To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛巧接近6:30前經過此處,見到店外食物照片好像很好吃的樣子,便入座。職員都說仍然可以點下午茶。於是我點了一個大路的「瑞士汁乾炒牛河」。因為好耐沒食過啦。突然間好想食。再加了一杯熱檸檬水。等了不是很久,先送上熱檸檬水(有3大片檸檬🍋) 之後便到「瑞士汁乾炒牛河」上場。一看樣子,感覺色水未夠,不過,心諗味道夠便可了吧。我先試第一口河粉,都算滑,而且幼幼、都有火喉,但略嫌偏淡咗少少。之後食咗啲芽菜同埋椰菜,發現椰菜好生(可能我比較喜歡食林身一點)但洋蔥🧅都好生,有點辣。主角牛肉。。。食完第一啖之後,真係感到十分之失望!成碟牛肉,我得三片牛肉可以吞到落肚。其餘嘅牛好韌。,雖然不算乾,但完全食不到「牛味」。真係十分之失望 continue reading

噚(7-9-2024 Sat)晚,又同老公去完宜家傢俬攞咖啡渣用後,又諗食乜嘢,其實我又未肚餓,但老公就話要正常食嘢,咁佢諗啦,行到嚟眾安街呢邊,佢就話嚟九龍餐室,啊,OK。我哋嚟到係啱啱一半full,坐低後睇下menu再睇下晚餐價錢由$88.00 - $128.00不等,好貴,再睇返menu探索,最後決定要:2.跟餐加$3.00嘅凍奶茶呢個茶味較淡,但都算OK。3分4.加$6.00嘅熱檸水呢個普通,就算我冇乜篤啲檸檬都有澀味。2.5分1. $52.00嘅魔鬼夾心菠蘿油餐,加$10.00要豬扒,另一樣就揀芝士嚟到睇見菠蘿油大大個,個面佢脆,豬扒軟熟但鹹咗啲,唔係夾埋芝士食都覺得鹹。4分3. $66.00嘅菠蘿咕嚕豆腐飯睇見咁得意嘅配搭,所以叫呢個,嚟到見到豆腐都唔少,食落,豆腐唔係脆口,我唔知係咪都應該要將豆腐炸脆,但我就有啲失望。講返味道,汁嘅味微微偏酸,之後一路食,啲汁就稀到好似水咁,因為豆腐內裡有水,唔知係咁,所以冇乜人整呢個‘’懷舊菜‘’。3分服務:會自動俾一人一杯水。唔錯,當我落單要菠蘿咕嚕豆腐飯時,女侍應提我呢個係齋。環境:梳化開始有啲爛,明白嘅,唔緊要,但我個位冷氣唔夠,我一路食一路流汗。上次食評係2023年2月4日刊登嘅呢篇 :https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/blue-%E4%B8%80%E8%88%AC-e4701838 continue reading

放低個仔去補習,下午茶兩公婆去揾嘢食,走咗入去坐低,叫咗兩份菠蘿油加奶茶菠蘿油上枱,仲大過隻手掌但係唔熱唔暖,若果可以叮叮佢會好啲⋯⋯塊油用冰鎮住幾好,但若然再大塊多少少加厚切會更加perfect 👍👍👍最後,杯奶茶,一啖入口有少少𠲵,攪勻多兩嘢再入口,茶葉味幾香幾農,茶味幾出,10分會比8.5分嗰隻,幾好👍 continue reading
