這間皇府在樓上鋪7樓,食既係粵菜,環境尚可我們一行6人晚上就黎試試我地7:30去到,只有3,4張檯服務很好,細心有禮,比起出面如"西宛,飯堂"好好多不過好似唔夠員工咁不過食物就唔多掂小菜款式好小,只係大蝦已經用左一頁了連搵個有牛柳既菜都無,點做呀\叉燒, 很好叫左個米皇龍躉球, 尚可皇帝雞, $3xx 好難食番茄大眼雞湯, 都可以鳳梨飛機排, $148 好普通既生炒排骨其他果d菜都係不太好,不想提,份量又少 整體黎講服務很好,只係人手不足,食物質量都可以,但炒出黎唔好,廚房有待改善食物比起附近的都要差d出品是食店最重要的,要快快改進

Not a conventional item in dimsum parlours - and it was a specialty item, so we decided to try. The texture of the roll was great - slightly oily, moist, incredibly thin but not easily broken, slightly chewy and yes, a bit slimy in a good way. The roasted goose was flavorful and the skin wrapped inside the roll was very crisp. The flesh was tender and intensely goosey. G poured some soy sauce over the roll, which makes it taste even better! I'd actually rank this as the most delightful out of the items I tried today.

Just very ordinary. The yellow skin was very thin, again, kudos to the dimsum master! I don't like shrimp so I picked them out and gave them to G, who said 'why would i want your shrimp'. ._.

A bit too expensive for a bowl of char siu rice don't you think? Yes it is, so you won't be having this every day. However, when consumed in moderation, and on an experimental basis, paying $85 for this bowl of goodness was quite worth the try. The egg yolk was still runny (meant to be so), and G mixed it up with part of the rice. Just part of it mind, because I don't like raw egg yolk.
The BBQ pork was very fat, and I had to avoid most of it. In terms of flavour, it was quite delicious - savoury with a bit of honey glazed sweetness. There are two things i can complain about though - not enough charred black bits (which I so love) and the meat being a bit tough in the middle. Maybe they cut the pork along the wrong grain. Not sure - but I've had better BBQ pork - at a certain Shanghainese restaurant @ The Galleria, Central. The sauce, drizzled on the rice, made the already plump and moist rice even wetter. A and B said the sauce could be less sweet. G found it too wet. I found it quite alright and finished off what A and B had left of the rice. I am such a carb girl.

Conclusion:
So, why do I recommend this place?
Because you feel pampered.
Great atmosphere, service, lighting and food...nice decor too. And the dimsum really isn't too expensive. You can also share the BBQ rice between two, which is what we did. That makes things much more affordable - one really doesn't need to eat that much rice in any event.

So, do give this place a shot. I think it will be a very pleasant experience.

Other Info. : Note that $75 is NOT an accurate indicator of what one would normally pay for a meal here. 4 of us went, and we didn't eat a lot. Only ordered 4 dishes, 2 of which were dim sum items.

得知此食府之總廚為粵菜大師劉順祥師傅,因此慕名而來。結果完全沒有叫人失望!從午市的點心, 燒味,到晚市的小菜都能盡顯出皇府對食物的極高要求;而且,店內的裝潢跟氣氛都充滿著格調與氣派。在此用膳,實為人生一大快事!

一間用心經營的皇府級食店
咕嚕豬爽肉,除了用豬頸肉做出特別的質感外,汁料更是用新鮮山渣煮製,決不是一般茄汁糖醋可比
香醋鮮淮山炒豬爽肉
平凡如白粥,也能做到入口難忘
店內很多菜色其實都是「粗菜細做」,例如這味古法陳皮焗魚腸
米皇魚湯浸龍躉。據聞是用40斤以上, 肉質爽口的龍躉做出皮爽肉滑效果。

I have always gone to King's palace at Happy Valley and happy about the quality. What delights me further is not that about the additional location choices, but there are more dishes varieties at this new spot and all done really nicely and thoughtfully. The 豆豉雞 is lovely, and the fresh 龍dun fish is super. I will definitely go back again. But I think dishes in general could be less oily.

