Kozy Okonomi-yaki Teppan-yaki👨🏻‍🍳🍳……….又去食日式鐵板燒餐廳喇!呢間餐廳係簡單木系設計,燈光較昏暗,好啱同朋友飲酒吹水。仲有面積唔算大,book枱先去會好啲!餐廳有卡位/吧格位置揀,今次揀吧枱坐,望住日本師傅整每樣野食,期待每樣野食即整好即遞上,新鮮熱辣上碟,仲要抵食,食得好開心同滿足🥰……….🍳芝士蛋奄列 $48•內面充滿住芝士,一拎起就拉哂絲,芝士香濃仲有蛋香,好味🤩🔘帶子 $98•好大粒嘅帶子,但略嫌煮得過老,如果生多啲啲,會更好食同再鮮嫩啲🤪🦐蝦 $98•蝦夠新鮮,蝦頭嘅蝦膏都味道香濃,蝦身煮得香脆😋🦆燒鵝肝 $150•師傅將鵝肝多士整成一口size,香脆易入口,配埋醬汁好夾😛🐙八爪魚 $88•熟度啱啱好,唔會過熟,食落仲有鮮味,size切得啱啱好,易入口😚🐃牛胸腹肉 $150•牛肉新鮮,呢碟牛肉仲配埋太陽蛋,牛肉點蛋汁一齊食更juicy,但牛肉份量多啲就更好了🥹🐖豬肉大阪燒 $68 (加芝士 $10)•真係落重芝士,又有得拉絲!正宗大阪燒,唔會成口麵糊,煎得啱啱好,醬汁都落嘅量都啱啱好,仲可以自己加紫菜粉一齊食🤣🥩A4和牛柳 $290•肉質軟嫩,有牛香,但再香啲就更好了。入口易化,熟度適中。和牛下有一片麵包,就食完和牛肉後,師傅會另外將片麵包加烘同加芝士,整成芝士多士,脆卜卜同滿口芝士,邪惡呀🤤🍚炒飯 $78•每粒飯都包住蛋,粒粒分明,炒到金黃色,仲配埋菇一齊炒,再加香蔥一齊食,意外地味道香同夾😍……….💰人均 $464/per person (3人) continue reading

這間都幾難book的鐵板燒,位於銅鑼灣市區,我哋都等左兩星期先有位。我們四人,其中一位友人比較心急,當晚爆滿,每碟餸嘅上菜時間比較長,友又吃得很不耐煩😅。 如果慶幸地book到bar枱,和鐵板燒師傅近距離接觸嘅話,可能成個體驗會更加有趣。總體來說,食物質素是高的,每碟餸都有它的特色。當晚我們選擇了個關東煮$150。我覺得味道偏淡,比起我去日本七仔食嘅有點兒遜色😅。不過只是純粹個人口味,其他成員沒有特別挑剔。海鮮總括是新鮮好吃的。2份燒帶子$98和兩份燒蠔$88都新鮮好吃。這兩份聖子,友人覺得有些少靭,其他成員覺得OK的。這個燒蝦雖然好食,但有啲貴。牛舌夠冧,平時唔係好食牛舌嘅我都覺得好食。雜菜燒冇咩特別,除咗洋蔥特別甜之外…呢個燒雞腿幾香,肉質不錯。鹿兒島黑豚肉,反而食唔出有咩特別…大阪燒,普通貨色,有點貴。番薯蓉雪糕原來是分開的,不是番薯雪糕啊~注意沒有免費的水供應。已經是上年年尾去用膳。整體感覺是一般。值得一試,但一次就夠了。有YouTuber極力推介。喜歡熱鬧嘅朋友可能會喜歡,氣氛適合一大班朋友飲飲食食,詳談一番。我自己就麻麻哋了…. continue reading

之前晚市book唔到位 今次早幾日book定lunch 終於食到lu(꒪˙꒳˙꒪) 好好彩book到bar枱 欣賞到師傅既即場表演♥︎ 呢間鐵板燒係單點形式既 但係每道菜既價錢都唔貴 份量又多 真係好抵食!!✿ 牡蠣(蠔) $88係好肥美既蠔 師傅燒到蠔既表面金黃色🦪內裏仲係好juicy👅✿ 帶子 $98帶子好厚切 燒完之後同樣係呈金黃色 賣相好靚 師傅仲比咗碟粉紅岩鹽我地點黎食 但係帶子稍為煎得熟咗少少✿ 豚肉大阪燒 $68大阪燒係呢間舖既signature dish🌟無理由唔叫黎試下 估唔到真係好好味!!食落唔會有粉感 椰菜絲都切得夠細碎 豬腩片煎到脆身好香口 上面既大阪燒汁對我黎講就鹹咗少少 加埋上面既木魚絲一齊食口感更加豐富 整體黎講呢個大阪燒好高質 同喺日本食既有九成相似 不愧係正宗日本師博主理既大阪燒oishii~~評分ʕ •̀ o •́ ʔ 👅味道:♥♥♥♡♡💸cp值:♥♥♥♥︎♡ 🤟🏻回頭率:♥♥♥︎♥︎♡ continue reading
