It was not our first visit and we decided to come back for their pretty special dishes to celebrate the end of the week.We quickly made up our mind to encore 美式頂級牛里脊套餐 and 咸蛋薯條 while trying the 香辣忌廉雞肉炒麵. 美式頂級牛里脊套餐 at $178+10%The steak was served on a very hot teppan with 芝士大啡菇, sliced onions and some spring onions. 黑松露醬&秘製醬汁 came along with the beef set. It was so special that some mustard was placed on the edge of the 秘製醬汁. You could cut the steak into small pieces and cook them to the right degree you want using the cute grill on your table. But we happened to have left the steak on the teppan for quite a while so we didn't need to grill them for too long before eating. The steak was reasonably tender and they tasted great with the 秘製醬汁 served on the side! We also grilled the 芝士大啡菇 before eating which was so fresh and cheesy! The sliced onions with spring onions on the side were also fresh. The whole plate was seasoned well. 咸蛋薯條 at $38+10%The 咸蛋薯條 were freshly deep-fried! They were the thick-cut chips which I really liked. Eating them on its own was a bit dry but they went great with the 黑松露醬 which came along with the 美式頂級牛里脊套餐 and it was essentially mayo with black truffle flavour. We finished the whole 黑松露醬 in no time. We asked for no salt for the chips and they were not overly salty at all. There was really a salted egg yolk at the bottom of the chips.香辣忌廉雞肉炒麵 at $78+10%香辣忌廉雞肉炒麵 was served really hot! The cream was yellow with some spring onion on it.Then we stirred it to mix everything together. The noodles were not those super thick type. They were quite smooth and somewhat chewy. It was reasonably spicy and was very appetising. I really liked the sauce which was so tasty. There were quite a number of small chicken pieces with skin which were pretty tender. There were also some sliced green peppers and onions. The cream seemed to have made it smoother but not overly greasy. Service was very efficient that we finished everything and could leave in less than 30 min even during lunch hours on a weekday. Seating was reasonably decent with sufficient room between our table and others. Having tried both 香辣忌廉雞肉炒麵 and 咖哩忌廉烏冬 (in our last visit though), I think both were special and tasty and it depended on your own preferences. If you fancy super smooth and al dente udon, you should like 咖哩忌廉烏冬. If you fancy something appetising and spicy, 香辣忌廉雞肉炒麵 should be your cup of tea. Hope it helps  continue reading

星期日放監出咗銅鑼灣行街😛,順便食埋晏。朋友見我之前喺旺角食吉列牛好正,又話要食,於是就去咗銅鑼灣分店試下。餐廳位處於勁多食肆嗰幢百樂中心,所以環境格局都係差唔多。銅鑼灣分店同旺角店唔同,因為好似多好多款式,例如有吉列牛以外嘅牛扒料理🐂,同各式各樣嘅小食。嚟到見到有未食過嘅菜式,於是迫朋友陪我試吓。我哋叫咗🐮美式頂級牛里脊套餐($178),再搭配🍟咸蛋薯條($38)。成份餐比我想像中細,睇圖以為好大,哈哈。不過其實都好夠食,塊牛里脊扒夠厚,亦都唔細。另外,伴碟仲有好多洋蔥同一隻芝士大啡菇🍄。牛扒本身只係外圍燒熟咗,入面仲係生生的🥩。因為呢到會提供一個熱石爐,畀客人自行整熟塊扒,想食五成定全熟,就考你功夫喇!牛扒肉味唔錯,部位不會太韌。至於咸蛋薯條,份量好多,但我自己就覺得味道一般,咸蛋醬唔夠多,但落鹽就重手咗啲🙈。不過點番旁邊嘅黑松露醬中和下就OK,個醬好香好正。香辣忌廉雞肉炒麵($78),之前食過幾次咖喱忌廉烏冬,所以想試下新口味。店員有提醒炒麵會辣過烏冬,但我無諗過個辣度係有成三隻辣椒咁勁㗎🌶🌶🌶!BB辣程度嘅我食第一啖真係想噴火🔥,不過食下食下會接受咗啲,而且仲覺得幾惹味🤤;加上面頭嗰層南瓜味忌廉已經稍為調和咗佢個辣度。炒麵本身幾大碗,入面亦有唔少雞肉。食完呢兩樣食物已經好飽,好彩我一早阻止咗朋友唔好嗌埋吉列牛,否則會食唔哂。不過我認為吉列牛性價比高啲,而且更Signature👍,下次嗌返先。總括嚟講,依餐Lunch唔錯,如果以假日行街食飯消費來説都算幾抵。其中個香辣忌廉炒麵真係令我好難忘🤣。服務方面,店員幾有禮貌,仲會不斷幫我哋加茶,所以我哋直頭慳返唔使嗌嘢飲。 continue reading

