打邊爐,湯底要好之餘,食材最緊要新鮮。牛肉要食靚嘅好多地方都用,海鮮要新鮮肥美嘅,依間高流灣火鍋店一定幫到你。今次打邊爐,係跟朋友去食,佢係熟客,預先留咗幾樣海鮮,話俾驚起我,第一樣就嚟咗個象拔蚌刺身,又鮮甜又彈牙,重要大大條,四個人食食好勁滿足,鍾意嘅可以用埋嚟打邊爐,絕對係必食之選。另外,友人又預先留定個海鮮拼盤,有海蝦、花甲、蜆蜆、龍蝦仔同蟶子。其中,蟶子我哋係有encore嘅海鮮,因為真係太鮮甜。食完個個都讚不絕口,期待下次再嚟。 continue reading

📝 想當年舊同事 “滔滔” 帶我去大角咀 “肥強” 打邊爐, 大開眼界, 之後再冇食過任食或者酒樓打邊爐. 過去十年試過 “新明記”, “小肥牛”, 同埋 “鍋心” 等等.食嘢講緣份, 話說十幾年前舊同事 “大師” 推介 “高流灣”. 當年去過一兩次, 可能冇(錢)點啱嘅食物, 印象唔深. 後嚟食多咗, 主要係大伙兒飯局. 近年, 不論春夏秋冬, 差唔多每個星期都打邊爐, 選擇高流灣次數多咗. 高峰期每星期嚟高流灣一次, 試過一星期食四次. 前前後後食咗冇一百次都有 “半百” 次. 舊址喺山林道, 兩年前搬咗去寶勒巷. 高流灣有幾出名? 當年啱啱搬舖, 幾個朋友 “打的” 去 “高流灣” 都自動去錯咗舊舖.🎣 “高流灣” 其實係一個位於香港西貢北的海灣, 又名 “較流灣”, 與 “赤門口” 嘅 “塔門” 相對. 高流灣村村民以養魚維生. 聽講老闆 “飛哥” 係高流灣原居民.🥢 今日久別重逢, 照舊點咗高流灣海鮮鍋, 手切牛肉, 牛展, 珊瑚蚌, 桂花蚌, 墨魚丸, 烏冬.餐廳大廳光猛, 有圓枱, 有卡位, 另外仲有幾間廂房. 我鍾意坐大廳圓枱, 除咗食, 仲可以睇下人生百態.🌶 調味九宮格. 調味料十分齊全, 我鍾意辣椒同埋生蒜. 牛肉點生蒜一流, 有時會用兩個醬油碟, 一碟落辣椒加蒜, 另一碟只落辣椒.🦀 高流灣魚家海鮮鍋. 魚湯鮮甜, 每次都可以飲幾大碗. 湯底亦提升到火鍋配料嘅味道. 讚! 講下海鮮, 蠔算大隻, 花甲鮮甜, 蟹糕特別多, 可惜今日嘅蝦蟹肉質相對唔夠結實. 溫馨提示: 記得要趁早撈起海鮮, 否則煲爛晒.🐂 極品手切雪花肥牛. 脂肪均勻, 入口溶化, 牛味Ok. 嚟高流灣, 我首選舊同事 “大師” 推介嘅 “極牛” (頂級本地新鮮牛肉), 每日數量有限, 要預定的. 可惜, 老板話今日冇哂貨.🐂 金錢牛展. 牛肉味濃郁, 脆口, 十個讚! 食嘢講緣份, 唔係次次脆口.🐚 珊瑚蚌併桂花蚌. 鮮甜爽口, 充滿海水味, 超掂! 珊瑚蚌同桂花蚌都係海參嘅內控肌肉, 俗稱海參筋. 珊瑚蚌嚟自紅海參, 桂花蚌嚟自紅剌參.🦑 九嬸墨魚丸. 即係手打墨魚丸, 食到墨魚肉, 彈牙.🍜 稻庭烏冬. 同海鮮魚湯底好夾. 正!🍻 竹蔗茅根水. 清甜, 解熱.🤗 總結一下: 環境OK, 座位寬敞. 服務唔錯, 帶有本土火鍋旺舖特色. 火鍋配料一流, 都係果句, 要點啱嘅食物, 高流灣海鮮鍋同手切牛肉係不二之選. 今日食量有限, 大伙兒嘅話, 可以試埋鎮店嘅嘩鬼油條, 魚較位, 和水餃. 下星期再見! continue reading
