幾時後可以喺大西北開返間?如果佢開喺大西北,我一星期要食一次,我會將去列為長期飯堂日本野之中,我鍾意食卷物多個壽司同刺身。卷物係次次去親都一定要叫,係因為佢卷物係即叫即做。而金龍卷都係我嘅首選,因為成日喺連鎖店食嘅都係啲飯凍冰冰,個蝦淋到💩咁。芝士魚餅 $53好香嘅芝士,個份量啱啱好,又唔會蓋過魚餅味道👍網燒牛舌心 $68我覺得牛舌最重要嘅係口感,而呢間做到我要嘅效果,同埋佢配有嘅麻油,點左反而中和咗佢本身牛舌嘅鹹,同埋冇諗過佢同麻油會夾到雜錦天婦羅 $61出色嘅天婦羅一定係外脆內軟,而且表皮唔會出晒油,最重要嘅係要有碎。呢間食得出即叫即做,上到嚟就算過咗一陣都係熱辣辣,最緊要炸物本身用油去炸會顯得好油,但食落唔會成口油,好食到我連碟上面嘅脆脆都食埋。蟹膏帶子炒飯 $176平時出面食嘅炒飯炒完之後會有啲乾,除咗口乾之外仲會哽胃。開頭見到個底好油,以為佢用咗好多油去炒,但到食落去除咗啲飯唔會乾,仲會食到煙煙銀銀,唔哽位之餘仲唔覺得佢油,我哋見到嘅油應該係蟹膏炒完之後本身蟹膏嘅油。帶子份量都多,而且細細粒,帶子同飯一齊食唔會話好似食緊兩樣嘢咁。 continue reading

今日約左朋友係銅鑼灣食飯,係銅鑼灣覓食成日好鍾意去百樂中心同澳門逸園中心,因為成幢都係嘢食🤣今次朋友想食卷物同日本料理,所以我地就揀左古今。餐廳環境舒適,座位夠寬闊,餐牌上面勁多卷物可以俾佢慢慢揀,今次我地除左叫左卷物之外,仲叫咗一個壽喜燒同埋一啲小食。🎈安格斯牛肉壽喜燒配料有金菇、冬菇、娃娃菜、京蔥、豆腐同粉絲,而面層就鋪滿左安格斯牛肉,另外仲附上日本生雞蛋。壽喜燒係甜醬油湯底,味道清甜。牛肉有油脂,牛味濃,點埋生雞蛋一齊食口感滑溜,粉絲同埋娃娃菜都勁入味!🎈金龍卷(芝士、炸蝦、三文魚)金龍卷面層係三文魚,新鮮肥美,配埋炸蝦同芝士,味道勁夾,而炸蝦夠香脆,蝦肉亦結實爽口。🎈煙花(辣味三文魚、辣味吞拿魚、脆片)煙花卷面層有呑拿魚茸,味道微辣,內有三文魚粒,令口感更豐富。🎈雜錦天婦羅(番薯、茄子、冬菇、蝦)番薯係日本嘅小番薯,味道香甜,質感軟糯。茄子炸得乾身,唔會油淋淋。冬菇夠厚,而且多汁。炸蝦夠新鮮,蝦肉結實,所有炸物既炸漿亦夠薄身。🎈網燒牛舌心牛舌心係牛舌最嫩既部位,簡單用鹽調味已經好好食!而且係厚切,又有牛香,勁推介👍🏻整體黎講,哩間餐廳真係坐得舒服,食物亦好食,係同朋友聚會既好選擇。 continue reading
