今日同朋友慶祝生日和做節,天氣又開始轉冷,所以決定去食火鍋。朋友介紹一間位於寶勒巷很高質的火鍋店「高流灣火鍋店」。象拔蚌刺身,好新鮮好乾淨。龍蝦刺身,當然一樣新鮮鮮味,而且現在不是很多地方,還會吃到龍蝦刺身。冬陰功湯底,不會太辣,而且材料很多,很啱香港人口味。手切牛肉,很有咬,但又唔韌。龍蝦刺身的蝦頭蝦尾,用來泡飯,而且加入了魚湯做個粥底,真的非常鮮味。

first time is always surprise. this time i tried with group friend with 8 people. tried a lot more food.some or it are not really good.✅service good✅hand chop beef good✅satay soup is ok. strong. ❌clear soup based is tastelessi dont know why.❌meat balls not good. no seasoning, taste nothing❌fried squid legs. very normal not special❌dumpling not fresh actually. u can taste it. factory premade. shirmp no fresh. fish skin dumpling skin is thick and chewy, i dont expected that.overall 400$ / people.

their waitress to customer ratio is very high, one ppl serving 3 -5 table which is really enough.i dunno what happen at that moment, their service is toooooo far good. just like the famous china resto "under sea low" 海底撈。 they keep on notice your minor request eg. how to cook this, what time do i need to boil, how to eat that. they instantly come over and teach you the detail seems like they are too freee and just want to chat with your. they even help us to cover out big down coats with cloth c

i dunno what happen at that moment, their service is toooooo far good. just like the famous china resto "under sea low" 海底撈。 they keep on notice your minor request eg. how to cook this, what time do i need to boil, how to eat that. they instantly come over and teach you the detail seems like they are too freee and just want to chat with your. they even help us to cover out big down coats with cloth cover to protect them from spilling soups. very considerate.


they are too welcome and make me feel shy, bush bush red face and a little bit uncomfortable as i didnt expect a resto in tst have that kind service just like 5* hotels dinner.

food are high quality. worth the price. all food are freshy made. good place to come over again. thanks.
