一向都不知銅鑼灣有這麼一家專吃大阪燒和鐵板燒的店,直到朋友發照片,才上openrice搜一搜,飲品menu有我喜愛喝的日式Lemon sour,就拍板了吃這家了。直到晚飯當天才想起來要訂位,心中不妙,趁店家6時一營業便立刻致電,幸好還有吧枱座位。吧枱約有10個座位,日本師傅在面前炒炒煮煮,也是一種娛樂,只是衣服會沾有油煙味,怕麻煩的也可選旁邊的卡位。Lemon Sour 、芝士蛋奄列前菜有些醃黃瓜、枝豆什麼的,甚有居酒屋感覺,點一杯Lemon Sour開場滿足自己,竟用上原隻檸檬,比在日本喝到的要酸。芝士蛋奄列當然能「邪惡拉絲」,入口溫暖,內裏的蛋既香又滑嫩。燒野菜朋友每次晚餐都必定點些菜蔬來吃,這裏的燒野菜可以點1.5份,就算3人來吃也不怕分不匀。師傅會在鐵板煎香各種蔬菜,再蓋上鐵蓋焗一焗,讓蔬菜更軟熟。每人能分到洋蔥、薯仔塊、露筍、香菇和茄子,各樣都頗鮮甜,點來中和一下肉類太多的問題。豚肉炒麵燒大阪燒加上炒麵的合體,師傅兩三下子就弄好,份量也頗大的,足夠2-3人分享。這裏的大阪燒粉漿和材料的比例挺平衡的,醬汁和內容滿滿。鹿兒島黑豬腩扒額外追加了一份豬腩扒,吃下去十分香口,不用點藻鹽也可,本身咸味已足,配酒最好。薯蓉也是即點即做的,師傅把薯仔壓扁再輕輕調味,出來是有點酸酸的香煎薯餅。結帳一人不用200元,地點方便,食物不錯,適合傾偈,bookmarked。提醒大家,必定要訂枱,要不很容易撲空。 continue reading

今晚同屋企人一行6人去食生日飯。舖頭唔係好大。餐枱可以坐到18人,Bar枱坐到10人左右。Book 左7點但係早左少少入座,全場都滿座嘅。一坐低都即刻落晒order,但係啲野食都半個鐘後先開始上菜。訂枱時話進餐時間90分鐘,但最後啲野食2個半鐘之後先至上晒。係好味嘅,但上菜真係太太太慢啦。蟶子好鮮甜。好味。大蝦好大隻好彈牙。好味。沙肝以為係肝原來係雞腎。不過都好爽口。隻蠔好肥美,外面煎香,入面軟淋淋,好味。和牛入口即溶。食完之後底下塊麵包佢會加芝士俾埋你食。奄列炒麵加左芝士之後好香,都飽肚。 continue reading

已經唔係第一次黎食, 次次黎食都唔可以walk 架! 一定要訂位先!因為間餐廳較細, 如果多人黎唔想坐bar 枱就要訂定位先今次一行五人黎食晚飯~坐底好之後就叫食物~必點: 芝士蛋奄列! 呢個真係好好好味, 大量的芝士~自己一個食晒都可以!之後再叫左牛舌, 燒蝦, 燒雞, 鵝肝, 燒蠔, 豬肉大阪燒, 日式炒麵, 香蔥炒飯!味道都好好, 第一次食燒蝦很好食! continue reading

雖然不是偏執於覺得要當地人整當地菜先好味的人。不過這間由日本師傅主理的鐵板燒小店的而且確比好多香港其他的店做得更出色。芝士蛋奄列雖然店家無刻意話係招牌菜式,但係絕大部分人都會叫這道菜。提示要盡快食,蛋和芝士,很簡單的材料,比師傅以熟練技術去烹調,表面煎得帶點乾的表皮包住半熟的芝士蛋。入口的感覺是美妙無比的,幸福的感覺遍及全身,食完需要強大的意志力去抑壓encore 這道魔鬼般的菜式。牛舌牛舌切得細小,放入口唔會咬唔開,肉質鮮嫩醬料是芥辣,牛舌配上一點碟上的生菜才更均衡日式炒麵用鐵板炒麵特別惹味,麵條彈牙分明牛胸腹肉蒜香牛腹肉煮得岩岩好,點埋大陽蛋黃漿,更加滋味另外喜歡關東煮的朋友仔絕對要試試哩度既關東煮,係出奇的入味。最重要的是這裏的價錢絕對不貴,但以質素來說是頂班的小店。記得要訂bar 枱位 continue reading

價錢太貴,50蚊一隻燒蝦,細細隻好唔抵食,食物選擇少,出菜真係超級慢,仲要限時兩個鐘,最後十五分鐘先黎晒,等到好眼訓,唔知想點,只可以話差差差差差!一定唔會再黎!Its a bit pricy and the food choices is really limited !The preparation time is long but the time allows is limited (from 7:30-9:30pm)! We placed the order at 8:00 pm ~4 dishes , 1st came at 8:30 pm , 2nd came at 9:00pm , 3rd came at 9:15pm n still we r waiitng for the 4th ,when i m typing now !Fairly speaking, the food is tasty ,but the serivce n waiting tme totally defeated my appetite continue reading
