已經幫襯過好好次,因為覺得佢啲魚生好新鮮、成份set lunch令到人好滿足!Lunch set 有好多選擇,熱食約HK$55-60/set,都幾大份,上次同事食咗個鯖魚定食,有半條鯖魚,熱辣辣,好香好好味。我通常都係食魚生定食,HK$90/set 包一份魚生及烏冬或蕎麥麵(冷或熱)隨餐附送麵豉湯同美味嘅雪糕。 自選三色魚生飯: 好似係最近先推出,我揀咗海膽、吞拿魚蓉及蝦蓉,份量好多,好好味!雜錦切粒魚生飯: 好多唔同種類嘅魚生,有成8至10款,大大粒,又新鮮,係我嘅首選! 熱湯烏冬: 可以揀魚湯或者豉油湯,之前食過魚湯覺得太濃,所以今次揀豉油,清清地,都OK 冷烏冬: 之前食過好彈牙,但係今次食好似冇咁好食,有啲硬,我諗次次唔同,都OK呢間餐廳好細,最好訂枱先嚟,門面唔係好光鮮,不過食物唔錯,值得一試!第一次惠顧後送會員咭,之後可以免加一。

Lunch set 有好多選擇,熱食約HK$55-60/set,都幾大份,上次同事食咗個鯖魚定食,有半條鯖魚,熱辣辣,好香好好味。
我通常都係食魚生定食,HK$90/set 包一份魚生及烏冬或蕎麥麵(冷或熱)
隨餐附送麵豉湯同美味嘅雪糕。

呢間餐廳好細,最好訂枱先嚟,門面唔係好光鮮,不過食物唔錯,值得一試!

想嚟咗好耐..............終於aug 11, 12............5人來lunch..............叫咗 :1) 前菜 x 2 (@hk$5)-很少見前菜會喺肉丸-迷你size,有肉質-個汁嘅鹹味甜味平衡得宜2) 帆立貝壽司 (hk$80)-1客2件-很厚切嘅帶子-不過未算好甜3) 赤睦壽司 (hk$100)-1客2件-上次去附近另1間壽司店,先認識這款魚-很有魚味,肉質結實,軟4) 銀雪魚壽司 (hk$60)-1客2件-第1次食生嘅銀雪魚-爽口,但原來銀雪魚嘅魚味淡5) 深海池魚壽司 (hk$60)-1客2件-呢個喺我嘅all time favorite-肉質結實得嚟,爽口,又夠魚味6) 鯖魚壽司 (hk$70)-1客2件-呢個就舖有少少薑蓉,蔥花食-魚肉結實,因為有溫和嘅薑味,所以1d腥味都食唔到-亦有魚味7) 白蝦壽司 (hk$100)-1客2件-回家睇相先知道自己當時掛住食無影到相-白蝦切成1條條,有紫菜圍住-蝦很甜8) 北海道海膽壽司 (hk$160)-1客2件-因坐bar枱,所以可以望住師傅做每件壽司-見佢舖完1層又1層嘅海膽喺紫菜圈內....

-很甜,新鮮因1d"劫"味都食唔到

-無諗過外形會好似新年常見嘅炸蛋散,我諗住喺球狀架嘛
-肉質極彈口,味道仲好似街邊食到嘅魚蛋

-碗湯好熱好熱,放喺度1陣,面頭塊膜好快就形成
-呢個好濃味,很有木魚味,又有點似用鹹魚嚟煲咁,所以有d鹹
-裡面仲放咗隻大蜆去煲先上枱,因為蜆肉仲嫩,唔會喺長期煲住的
-聽師傅講,佢喺將魚骨,魚頭,用淨嘅魚肉長期煲住,有點似鹵水汁膽咁

-因為魚湯裡面嘅蜆,所以散叫1客煮大蛤
-好有心機排到好靚
-不過食嘅時候,都要將蜆浸番落d水度,咁先唔會乾面
-蜆肉很大隻,都唔算煮得老,不過鮮味度可以強d就好

Other Info. : * 壽司部份全由師傅發板............因為食友喺熟客............所以都揀來當晚比較值得試嘅比我哋..............貨色新鮮 * 因為食友有member card,所以有9折...........之後店方都比咗張member card我...........咁我下次去時都會有9折~~~~

海月*砂的主厨曾在 "天下一品" 和 "順" 工作 , 獲知他自立門戶 , 便與朋友相約試菜.最重要的是他們為了食物保持新鮮 , 選擇了一間天天有空運貨的供應商但收客的價錢並沒相對提高. 最驚喜的是有水母剌身 (太高興了,吃完才發覺沒有拍照).除了刺身外, 他們的茶漬飯跟一般的日本菜一樣,有三種選擇 (三文鱼、紫菜 和 梅).其它熱暈都有水準.