中午到銅鑼灣搵食去,唔知食甚麼見到呢間喺 Openrice好高 rating, 一心打算去試下佢個signature 忌廉烏冬,點知坐落先知無得食,唯有揀個咖哩牛鍋啦。見到個鍋上來食幾塊牛已經煮熟變淡色已經心知不妙,果然食落口時硬到不得了,好似食紙皮咁樣,唯有將追加嘅烏冬食晒填飽個肚。今次搵食以失敗告終,乘興去試新嘢,結果敗興而歸,草草完成一餐,唯有告誡自己下次睇多幾篇食評,唔好輕易相信 rating隨便幫襯啦。 continue reading

兩年前黎過,今日再食依然有新鮮感!佢個吉列牛好似我之前喺日本牛カツ京都勝牛食嘅吉列牛,裡面嘅肉都係鮮粉紅色。不過呢個韓國版本得意在佢係再放上鐵板燒嘅,對於一啲鍾意食熟啲嘅牛嘅人黎講係唔錯嘅!燒無幾耐就可以起筷啦,由於佢都算厚切,所以燒完仲鎖到肉汁。佢有豉油同他他醬點,用黎撈飯真係一流!忌廉咖喱烏冬有驚喜喎!上面係白色忌廉,入面係日式咖喱汁,撈埋烏冬又creamy又惹味!最要讚嘅係個烏冬嘅麵質好煙韌,唔會係腍啤啤咁!秘製蛋卷唔錯嘅,但未至於好驚喜。個芝士味唔係好出,反而我食到入面有類似豆腐、軟軟地嘅餡料,同台灣嘅蛋餅又有少少唔同嘅!Overall speaking 呢間韓國過江龍吉列牛係幾好食嘅,最推薦都係個招牌吉列牛! continue reading

之前Instagram 見到好多friends 食尼間,所以就一直好想試吓,宜家疫情終於有改善,所以就黎食晚餐。我哋點咗蛋卷同吉列牛定食,尼個餐除咗有牛同飯湯,仲有另一個招牌菜忌廉咖哩烏冬,真係好正,一次過食曬最出名嘅嘢食。吉列牛牛扒本身好簡單咁炸咗,但係入面嘅肉仲係生,啱晒自己鍾意嘅熟度同可以keep 住係熱。我覺得個牛嘅質感好好,一黎冇筋,二黎唔算肥但又腍,好好食!而佢外面嗰層吉列就本身軟左少少,但燒過就好好多。本身舊牛冇乜調過味,但係點少少他他醬或者燒汁就夠曬味。而佢除咗牛,仲有一碗珍珠米配送,同埋面豉湯、豆腐咁,好滿足。忌廉咖哩烏冬配雞肉尼間餐廳另一個招牌菜,我本身諗忌廉同咖哩夾唔夾㗎,哈又好夾啵,同唔會好「漏」。我覺得佢尼碗嘅重點係烏冬,因為佢嘅質感好好,似意粉al dante 嘅感覺,好味😋。而我覺得啲汁幾好食,少少creamy,平衡翻咖哩嘅濃烈味道,而啲雞肉都好滑,值得一試。Kobekyu 秘製蛋捲個蛋捲入面有啲芝士,有少少拉絲嘅效果,我朋友係芝士控話覺得好好味。同佢每層都薄薄地,疊埋就有一層層咁,不過不失咁啦!Rose Garden, Passion Punch我哋加咗錢飲得意啲嘅飲品,個人比較鍾意Rose Garden,啲汽水有少少玫瑰嘅味(少少似英國好好飲嘅Fentimans 嗰隻)。Passion Punch就有粒粒果肉,但比較普通啦。我覺得銅鑼灣伏嘅餐廳好多,尼間真係好食,我推薦吉列牛餐,又抵食又好食。 continue reading
