聽聞呢間燒味店主打慢煮,有別於傳統嘅明爐燒味,今次一於黎試下佢喇🤤。叉燒燒腩飯 $49望落去已經相當吸引,睇落叉燒肥瘦適中,食落去非常淋身仲有肉汁💦,而且食得出表面除咗有蜜糖🍯,仲有一粒粒嘅糖粒,帶焦糖嘅香味。至於燒腩仔方面都相當出色,唔似一啲燒味店咁只有鹹味,肥豬肉🐷嘅部份唔會太多,只會出現喺肉同肉之間。而重點係個皮非常香脆!雖然食落係室溫,但保持到乾爽既脆皮😋。主角燒味相當有驚喜,但飯同豉油就尚嫌失色。飯粒🍚水份好多,有啲啲爛既口感;豉油就好似睇落咁淡色咁淡口,得好少好少咸味外就無其他香味,所以做左大晒鬼食剩飯😣。整體黎講,都算係幾好食值得大家一試,下次想試下其他燒味,希望啲飯都會有進步喇💪🏻!

與男友係到諗去邊之際忽發奇想前往聯和墟一趟行行下就發現呢間標榜慢煮ge餐廳😍慢煮wor!!!平時慢煮係西餐廳就試得多無諗過港式燒味都可以慢煮所以諗都冇諗就入去試點了個單拼叉燒飯及雙拼燒肉燒鵝飯沒等多久, 食物就來了🍽叉燒飯叉燒不是半肥瘦那種也不帶半點肥膏卻沒有一般瘦叉燒那種「鞋」身的感覺而是挺腍身的這大概就係慢煮讓食物保存水份及保持軟腍的功力吧, 不錯不錯👍😋🍽燒肉燒鵝飯燒肉, 皮脆且薄, 肉同樣腍身肉同埋脂肪嘅比例啱啱好🤤好食😋而燒鵝則帶點煙熏焦香肉嫩不攝牙聯和墟有許多餐廳之前試過另一間裝修精美的西餐而呢間慢煮燒味也絕對值得一試!

你好難想像新界食到個中環區包裝的食物,更重要係D野真係好食。

無錯同普通燒味當比係貴15蚊左右的,不過人地包裝貴好多,仲有野飲係罐裝可樂,唔係普通平價大陸凍寧茶紙包。

貴15蚊,不過食物質素又好食好多,認真,我好少打食評,但呢間野真心好食。

Service

Friendly enough staff and very helpful. As I had ordered for take-away, I didn’t thoroughly experience the service. However, from what I picked up, after paying, you will collect a number tag and the server will give you your food at your seat.

Food

The usual selection of roast meat you would expect from any other Siu Mei restaurant (Chicken, Char Siu, Goose and Roast Pork Belly but no Duck)

I ordered the chicken and char siu rice. The rice was fresh but not top quality. The veg on the side was also fresh and not they cold leftover type that is usually served in other places. The chicken was very average (flavour was not very strong) and the roast pork was slightly on the dry side and its sauce was quite salty.
