因為其他人推介,我選擇來功夫點心試試。在深水埗,其實他的食物完全不算出色,只是普通貨色。到深水埗的話,我情願吃中央大飯店,或者添好運。不用專登走到深水埗。侍應為我10:06落單。10:30的時候,我叫其他兩樣點心已經吃完,所以我叫部長取消燒賣。其實我不介意部長說跟我追單,請我等一等。部長看他的手錶,看我落單的時間,辯道說:燒賣用豬肉做,蒸豬肉要時間。 你忙碌,我體諒。但是跟顧客駁嘴,完全沒有意思。推介大家不要到來。 continue reading

黎到深水埗行完就搵野食,深水埗呢邊都算多野食既,行下之後見到功夫點心就入去試下,反正都有位唔駛等。雖然有卡位不過感覺衛生環境唔太理想。洗餐具都要大力啲去洗。最後點左個套餐66蚊,蒸滑雞飯,燉雞腳湯,金錢肚。蒸滑雞飯,雞有點兒肥而且啲飯唔軟熟,口感唔太好,份量都唔多,整體真係好一般而已,飯扣分。燉湯雞腳,整體普通,不過不失。金錢肚,味道算係合格不過份量偏少。。。。總結。。。雖然價錢66蚊唔算貴,加埋茶位比多7蚊,整體係唔吸引同份量唔多,味道唔合格。 continue reading

去開元朗嗰間功夫食落都幾好,行過深水埗見到有功夫就試下啦以為唔會差好遠,點知我錯喇😑,同一間連鎖店唔同地方唔同師傅可以質素差好遠🤔 叫咗粉葛燉湯,飲落好似清水咁,奇怪在個燉盅裏面好多湯料,照計有咁多湯料點樣燉都應該有味嘅,除非廚房佬係溝咗水嘅啫,你咪當客人係傻先得㗎,,個個人都有條脷㗎,咪以為得個樣呃得下人就得㗎🤬 仲有叫咗碟煎釀茄子,size畀元朗分店細咗一半,同味道都好奇怪😑 經此一戰役深水埗功夫分店永遠不再幫襯,元朗分店可以繼續幫襯,不過都要keep住觀察質素有冇走樣。🤔 continue reading

幫襯過好多次,今次真系最差嘅一次點心等極唔到,點心紙話等十五至二十分鐘,等夠半個鐘先出聲問一問,諗住叫個伙記黎,但啲伙記叫幾廿聲都冇反應,當見你唔到,態度又差,叫極唔該喺正隔離都當聽你唔到咁,尤其是右邊眉對上有粒癦果個女職員!叫到個伙記黎同佢催單又阿吱阿左咁,垃圾到不得了!以後都唔會再黎幫襯!! continue reading

周日諗住同屋企人一齊飲餐早茶,點知一大早門外已排滿客人。真係唔可以睇少香港人對一家大細食點心的熱情~蝦餃王排在餐牌的第一位當然就是招牌菜。皮厚,蝦多肉少。爽口但不算鮮美,如果豬肉成份多一點就更鮮。蟹子香菇燒賣皇,除了在賣相有別之外很多地方蝦餃跟燒賣的味道也差不多。還好這裡蝦的成份不算多,是切碎了跟肉末混在一起的,比起平時大大隻蝦的討好得多。食左好幾款點心,當然要試一味懷舊綿香馬拉糕,而實在也是這裡的推介項目之一。看上去質地不算綿密,跟市面上「大孔」的版本不太相同。但麥芽的味道濃郁而口感也鬆軟的,不錯,吃得過。 continue reading
