小公主又話要食燒肉,突發要求下只好隨意揀了這間「金金」。名字有點老土,有點似十幾二十年前曾經非常流行的任點任食韓式烤肉店(那些年正宗韓式烤肉店價錢並不便宜,日式烤肉更加尚未興起);以抵食為賣點,味道不能有任何要求。原本以為這間「金金」是香港市面僅餘的任點任食韓式烤肉店;查清楚烤肉店的情況,確定並非任點任食後才去幫襯。入到店內,差點以為去了日本!環境實在太似當地座落於小街的個體戶燒肉店。燈光幽暗、裝修簡樸、有點古舊氣息(雖然只是模仿);枱與枱的間距雖然唔算擠迫,但地方細小,一旦滿座,氣氛就會變得喧嘩熱鬧。平均每張二人枱就有一個烤爐,數量充足。又採用明火燒烤,雖然並非以木炭作為燃料,缺少了炭烤香氣,但明火烤爐已經勝過電爐。無論用餐環境及基本設備配套,皆做到了地道日式燒肉小店的風情及要求,觀感上已經加分。雖然只是小店,但也有三款燒肉醬汁:檸檬汁、傳統日式燒肉汁及日式甜辣醬。在日本可能非常普通;在香港,以「金金」並非高級日式燒肉店來説,就相當難得了。午市特價燒肉定食非常吸引,由 $78 至 $138,就算是日本A4和牛肉眼(薄切)拼鹽燒牛舌,也只是$268。食晏嫌太重口味,唔想食燒肉,可以揀日式拉麵、炸雞、炒飯等其他款式。不過,今日來「金金」的目的,當然係日式燒肉。唔知是否因為疫情關係,生意實在很差,事實上,即使是星期六的午市,也只得四組客人;餐廳用周年感謝祭的噱頭,推出一個半價餐牌,款式也相當吸引。另外,又從主餐牌挑選了一款A5熊本和牛及一款澳洲M9和牛作優惠,只要在主餐牌(包括周年感謝祭餐牌)落單超過 $200(甚至包括白飯),即可揀一款優惠價和牛!半價品雜錦燒肉盛合($129)包括澳洲和牛、汁燒牛肋骨肉、鹽燒牛舌、鹽蔥雞腿肉及鹽燒角切黑豚各三件,超級抵食。食燒肉都係鍾意最簡單的鹽燒或者原味,尤其是牛肉;如果真係要提升味道,燒好之後可以蘸醬汁,況且有三款選擇。先食牛舌。薄切,勝在容易控制火喉。一向知道牛舌很難燒烤,太生,會嚼不爛、會韌;過火,則會硬、會流失所有肉汁。自己動手燒烤還是薄切較好。牛舌算幾彈牙、又唔韌,幾好味道。之後燒汁燒牛肋骨肉。肉味重,質感軟腍、但又有咬口,不過又唔會韌;典型好味道的牛肋骨肉。澳洲和牛當然要食原味,油脂香氣濃郁,同時又有肉味及牛肉質感,好食。角切黑豚有少少肥脂肪,豬味香濃;咬落結實而有彈性。這個燒肉盛合的五款烤肉全部都幾好味道。半價品鹽蔥網燒手羽中($34)共有八件單骨雞翼。貫徹日式燒肉的簡單處理方法,只以鹽花及香蔥調味。其實,主餐牌內的網燒雞翼共有四種調味選擇,但就以鹽蔥最具日式風味,其餘三款重口味就較為港式化。雞翼屬於細隻品種,但燒烤起來反而更加香口、雞皮更容易燒至表面香脆;亦由於較為細隻,更容易控制火喉,雞肉不會烤得太過乾身而流失肉汁。28cm壼漬澳洲M9和牛原價 $188,優惠價只需$128。與其他燒肉店的處理方法並不相同,原條牛肋肉並非浸漬在壼內,而是將醬油及牛肋肉分開上碟;雖然有壼漬概念,但就並非壼漬賣相。需要自行將原條牛肋肉放在醬油碗浸漬三至四分鐘,時間不可太長,否則味道會太濃。夾起整條牛肋肉,如假包換足足有28cm長!唔肯定壼漬牛肉概念源自韓式燒烤抑或日式燒肉、又抑或只是香港原創,總之勝在夠震撼。估計醬油內溝了蜜糖之類的調味,明火燒烤引發的香味特別濃郁,牛肋肉亦很容易燒至表面焦燶。燒至六成熟,就用鉸剪切成細細塊,再燒多一會就食得。始終是澳洲M9和牛,雖然並非日本和牛嘅入口即化,但仍然啖啖有濃郁油花;牛肋肉又非常鬆軟,較雜錦燒肉盛合的普通牛肋肉好吃,肉味更香濃。埋單兩大一細唔使 $400,味道及牛肉質素實在相當不錯,性價比超高! continue reading

去日本,燒肉一定係我每次必食既美食,宜家日本就無得去啦,唯有係香港食住止止癮上到去我記得前身係盛八燒肉,都係咁寬敞,抽風系統都不錯,油煙味唔算好勁VIP二人盛前菜櫻花龍蝦沙律豆腐豆腐上面加了龍蝦沙律,蟹籽同芝麻醬,係一度幾開胃既前菜金目鯛刺身沙律金目鯛刺身新鮮有咬口,一陣食咁多肉,椰果沙律菜就岩晒解膩海之幸海鮮就有松葉蟹腳,香茅網走大蝦,清酒黑松露帆立貝,3款海鮮燒完後都好香,好快就已經清晒肉盛肉類有佐賀產A4黑毛和牛,蔥蒜牛舌薄燒卷,鹽燒角切牛舌,燒汁牛肋骨,梅子味噌黑豚腩,意大利香草雞腿肉當中我最喜愛既當然係A4和牛,肉味香濃,油脂分佈均勻,正!而其餘既肉都絕對唔遜色,讚!有機蔬菜盛盒配有錫紙兜同牛油一齊煮,不過我就鍾意就咁燒黎食多d黑松露和牛炒飯黑松露味唔算好重,個飯都幾濃味同夠乾身,不錯熊本A5和牛A4和牛都唔係好夠喉,所以再叫過激d既A5和牛,真係好肥美,入口即溶,好滿足特上厚切牛胸腹呢part雖然無A4, A5咁多油脂,但勝在肉質嫩滑無咁膩,食多幾件都食得落自家製牛乳凍奶凍就不過不失啦,上面個果醬酸酸甜甜係亮點無論環境、食物、價錢都係CP值高,掛住日本既朋友可以去試下 continue reading

I have no idea why the rating was so high on Openrice.The washing room was very dirty. The dinning area was crowded.If you don't order the set, the price will be very high. We ordered directly from the menu. The Australian beef set costs over 300hkd, but there are only small pieces offered.And for the veggies set, there are 8-10 small pieces of lettuce, which costs 48hkd with no refill, it's so so expensive, I can't believe itThe tastes of the food I can only say normal. continue reading
