這是朋友大力推介的旺角放題餐廳 <吉壽日本料理>,單是一個月內,他已經幫襯了三次!可想而知其吸引力!正值是 DSE 放榜日,原定晚上 7:00 入座,就算朋友已在一星期前訂枱,我們仍然要在店外等候一會兒!今次,我們食玩 Group 一行6人(5男1女)一起食放題,同時大家講他們日本東京之旅及我跟 PK 的旅友日本大阪之旅的趣事!我們被安排到六人卡位,算是闊落又舒服!桌與桌之間有空間感,這裡比起之前去迫狹的 <大喜屋>好得多!桌上已備有餐具、餐紙墊及濕紙巾;桌子旁邊放有載骨的器具「骨盛」!相當週到!放題分不同時段收費,(黃金時段 7:00~10:30) 入座起計兩小時!不需等齊人也可安排入座!星期一至四 成人價 $213 供應:手卷、刺身、壽司、吉列、天婦羅、煮物、卷物、串燒、海鮮…等!即點即製,務求讓食客嚐到最佳口感的美食!大致上,食物上得快,除了個別特色系列之外!將近兩小時,有女店員走來提醒我們差不多時間還枱,卻是最後一 Round 的食物尚未送到!我建議朋友叫女店員『靚女』,他笑著說實在叫唔出!另一個女店員經過,我又叫他快點叫這位『靚女』,他又叫唔出!被他形容到這裡無靚女店員!最令人驚喜莫過於多個飲品雪櫃如便利店般,飲品任君選擇!飲品超多款式又夠多元化!就連自助沙律吧、雪糕、雪條、甜品、...等,都應有盡有!石榴汁石榴汁冰涼透心,其石榴味調教得不錯!由於我不多飲水,所以整餐一罐就夠,他們甚至飲四款不同飲品!刺身由於我受不到生嘢!聽朋友說刺身都幾新鮮!手卷供應迷你版手卷,的骰又不會好飽肚! 可惜配料是生嘢我食不到!火炙壽司絕對是我的首選!極尚御品燒原條定穴子這款賣相最有睇頭! 本格醬燒帝皇王蟹棒加上沙律醬燒的蟹棒更滋味!燒雙重車打芝士大蝦車打芝士大大提升蝦的鹹鮮味!燒明太子沙律帆立貝微辣的明太子配上燒至不太熟的帆立貝,食落口感鮮嫩!牛油燒翠玉瓜簡單以牛油燒製,熱辣辣!表面香口,內裡保持清甜多汁!黃金焗帶子芝士焗帶子,芝味大爆發,惹味濃郁!煥醒味蕾!炸香芋跟榴槤炸彈外表差不多,這是吉列外層,內裡是軟滑的香芋餡,入口熱燙,不算很甜!榴槤炸彈炸至外層金黃色熱辣辣的榴槤炸彈,輕輕咬開,濃郁而流心的榴槤餡隨即溢出來!榴槤迷不容錯過!甜品當中,見到有百福豆腐花,卻是包裝是前所未見的薄身版本! 好讓食客淺嚐吧! 嚐過百福豆腐都覺得出名滑溜卻豆味淡薄!百福豆腐花勝在不算甜及滑不留口而已!雪糕櫃有多款雪條,款式令人花多眼亂!頓時我也有選擇困難症!竟然有罕見的榴槤雪條!榴槤雪條打開包裝,已經榴槤飄香,榴槤口味香濃,令我齒頰留香呢!二百餘元便嚐到如此多款美食,短短兩小時,我食飽到捧住個肚走! 朋友果然無介紹錯呀! continue reading

最近知道吉壽重新裝修,於是約會媽咪再食多餐生日飯。旺角E1出口,上樓梯後眼睛上看右邊,不難發現"吉壽",按電梯5字樓,感到驚訝,除了歐陸式新裝修外,還有一個很大的飲料櫃,飲品選擇甚多,店員服務態度友善為幫我們安排較舒尚的位置享受豐富的晚餐。🔹刺身必先食:希靈魚比較細件,本身好喜歡希靈魚的魚身附有粒粒黃色的魚籽囗感,食落爽脆,魚籽帶出的味道甚鮮甜,三文魚味道甘香,但略嫌細件較薄,虎蝦鮮甜,北寄貝爽口,北海道帶子新鮮清甜,蜜汁鮑片略為味淡,八爪魚味道同樣較為清淡,不過非常彈牙有嚼勁。🔹香燒鵝肝帶子雖然不是珍寶size,但勝在帶子鮮甜,肉夠實,加上鵝肝的鮮味,好喜歡還order多次🔹芥辣八爪魚軍艦,濃郁的芥末和鮮味八爪魚味道鮮味獨特,十分開胃🔹黃金魷魚軍艦,這個不是很多地方都有,魷魚鮮味彈牙,魚子卜卜脆。🔹海擔手卷細細件易入口,食落口感細滑,滿足口感又不會濟胃。🔹西京比目魚,預期之外好食有驚喜,潔白的肉質嫩滑,味道亦不錯,鹹鮮有致香口。 continue reading

