呢間嘢係咪完全冇人管理?定係reception係老闆每次打電話過去,好似爭佢錢咁,我知道120分鐘食飯時間,但係唔使講幾次囉Reception條女人串過碼頭咕喱以為自己係澳牛?係咪平時壓力大要發洩喺啲客人身上?其實銅鑼灣仲有好多選擇,唔係要俾錢買難受食飯,仲要睇你面口,雖然唔係顧客大晒,但係都唔使咁串呢間嘢一世Blacklist服務差到咁真係會令好多人卻步就係因為服務態度差,浪費晒日本師傅嘅心機 ! continue reading

超抵食鐵板,性價比超高,每人埋單$200-$300!!佢設有bar table同普通table,當日我地坐普通檯~呢間餐廳好好食,但好可惜上菜速度好慢,最誇張係有次相隔左約30分鐘先有野食。好彩果日係同朋友食,可以一路傾偈計一路等,果日我地由8點半食到12點😓如果唔係啲野好食可能一早走左.蝦(HK$98)👍🏻大推!隻蝦完全冇浪費到,佢連蝦殼煎到脆卜卜,蝦肉有肉汁又香口。最令人驚喜都係佢蝦殼都食得,真係好正!.芝士蛋奄列(HK$48)超抵食拉絲蛋奄列,啖啖都係芝士,個蛋係小小半熟狀態,好creamy.豬肉薄燒(HK$58)麵粉漿口感較黏,有啲似台灣蚵仔煎果種口感,加埋煎到脆脆嘅豬肉薄燒,食落好多層次,好食.A4和牛柳 (HK$290)👍🏻必點!A4和牛柳嘅肉質淋又多汁,煎到岩岩好好粉嫩,火喉岩岩好。牛柳底下有麵包,最驚喜係食完之後師傅會幫你用呢塊面包整芝士多士,加埋已經吸收左牛肉汁,食落超野味!.米/蕃薯雪糕 (HK$38)👍🏻好鐘意呢個雪糕😍師傅會將麻糬同蕃薯會煎一煎,煎到外層脆卜卜,再放落雪糕到,食緊果陣係冷熱交替咁,大推!!! continue reading

之前一路去開,去開嘅都知訂bar枱,而家佢哋轉左做喺link度book. 照落bar table book 2星期後同媽咪食生日飯,諗住(早2星期book)一定有啦,仲要佢條link見到日日都book到唔full。終於我哋早十分鐘去到,佢同事指我哋去table,我同佢講我訂咗bar枱, 佢同我講:「下,on request 咋喎!」我話以前可以打電話嚟book,request bar枱就有,而家得link先book到,request 都冇咁我要點先有?跟住佢細細聲話其實今晚老細俾咗bar枱佢啲朋友所以唔會安排到俾你,咁我問佢可唔可以陣間又轉返俾我,佢就話唔得。其實去開到知佢嗰個同事不嬲寸,之後我哋想離開佢亦都冇留或者有意去安撫下我哋,。總結:平時呢間餐廳樓面嘅同事原本就冇服務可言(食完準時會叫你走,訂枱唔可以多個四個坐吧枱呢啲都算),今次直頭趕客,講真,有錢千其唔好喺度食,背脊骨落!! continue reading
