今日同老婆去西九龍,由柯士甸站行過去,諗住食少少嘢跟住去咗圓方,如果去過圓方嘅話都知道嗰度餐廳大部份都中價價錢,我哋3:00左右過去唔想食咁飽,所以揀咗間最平嘅茶餐廳。雖然話平,但係已經比一般茶餐廳至少貴一成。三文治同埋薯條雞翼下午茶,兩個蛋撻同埋兩杯嘢飲.加埋$130。三文治同埋雞翼薯條正常發揮,但係個酥皮蛋撻真係唔掂,應該擺咗好耐,用個保溫櫃去保溫,蛋撻皮已經腍晒。雖然係咁,但係在這個商場已經係最經濟實惠呢間,冇得揀。 continue reading

太興旗下高價茶仔,食物質素OK的。價格稍貴,但圓方底下能理解主要問題是廚房效率太太太低,中午11:30am-2:30pm曾經多次幫襯,平均下單后,30分鐘飲品才上枱,食物更往往超40+分鐘。所以經常發現門外長期排隊,其實主因並非因為特別好食,而是作為一間港式茶餐廳,流轉速度太慢,食客等候時間過長,返枱率就減少,食客和餐廳雙輸。樓面服務員稍為不足,以平均$100的午餐來說,膠板併台已經是基本,有極大優化空間。中午如果趕時間千祈唔好嚟,因為下單後平均等候時間是30分鐘。 continue reading
