呢間餐廳曾經食過荃灣外賣,當時係同事買返嚟同大家一齊開party食嘅 ,而家因為冇堂食,唔煮嘅話,成日都要諗外賣,有日發現觀塘呢間分店,原來好近地鐵站,好方便,所以就買返去同屋企人一齊食。我哋揀咗三個卷物,一個熱食同一個沙律,等大概10至15分鐘就有啦柚想蝦你沙律 ($78):呢個沙律名真係好得意,原來佢係有柚子,蝦同埋沙律菜,蕃茄仔,牛油果,佢個調味好開胃, 沙律菜亦都好新鮮,柚子同沙律亦都好夾,蝦亦都好夠彈牙同爽口 。豚肉泡菜鍋($98):拎度返屋企仲係熱辣辣 ,分量好多,泡菜味湯底好惹味,可以當湯飲添,豚肉一啲都唔韌,吸收曬泡菜味真係好正,今日又落雨又凍,食辣嘢就啱曬啦。呢間餐廳嘅卷物亦都非常出色 ,而且擺得好靚 。金龍卷($88):有三文魚放喺面,中間包住炸蝦同芝士,口感真係好豐富,炸蝦依然保持到脆口,三文魚好新鮮,面頭有沙律醬,增加滋味。煙花 ($95):呢個係辣味三文魚加辣味吞拿魚,吞拿魚係魚蓉放喺面度 ,辣味適中,用料亦都好新鮮 ,兩種魚加埋都好襯,另外加咗啲芝麻,好香口。富士山($88):呢個有蟹柳,鰻魚同埋牛油果,蟹柳嘅份量真係非常多,調味亦都好開胃,感覺好清新呢度嘅卷物真係相當出色,所有配搭相信都經過師傅用心配搭過,賞心悅目之餘亦都好好味,呢餐食到好飽,屋企人都食得好開心 。 continue reading

晚上停堂食但總要食晚餐,人在觀塘諗起古今二有好多特色飯卷,就外賣返去一齊食。火山上面主要係蟹柳碎同帶子,仲有蟹籽舖面,堆係飯卷上面成坐山咁,遠望以為係一舊大壽司,其實下層排得整整齊齊,包著紫菜、青瓜、牛油果同蟹柳既飯卷。味道微微辣,個名又改得幾貼喎蜘蛛唔好比個名嚇親,其實主要食材係軟殼蟹,可能因為有兩件叉D腳出黎,所以叫蜘蛛。 飯卷內的材料同火山差唔多,都有青瓜、牛油果同蟹柳,不過有埋肉肉軟殼蟹,比火山大卷。大阪自家製炸雞每件都大大舊,啖啖肉,同拎到返去食仲有少少脆口。芝麻雞翼通常坊間食到都係上面加少少芝麻就算,不過唔知係咪外賣焗咗一陣,咬落肉度真係有芝麻味,我鍾意。柚想蝦你沙律除咗柚子同蝦,仲有爽口蘋果、車厘茄、蟹籽、中華沙律等,配上柚子汁,酸酸甜甜,好fresh又開胃。炒野菜以大白菜為主,仲有蘿蔔、本菇、金菇、青紅椒等等,非常健康。沙律同菜都勁大碗,下次可能叫其中一樣就OK以外賣而言,整體都唔錯,尤其飯卷配搭得好好,希望下次再去已經可以晚餐堂食啦! continue reading

疫情之下無左晚市堂食,但無阻我想食日本菜既熱情,就算得返外賣,我都要買返屋企慢慢嘆。日式麻醬秋葵豆腐沙律($75),頭盤食返個開胃沙律,豆腐超滑溜配埋麻醬和芝麻一齊食好香口,秋葵和生菜新鮮爽口。彩虹卷($98),店鋪出名係對卷物既創意,我買左彩虹卷,魚生上混合埋牛油果顏色鮮豔,賣相已經好吸引,魚生肥美,新鮮有魚既油脂香味。壽司薄餅千島醬海鮮($88),餅底係用米飯壓成,再去炸至金黃色,雖然放涼左但餅底無變硬,仍然脆口,三文魚粒配脆口餅底,口感層次豐富。日式炒烏冬($78),性價高,因為超級大碗必定飽肚,烏冬炒得惹味,木魚碎香口,仲有彈牙既鳴門卷。黑豚豬頸肉串($26),肥瘦均勻,軟腍得黎帶點爽口。椒鹽雞腎($38),處理成細細粒咁,食落爽口易咬,加左椒鹽除左惹味d,仲帶有少少辣味。 continue reading
