總是門庭若市。店舖未開,已有十多位老人家在排隊。找了個不算很好的位置後,才幾分鐘即全店爆滿。夥計很忙,識相的我叫了壺香片,再劃點心。食物不便宜,但確實是花過心思,比連鎖集團的酒樓精緻。點了燒賣皇、流沙包及雞紥。心情輕鬆,吃貨等食。豈料…感覺愈坐愈down! 皆因這店生意,實在是太過興隆了! 全場滿座後,人客還是絡繹不絕,沒有位子的,只好堵在這店的不同角落。情況漸漸混亂,職員竟然出動大聲公,指揮茶客往哪裡走;到何處坐…全場人聲鼎沸,擾擾攘攘! 眾茶客彷如各奔前程,由哪位大姐指揮。店子本已小,捺不住這般動靜,吆喝聲不絕於耳。我只有盡快將點心塞進食道,逃離此地。結論:點心水平上佳 職員處理不宜 continue reading

呢間垃圾野真係好唔掂,呢d時勢大家都叫外賣,但佢唔俾電話落單都算,佢仲要落完order 半個鐘都未拎到野食,明明我個號碼係156,但佢叫埋159拎埋都未到我,問佢大約仲要幾耐,一句話未得就行左去野食拎到番屋企係凍(用左5分鐘),扮哂即叫即整但完全唔係事實。食物差,態度差,又唔平,仲要等勁耐Never recommend for this dim sum restaurant, service delay, bad attitude, cold food, expensive....that’s the keyword to explain this restaurant continue reading

0700去到未開門,見有啲公公婆婆排緊隊,於是跟住排,排喺頭10個位左右,依而家規定每檯要相隔1.5米,眼見都大細檯夾埋都15張檯左右,排隊期間見舖頭入面有個伯伯行來行去,將幾張檯啲筷子晾上茶杯上,跟住佢坐抵咗其中一張檯排咗半個鐘終於開門,我地算首批行入去,見最近門口張檯冇人就坐底,點知唔夠一分鐘跟住有個婆婆行埋嚟,跟住話個位喺佢,跟住乜都理即立刻坐低,問佢點解坐落嚟,佢話檯面有茶壺即係有人,我地話我地係首先坐落張檯度,個婆婆冇理我地照坐,佢硬係要坐都冇所謂,當撘檯算,但疫情下只容許四人聚餐, 唔想同婆婆嘈,最後我地冇幫襯就離開,點解未開門就有人可以喺舖頭入面幫手霸位,點解要排隊?未開門就有客人可以喺舖頭入面坐,點解要其他客人喺外面排隊?安排極差!食物質素就唔知! continue reading

見到功夫點心係連鎖嘅本來沒什麼期望, 誰知出奇地有驚喜喎先講排骨, 呢度用了蒜蓉做調味, 雖然不是新鮮排骨,但調味搭夠,不用太濃味已經足夠。腸粉皮薄而且嫩滑, 捲著油炸鬼在中間, 先食到薄薄腸粉皮,再食到中間的香脆,口感十分豐富蝦餃皮薄餡多,一咬落去滿滿彈牙的蝦肉,肉汁流入口中唯一要彈的就是鳳爪排骨陳村粉,滿心歡喜以為是透明的陳村粉,誰知道端上來的竟是腸粉失望題外話,進入舖頭已經見到有自家製辣椒油售賣,馬上叫侍應端來一碟辣椒油嘗試,結果不負所望,辣椒油香中帶辣,沾上食物時不單沒有搶去食物的味道,反而突出了味道,值得一讚 continue reading
