今次食的是好好好邪惡,聞名已久的忌廉烏冬,今次終於搵到機會食!是日去到726 ROAD的17樓,一間叫吉列牛忌廉烏冬專門店,人流非常多,一出升降機就見到好多人,好熱鬧!仲見到好多報導有關吉烈牛同忌廉烏冬!同埋大家以為吉列牛忌廉烏冬是日本野,原來佢系韓國野來的哈哈是日同朋友點左咖哩忌廉烏冬(牛肉)吉列牛定食同埋牛油蜜糖單骨雞翼咖哩忌廉烏冬(牛肉)面頭係一層厚厚嘅忌廉,內裡一夾上來,就係充滿咖喱香嘅烏冬。烏冬好彈牙好煙韌,口感好好,食落咖喱都好重好香,唔會太搶,另外加上牛肉,忌廉烏冬一齊食,真的而邪惡指數上升~吉列牛定食吉列牛定食,包埋飯素飯,味噌湯,蕃茄仔,同芝麻醬豆腐牛嘅份量比我想像中多,吉列牛炸到不會過熟,另外職員會比埋一個爐俾我哋自行放牛肉上去燒,加熱再煎,到自己適合嘅生熟度牛肉食落冇咁韌,肉味都比較突出牛油蜜糖單骨雞翼牛油蜜糖單骨雞翼嘅味道甜甜地,有少少牛油味,食到雞翼帶甜,即叫即炸所以熱辣辣真的好脆口, continue reading

Went during lunchtime, there’s not so packed, pretty easy to get a table.so japanese dishes today haaaWe tried Kobekyu Katsu set which including tofu with seasome sauces and beef cutlet. I like the tofu so much which is so smooth and soft. Here you can fry the beef in the pan yourself, really funny one haHoney butter chicken wings are pretty good and crispy too. You can fry the chicken wings in the pan, they gonna get more crispy layer. The honey sauce is good too and not too sweet.Creamy curry undo is pretty yummy with sticky sweet sauces, the curry taste wont be too over. 呢間雖則係食日式料理,主打日本名物吉列牛同忌廉烏冬,!但其實呢間日式餐廳係由韓國引入香港。雖然香港都有好多地方可以食列石燒吉列牛扒,但要食埋另一名物忌廉烏冬就好似無乜幾多選擇。而且仲可以套餐價滿足晒兩個願望!加錢轉左杯Rose garden$18超少女心粉嫩顏色,飲落有淡淡玫瑰同荔枝香氣Ge sparkling!牛舌雞肉串 $38拌了牛舌Ge 雞肉串比一般小食雞肉棒會紮實dd!整體味道都類近。套餐 吉列牛定食+咖喱忌廉烏冬 (可選雞肉/牛肉)$246 連兩罐汽水, 可加錢轉特飲。兩人share 呢個套餐就fit晒整碗被白雪雪忌廉包圍住,揭開濃烈日式咖喱香氣慢慢滲到鼻入面,咖喱雖則不屬於辛口類別,但拌勻忌廉入口的烏冬食落頓時變得非常綿滑。吉列牛定食(吉列牛、味素飯、凍豆腐、芝麻醬蕃茄仔、麵豉湯)吉列牛扒每份約十件左右,如再追加可以加$98每次放到3塊左右。一放落去咋咋聲,牛脂香氣洋溢。吉列牛扒厚薄適中,咬落牛味濃郁juicy 外又唔會過韌。牛油滲透飯粒內,佐飯一流。 continue reading

對上一次來食大概係兩年前,適逢最近食咗幾間食石燒牛嘅餐廳,所以今次就重遊舊地,順便對比一下唔同餐廳嘅分別🐷上到去係估你唔到有咁多人😶 我哋大概都排咗半個鐘頭先入到去😂 餐牌裏面嘅款式非常之清晰簡單,分別可以叫set 或者單點😆 我同女朋友商量好之後就決定要set 2 🤭 即是:吉列牛定食、咖喱忌廉烏冬、配汽水兩杯(😉其實計落以同樣嘅菜式,單點計算的話,只係爭$20;換具說話,$20 兩罐汽水🥤大家可以按照自己嘅需要點餐)[如果叫其他set的話可再自行計算🧮]✅ 咖喱忌廉烏冬上一次來食就冇叫到,起初望落去以為係非常creamy並好厚的忌廉🤣🤣 原來係打成泡嘅忌廉鋪上咖喱湯味嘅烏冬😎 整體來講都味道香濃,而且咖喱唔係太辣,啱晒我呢啲唔食得辣嘅人☺️✅ 吉列牛定食講到明定食就一定有飯有湯。白飯面上加紫菜、芝麻同木魚粉,不會單調;味增湯普普通通。吉列牛每塊嘅厚度相若,大概有10塊;吉列脆脆有點厚,但好在牛肉嘅厚度都唔輸蝕😂😂 大概廿秒燒好一面,口感脆身,牛味都濃(🔥由於火力不大,建議大家先等石版燒熟,才放上吉列牛🔥)其實兩個人嘅話,以上嘅套餐都非常之夠食!😘 不過今次見到小食餐牌裏面有一樣野好吸引我😂 就是蛋卷!✅ 秘製蛋卷我覺得這一碟蛋卷是整餐的精要所在🥺 係估你唔到咁好食🤤 簡單嘅蛋卷,一打開入邊全部係邪惡嘅芝士😆 我諗都唔使打咁多總之就非常好食,如果大家想叫小食嘅話一定要揀佢👌🏽—————————— 食物質素:7/10 環境衛生:7/10 舒適度:6.5/10 服務:6/10 性價比:7.5/10 總評分:6.8/10 ——————————#foodblogger #foodlover #foodie #hkfoodie #相機食先 #旺角 continue reading
