真係好耐冇嚟呢度食豆腐花啦,嚟到竟然係隔離開咗分店,新舖裝修新淨闊落d但係我都係去咗舊舖食一坐低叫咗2碗熱豆腐花($10)同煎釀雙拼($14),係煎豆腐同豆卜。之前不嬲都係食開煎釀豆腐,原來煎釀豆卜仲好食,脆卜卜,下次可以叫淨豆卜。豆腐花熱辣辣,入口順滑😋友人幫我加得太多黃糖,甜咗小小,但依然好味。食完好似唔係好夠,再叫咗碟炒麵,叫完之後聽到有客人叫淨炒大豆芽,友人話下次可以試吓。公和荳品廠有多年歷史,風味依舊,宜家仲有新加嘅食物等客人有多種選擇,價格相宜,物超所值,值得一去再去。 continue reading

深水埗應該冇人唔識既公和荳品廠,記得上次嚟佢都仲未開分店😆我哋今次坐咗喺新店,環境裝修得好整齊好靚😊由於太肚餓,我哋就嗌左人氣豆腐豆卜同魚腐豆腐花同豆漿😋我最鍾意食佢個豆卜,咁多年仲係咁脆,但我記憶中佢係甜甜地,反而今次冇咗嗰種味道。另外仲有豆腐花同豆漿肚餓食小食真係一流另外最欣賞佢有無糖黑豆漿,我每次都會買一支返去,因為黑豆漿唔容易買,仲要無糖板更加少,味道濃郁😋價錢咁多年依然咁親民😊真係好難得! continue reading

喺公和食左好多年的豆花,一直睇住鋪頭的轉變,由以前細細間,到而家隔離間鋪都係佢地的。今次黎食碗熱豆腐花 ($10), 豆花依然滑溜,簡直有種入口即刻直接滑入喉嚨的感覺,想停留耐啲都唔得,俾我慢慢品嚐下你的滋味丫嘛。 陰左滑溜之餘,豆味亦足夠。間唔中快食碗豆花,小食係ok的,唔好預要坐得得耐吹水嗰種。但環境比我以前細個黎已經光猛左好多,而家唔知係咪疫情關係,啲枱放鬆左,闊左,所以坐得舒服左啲。今次無食到啲小食,之後仲要去食飯,下次黎再食埋個煎釀豆腐。 continue reading

公和荳品廠  Kung Wo Beancurd Factory原店地址旁邊租多了一間分店專做堂食,比起舊鋪更舒服,更乾淨豆腐花有分冷熱/大細識食一定食大豆腐花,冷熱就隨你口味啦熱食豆香更突出,更嫩滑 $12一碗大SIZE豆漿 也有分冷熱,個人最喜歡飲凍豆漿,甜香順侯易入口豆味香濃餘香濃而不散最近加添了薑汁豆腐雪糕 $13一球豆腐花細緻嫩滑,口感極嫩,啖啖豆香參拼,煎豆腐,煎豆卜,魚腐 各2件 $16看似平平無奇賣相普通但同樣自家製豆腐煎炸而成咬開有如豆腐花一樣的滑嫩質感,豆味更濃香外脆內嫩薑汁豆腐花雪糕外層是薑汁做既糖漿,豆腐雪糕因為凍食,味道無咁突出最好食始終都係豆腐花!但可以一試! continue reading
