。三拼其實味道比較淡,可能expect大家點醬。豆腐花同豆漿仲有三拼個煎釀豆腐食得出都係用同一個配方整,味道統一,豆味其實唔算太重,但滑嘅。雞腳就正正常常,唔會太硬都唔會太淋。唔知係咪成日聽人講得太多,所以對呢間餐廳期望好大。其實味道唔差,價錢公道,可能只係因為聽得太多,expect too much。