今天又是舊同學的聚會,每次聚會大多數都會選食放题,因為一個價錢任飲任食,放題食物和飲品都多元化,不同食物配不同人的口味,今次我們選了在旺角的吉壽,因為吉壽除了食品新鮮外,還有一個自助式的熟食吧,多款熟食和飲品任你食。我們像開了一個大食會,大家都找到了自已喜歡的食物,傾下食下好開心!自助吧的食物非常豐富,尤其是飲品種類,比其他放題店多選擇,還有很多我沒有拍到照片,因為我要開始食嘢啦!刺身:食放題第一時間一定食刺身,多款新鮮刺身中,我最喜歡這幾款:挪威三文魚十分肥美,魚油甘香。俄羅斯甜蝦鮮甜,赤海蝦夠大隻,爽甜彈牙。食多轉已值回票價!我每次來一定要食的:黑松露赤蝦壽司,和刺身比較又是另一種味道和口感,加入黑松露,多了壽司飯,真的十分美味。三文魚腩壽司,大家都知三文魚腩油脂比較豐富,一口咬下,壽司飯和三文魚腩在口裏打轉,甘香無比!熟食冷盤我喜歡凍蝦,此蝦普通放題多數沒有,多出現在酒店自助餐,凍蝦鮮甜彈牙,好味!香草纽西蘭羊鞍:香草味濃,熟度剛好,咬開還有肉汁,肉嫩不會羶!還有黃金焗帶子,酸酸甜甜的味道。芝麻雞翼,入味又香脆。薑蔥炒蠔,蠔身飽滿好新鮮,蠔味濃郁夠穫氣!鹽燒海蝦串和虎蝦天婦羅,不同口感和味道,但2種蝦都爽口彈牙!多款甜品中,我推介3.6牛乳奶凍,甜度適中,奶味濃郁,為這豐富的吉壽放題劃上句號! continue reading

食過咁多放題, 講真令我印象最深既其中一間放題就係位於旺角港鐵站一出行幾步就到既吉壽, 交通方便、抵食、選擇多, 我大約4個月前黎過後介紹左D朋友去食, 食過個個都話冇介紹錯!於是今晚同朋友係朗豪坊睇完戲, 就走過對面既吉壽食放題, 正正係平日9:30時段, 價錢都係HK$213(另加一), 對比任飲任食黎講, 的確係好抵!!!何況食日本野, 更有信心回本!沙律、冷盤、少量熟食、甜品、乳酩都係自助形式自取, 出面更有個大雪櫃, 放滿唔同款式既飲品, 就連啤酒都有tim~先黎一盤刺身, 刺身均為厚切, 絕不馬虎, 刺身以冰墊底, keep住新鮮溫度。就連珍寶大赤蝦都有提供, 肥美爽甜, 正!!軍盤、卷物、手卷、壽司款式同樣地多, 每件壽司都細細件, 食多幾件都唔會咁快飽。最重要係料係多過舊壽司飯ga...京蔥三文魚腩壽司: 腩位肥美, 配上京蔥, 香口之餘, 更增添口感芝麻雞翼: 表面炸得好乾身, 入口香脆可口, 內裡仲有Juicy肉汁ga芝士焗帆立貝: 芝士味什濃, 但幾油避風塘炒蟹: 唔知自己encorn左幾多碟, 平時係出面食蟹, 都百幾蚊隻 (even自己街市買都唔平), 出奇地呢度有!! 炒得好入味, 肉質唔會水汪汪, 起碼有肉食~ 串燒類我就食左 串燒蝦、雞軟骨串燒蝦: 雖然細隻, 但唔係死蝦, 肉質幾爽, 表面加左少少鹽吊味雞軟骨: 邊位燒得帶點焦, 很有炭燒香味, 口感爽脆, 帶咬口牛油粟米: 牛油味很突出天婦羅炸蝦: 表面略帶點脆, 唔會太油, 入面隻蝦仲幾爽最後到甜品, 我就拎左3.6牛乳 同埋 木糠布甸3.6牛乳口感好滑, 不過牛乳味很淡木糠布甸太多cream, 塊oreal林的正當對甜品冇咩期望時就去支左乳酪雪糕食, 咁岩有我至愛既蜜瓜味, 仲有幾款配料任加蜜瓜味乳酪雪糕 為甜品呢part搶返唔少分數, 幼滑之餘, 蜜瓜味好突出, 於是又encorn左好幾杯。另外更有多款雪糕雪條選擇。 食放題最怕d野缺貨/野食黎得慢/order野唔齊/又漏單, 而今次我係最後既時段入座, 但都沒有缺貨問題出現, 最後臨last order, 侍應仲會問我地有冇咩野食唔齊/未黎, 如果有就會幫我地跟進, 保證所有食客都可以食齊已點既野食。整體黎講, 水準對比幾個月前我黎既時候都仲keep到, 希望吉壽可以長keep落去, 有機會我定必再黎幫襯! continue reading

today I am delighted to have luncheon with the merchant friend who does spectacles 👓 business at Mong kok655 Nathan rdHe takes to the 5th FlKichi Where I can drink sakes and plum Wine after checking the sashimi listI order these 3 kinds Sword fishFresh scallops And tunas The raw seafood taste delicious 😋 Fresh and reliable Just like the sakes together/after eating sashimi 😋😉😌quality of the Urchin And minced tuna belly with spring onions also very good Tasty with fresh feel all the way!My friend agrees that In Hk Lunch fangti is really worthy Even him 70🤡years ,😒selectively eats little sashimi Still he loves the Japanese buffet lunch 🍴 he can eat grilled eels Fried crabs 🦀 with ginger plus green onions Even bbq wings Here the fat chicken wings Delicious Not burnt Sweet and soft Some place they're smelling like frozen meat No good for Chinese I think it's very tempting at Kichi since I love sashimi and cold dishes in summer of Hk I am used to drink sakes The wines provided are 😎 cool.Ps 🤑if I were 65 years or above I may come here every lunch in the summer vacation 🤣🤠 continue reading
