嚟過勁嘆燒烤不下數十次,元朗想食燒烤嘅不二之選,由第一任老闆經營開始轉手至依加第三任老闆娘均有幫襯!燒烤類型有港式及重慶,重慶貴大約十至二本蚊,已包括可選港式燒烤食物!生日🎂嚟搞party,三五知己已至兩口子,嚟過嘅朋友均有不錯嘅評價,大致環境舒服,食物種類比較多,價錢合理,所以我帶過嚟嘅朋友又會帶朋友嚟燒烤,又因有車位關係,方便一啲要揸車嘅朋友前來!交通方面,只要喺西鐵錦上路站🚇落車後轉往大埔嘅64K巴士🚃就可到達,在元朗市中心也可搭64k巴士🚃直接到達,如由元朗座的士入去大約五十至七十元,方唔方便見人見智!食物方面重慶必選推介雞軟骨,豬腸,豬腩肉,韭菜及原條茄子🍆等,三種肉類如識得燒嘅話送酒🍻一流,每次自己去燒起碼KO👊佢約五十串,配上三種調味料❨辣粉,椒鹽,孜然粉❩,另備有醬油及水方便燒疏菜類食物~港式方面必選雞脾,風沙豬扒及羊架,雞脾如遇大胃王,兩隻算小意思,風沙豬扒啲炸蒜粒腌滿整塊豬扒,燒到外皮微燶非常可口,羊架腌得入味,愛羊者必選!臨尾加塊燒面包,將整塊面包搽滿內有蒜香嘅牛油燒成多士,滿足😋👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽依加經營呢個燒烤場係老闆娘B媽,兩公婆加數個伙記提供服務,無論食物環境服務質素均比上兩任好,更用心!耐不耐嚟到又會有新嘢(無論食物或設施),老闆娘及老闆也很好人愛與客人交流,好有以前香港擁有嘅人情味!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 continue reading

好少有食到成肚氣嘅一餐 😵 食物質素本身任食都唔預係好 選擇少都算 個老闆娘就要勁冇禮貌🤬一開始講解點燒已經用d 鬧人語氣 完全唔知點解要咁燥 拎野飲係雪櫃睇左20秒唔夠 就俾人崔(冇其他人等緊) 之後坐外邊位大風吹走左d 紙碟 say 左sorry 想拎返個紙碟都要俾臉色同罵兩句 🤬最後佢話送甜品送個朱古力香蕉 佢話5個人淨係可以拎一條 限量供應🤯唔怪得之星期日晚個場都係得少過一半坐滿 完全唔推介大家黎 唔好俾錢買難受🤮 continue reading

天氣涼涼地,燒野食真係一流,星期日同幾個朋友一齊bbq,滿心期待呢度嘅重慶燒。呢個bbq場位置比較偏遠,建議自己開車,或者係錦上路站搭的士過黎。雖然星期日都唔算多人,不過建議打電話book位,好讓職員預備。每人送一罐飲品,如果揀支裝就要加5蚊。其實我地覺得有啲唔抵,不會罐裝飲品實在太細,所以無奈都要加。用黎重慶燒嘅食物本身已經穿好比我地,食物本身冇調味,係燒完另外自己再加調味粉,調味粉提供孜然粉、辣粉同椒鹽,不過我地都覺得啲粉唔夠香唔夠辣。基本上啲肉,蔬菜,丸類都係任食,蝦就限左一人一隻,菠蘿一人一塊,香蕉我地呢台就一條。呢度嘅魚,茄子,牛舌,牛肉,花枝丸都不錯,其他都係正常味道。用黎重慶燒嘅炭可以用3個鐘,中途唔洗加炭,燒完就岩岩好3個鐘。要留意一開始個火會好猛,燒野食動作都要快手啲避免燒焦,之後個火慢慢細,其實都幾好玩。無論係我地攞嘢還是book位,職員態度都係比較惡,唯獨是服務態度麻麻。價錢方面開一個爐$60,另外每人$178,唔怕遠路的話可以一試,但我比較鍾意平時用燒烤叉燒嘅bbq場。 continue reading
