忌廉配搭咖喱烏冬係好新奇有趣嘅而且係日式定食嘅模式 所以都有好多配菜一上菜見到碗表面滿滿嘅忌廉一夾下面嘅烏冬係咖喱汁 初初覺得兩件事會唔夾但係食落去還可以 不過咖喱味相對掩蓋左忌廉味所以就係食緊有少少奶味嘅咖喱味烏冬沒有嘩然嘅感覺吉列牛肉上枱大約六七成熟 但已經有點韌之後蜜糖牛油雞翼 要讚嘅係單骨雞翼但係完全冇蜜糖同牛油味 雞翼肉質都一般 係冇事先醃製過嘅 再叫咗個芝士玉子卷 啲芝士又係完全冇芝士味整體感覺質素不理想 continue reading

吉利牛定餐真系好咸。第一啖真系好咸到嚇親。我食完個餐一直狂飲水,都覺得好咸。同埋我試左食少少沙律菜又好苦,最尾試左飲下湯,碗湯好咸同好怪。以後我唔會再食呢間,有啲失望。而且員工服務態度都好普通我未食完野,就即刻收我野,亦都冇問我。 continue reading

朋友話呢間韓國店料理好出名㗎,佢話一定要帶我來試試。店家嘅招牌吉列牛定食. 上來成份有齊吉列牛一碟, 白飯, 味噌湯, 前菜豆腐及醬蕃茄. 另外仲有兩款不同的醬汁可以沾牛肉吃, 定食都幾豐富. 有點諗唔到係吉列牛嘅份量比想像中多, 雖然每塊只有一口大小, 但計吓都起碼有十多片. 這裡的牛都是用上美國的牛里脊肉, 基本上普通一個女生食完這個定食都很夠飽.吉列牛外層全部比炸漿緊緊包著. 咬下去覺得炸漿本身都幾薄, 而且無鬆散, 單看賣相十分不錯.🥰😍果然冇介紹錯啊👍🏻 continue reading

之前光顧過銅鑼灣店,今日打算重遊舊地,再次邂逅當日食過,記憶中美好嘅吉列牛。而家大大話話都仲疫情緊,所以皇后對環境衞生,都有最低限度嘅要求。畢竟生意難做,而且出街食,有啲嘢,睇唔到就睇唔到架啦。人人都有對眼,唔通個個都識X-ray透視咩。潔手、量體溫、寫埋紙仔,坐低想飲啖水。揮一揮紙巾,輕輕一抹,黃色嘅?杯水偷食呀?⋯唔緊要,機會係人地比嘅。「唔該,幫我換過兩隻杯吖,麻煩晒。」然而呢個世界,一山還有一山高。大家可以放大張相睇睇,晨早流流,比我塊面仲多油。好!算!生意難做,皇后番城堡先飲水。睇下有咩食先。哇!你咪太太太嫲當年攝灶罅嘅武功秘笈!?啊!唔係,係餐牌,但⋯我仲掂唔掂好?今日嘅主角到咗,但經過水杯一役,皇后仍然心有餘悸⋯到底隻碟⋯而且筷子⋯唔通要用⋯?公道講句,味道就不過不失嘅,不過記憶中嘅味道,同現實都有啲差距。而且,明明幅相,有好多碟伴菜,但皇后得到嘅,係幾碟伴醬。明嘅,圖片僅供參考。味道同你買個$49嘅韓國蟹膏罐頭差不多。但價錢同份量就⋯不過!人地有付出努力同燈油火蠟。個蟹殼唔知又付出咗幾多次嘅努力呢?綜以上所說,皇后食完無肚痛,可見皇后嘅腸胃都係銅牆鐵壁,萬夫莫敵。一眾老百姓,除非想清下腸胃,或者想挑戰會偷食嘅水杯,就嚟做勇者啦! continue reading