應該冇有好多人留意到利園對開有幢新野,有好幾間似乎唔錯既餐廳。同之前位食評人一樣,本身係想試SR GALLERY的,點知SECURITY叔叔指我地入o個部LIFT明明有SR GALLERY 個標誌,但係唔停o個層!!?!?!?!! 咁我地決定轉戰七樓既皇府。多出入九龍塘既都知道,又一城要好食又唔太貴既餐廳,皇府真係最好既選擇。食神叉燒飯更加係簡單好味。依間新開既皇府,裝修明顯比又一城o個間輝煌好多,好明顯係落足本。不過當晚正值星期日,入去時只有一檯客。我地坐左咁耐,先有一檯新既入黎。心諗:應該有一段時間可以o係度靜靜地又唔使BOOK檯咁食下飯喇!講返是晚食乜:經典食神叉燒飯、花膠(唔記得配咩)粥,同埋招牌燒腩仔。唔係中菜專業食家,所以除左「好好食」之外唔知可以點形容。加上當晚服務好好(可能因為得我地一檯),所以成晚都食得好開心。唔俾個LIKE佢都唔得。

應該冇有好多人留意到利園對開有幢新野,有好幾間似乎唔錯既餐廳。同之前位食評人一樣,本身係想試SR GALLERY的,點知SECURITY叔叔指我地入o個部LIFT明明有SR GALLERY 個標誌,但係唔停o個層!!?!?!?!! 咁我地決定轉戰七樓既皇府。

多出入九龍塘既都知道,又一城要好食又唔太貴既餐廳,皇府真係最好既選擇。食神叉燒飯更加係簡單好味。依間新開既皇府,裝修明顯比又一城o個間輝煌好多,好明顯係落足本。不過當晚正值星期日,入去時只有一檯客。我地坐左咁耐,先有一檯新既入黎。心諗:應該有一段時間可以o係度靜靜地又唔使BOOK檯咁食下飯喇!

講返是晚食乜:經典食神叉燒飯、花膠(唔記得配咩)粥,同埋招牌燒腩仔。唔係中菜專業食家,所以除左「好好食」之外唔知可以點形容。加上當晚服務好好(可能因為得我地一檯),所以成晚都食得好開心。唔俾個LIKE佢都唔得。

食肆臨立的銅鑼灣又出現了一個新的飲食地標, 位於開平道1號的Cubus, 聚集了多間高級餐飲料理店, 作為餵食教信徒的兔大人和我, 當然不會放過湊熱鬧的機會 一個平日晚上七時多到達Cubus, 原來鎖定了試吃像藝廊一樣的SR Gallery Café, 但是夜已被包場開private party… 無奈地抬頭看大廈水牌找另一間心頭好, 赫然發現才剛開業兩三天的"皇府粥麵廚房", 有得試新店又好大機會寫第一篇食評, 於是想也不想便搭電梯上7/F開餐 踏入餐廳內一個客人也沒有, 經理趕忙過來招呼我們, 還在試業階段的關係, 餐牌也是臨時的; 細看餐牌內容, 部份食物定價比其他"皇府"高30%, 例如招牌的食神义燒飯, 又一城店賣大約$50, 這裡賣$70左右, 可能是配合Cubus的高級餐飲格調吧…當然除了餐牌價錢作出配合外, 餐廳環境也比一般的"皇府"高貴舒適; 靠近電梯的木製大屏風感覺貴氣, 紅紅綠綠的絲絨座椅配合木材和格仔圖案的牆身, 高貴得來還帶出溫暖感, 牆上掛了很多中國歷代皇族的畫像和裝飾, 食客們可以一邊用餐一邊細意欣賞, 看得出店主在裝潢上花了不少心思.等了約5~6分鐘便有

等了約5~6分鐘便有得食~ 先上的是招牌食神义燒飯, 白飯上舖了煎蛋和8-10片义燒, 第一樣要做的當然是篤穿煎蛋, 用蛋醬拌勻白飯, 好滿足的感覺!! 煎蛋和飯是無敵組合, 這兩樣當然過關; 义燒是半肥瘦的, 不會像"富聲"的入口即溶, 這裡是稍稍偏腍但仍有咬口, 味道唔錯!!

同樣賣$70左右的水餃撈麵, 是分開一碗四粒的水餃和撈麵一碟, 另外有一碟蠔油調味, 我們都不太喜歡蠔油味道, 所以麵條最初的一兩口感覺乾了點, 經理見狀立刻給了我們一碗腩汁, 噢~ 腩汁好香, 撈麵的味道一流, 之後亦有用來撈飯吃, 同樣美味!! 水餃皮好滑, 蝦肉夠彈牙, 值得推介!!
賣$35的南乳汁油菜, 菜芯翠綠, 味道無問題.

是次消費連茶錢盛惠$206.00, 以吃义燒飯和水餃撈麵來說是偏高了一點, 但有舒適的環境和殷勤的服務 (離開時店員還幫我們按電梯呢~), 值與不值真是見仁見智; 正如開首提過這裡仍是試業階段, 餐牌還是臨時的, 價格可能還有改動的機會, 亦有可能出現更多美味的招牌菜, 一切待正式營業時便有分曉!!

P.S. 店名應該是"皇府粥麵廚房"呵, 煩請O.R.更進
