嚟呢度,除咗係食吉列牛之外,我另外亦都特別鍾意食佢個蟹蓋味增配紫菜飯團同埋冰凍秋葵。通常一坐低之後,我就會手機落單,係要提一提,呢度係要手機落單,人手嘅話應該就唔會幫你落。第一樣嘢我一定唔會掂呢個味增蟹蓋配紫菜飯團, 50幾蚊,唔算特別貴,因為我成日都有一個印象就係我以前會去食黑夜壽司,而我一定會點嘅就係蟹膏嘅壽司,但而家人大咗,冇咗黑夜壽司,所以一見到同蟹蓋、蟹膏相關嘅產品,就一定會去食。佢個蟹膏溝咗味增,其實係好好食,再加埋飯團本身嘅飯都整得啱啱好,所以香口得黎亦都好濃。之後就係呢一個忌廉烏冬,忌廉烏冬佢本身係咖喱底,而我可以揀嘅,就係揀係乜嘢肉,我自己本身鍾意食牛肉, 70幾蚊,唔算特別貴,呢一個忌廉烏冬,我覺得成個特色在於佢係一層忌廉醬下面可以搵出一大片嘅咖喱烏冬,而當時間內阻,咖喱烏冬會同忌廉融為一體,成個烏冬會變得更加滑同埋更加香濃。秋葵同埋鰻魚都係我會叫嘅,秋葵嘅作用係在於食咗咁多龍尾野之後,係應該要食返啲清新啲嘅嘢嘅;而鰻魚嘅話,我就覺得呢度嘅鰻魚呢就比較多肌肉,幾彈牙,所以我都幾推薦。加埋杯signature飲品就Very good continue reading

今日去開旺角未食飯就去左呢間好耐冇黎嘅吉列牛忌廉烏冬專門店食返餐,咁耐冇黎,落單轉左用QR code。餐牌分幾大類,有主食,套餐,釜飯,涮涮鍋,小食,飲品同其他。之前次次都食招牌菜,今日不如試吓新野,叫左Shabu Shabu同幾款小食分享。咖哩牛肉Shabu Shabu $98 另加一咖哩牛肉Shabu Shabu成個鍋連個爐一齊上,服務員幫手點火,可以滾住咁食。肥牛有7塊,非常極之肥。蔬菜配料有嫩口娃娃菜,洋蔥同菇片,個咖哩湯味道夠濃之餘又唔會太過火。加$12追加左芝士, 芝士加左喺湯上面,非常邪惡。追加黑豚肉 加$28 另加一黑豚肉一客5片,上面灑上蔥花。黑豚肉非常脆口有豬味,我覺得好食過肥牛喎。蒲燒原條鰻魚 $98 另加一蒲燒原條鰻魚上面加左白芝麻粒同木魚碎。雖然較為細條,不過味道唔錯,夠汁,而肉質彈牙。Kobekyu秘製蛋卷 $68 另加一Kobekyu秘製蛋卷一條切開六份,上面灑上七味粉,蛋卷食得出有層次而外乾內濕潤,入面原來有勁多芝士拉絲,好邪惡,伴有好多蒜蓉沙律醬同胡麻醬椰菜絲沙律。呢個蛋卷果然秘製。蒜片牛舌芯 $58 另加一蒜片牛舌芯一客五片,細細片同薄薄哋,上面灑上新鮮蒜片同蔥花。牛舌味道唔過鹹而口感彈牙多汁,蒜片好脆。原來招牌菜以外,其他菜式都唔錯。今日坐到卡位,外望開揚樓景,好光猛。服務正常。 continue reading
