點解可以每一樣野都好食嘅????星期一6點左右黎到唔洗等位,一黎到已經放好左調味料,不過其實啲野好食到唔洗點,已經好正叫左個蕃茄魚湯,湯底有啲娃娃菜,蕃茄薯仔,馬蹄,粟米。響鈴新鮮炸,可以即食,仲有個甜甜酸酸嘅醬點 好怕啲酒樓炸響鈴有油益味,呢間一啲都冇,可以放心食。金鼓魚刺身,配泰式醬汁好flesh,食完刺身仲可以將啲魚嘅骨做椒鹽,一魚兩食牛肉新鮮。蝦肉水餃粒粒飽滿。手打墨魚丸入面有墨魚顆粒,彈牙得黎有咬口。脆肉鯇腩又新鮮,醃得好入味,又夠爽。 貴妃蚌淥幾下就食得夠肥又夠靚總括黎講,個湯底靚,煮咩都好好食。

A private room is booked and it is big enough to fit 10 of us. There is a television in the room and the most important thing is no corkage fee!!! The food is fresh and especially love the sashimi! You can either eat it fresh or cook but fresh is much better ! The soup base is really good too which I can’t stop drinking at all!!If you love hotpot while have some privacy, this is definitely the place for you ;)

下班和同事去吃海鮮火鍋,鍋底其中一個是沙爹,可能太愛方榮記,和他對比所有的沙爹鍋都差了好多,油炸鬼還不錯,30秒撈出,貝珠也不錯,比較新鮮,菜量很大,鮮鮮雲吞也真材實料,但是鍋底沒有驚喜,還是很失望的了

高流灣一向係我同姐妹們的火鍋首選😙何況今餐係我地的開年飯,當然係食好D! 一個月前已經book 定位🥰我地依舊叫左最喜歡的清潤海底椰鍋湯底,湯料有雞腳、粟米、海底椰,十分豐富! 錦正的湯底當然要配新鮮又高質素的配料,價格雖然看似挺貴,但一分錢一分貨,碟碟都份量多,高水準架!首先點了墨魚丸、油條!當然不是一般的墨魚丸同油條錦簡單! 是嘩鬼油條、醬爆海膽墨魚丸,單單是蟹子、海膽的配搭和餡料已經頓時升級! 嘩鬼油條係必點之一,油條表面鋪滿蟹子,灼完一分鐘依然有微脆的口感👍🏼另外重叫左好多配料,有肥牛、豬肉片、魷魚、炸魚皮等等⋯⋯肥牛牛味香濃、豬肉片爽口鮮嫰、魷魚粗條特別有嚼勁!總之全部都好好食!真係超級滿足的開年飯😍

火爆的港式火鍋,中午不營業,晚上才開門。點了招牌鍋,非常鮮美,略有些淡,吃的出來是食物本味,沒有添加味精之類的,湯里料也很足,先喝兩碗湯,立刻暖和起來。海鮮拼盤700多港幣,好大一盤,滿滿各種貝螃蟹鮑魚龍蝦,其中兩種圓圓的貝好好吃,就是不認得是什麼,雪花肥牛、非常鮮嫩,咬在嘴裡肉汁油汪汪的。當地朋友推薦一個鱆紅魚,做刺身,端上來好大一條啊,我本來對魚類刺身不感興趣,還試圖反對,吃了一片,嗯,真香,然後就一片接一片,鮮甜不腥,吃下去半條。愛吃刺身的童鞋們可以試試,這個魚味道真的不太一樣,沒有那麼綿軟沒有那麼肉感,吃著挺清爽。點的脆皖魚真的很脆爽,前兩年帝都也小範圍流行過,但是都沒有這種脆勁,近年也看不到了。一個水上漂漂,就是魚皮?裹著魚肉?沾著魚籽?,反正涮在鍋里不松不散,不知道廚師用了什麼技術。海膽餃也是招牌菜,不會已經吃不下,勉強嘗了一個,應該好吃,可是我已經撐沒有味覺。很滿意的火鍋,雖然大部分海鮮我都不認得,三人兩千多,略貴,環境略擁擠,東西是真好吃。
